Objective To investigate antimicrobial resistance and change trends ofUreaplasma urealyticum (Uu) from reproductive system of female patients at a traditional Chinese medicine hospital in three consecutive years. Methods Antimicrobial resistance of Uu isolated from gynaecology leucorrhea and cervical secretion specimens of patients of dermatology & sexually transmitted diseases department and gynaecology department from January 2011 to December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 327 Uu strains were isolated, except resistance rates of Uu to doxycycline(5.23%-6.12%)and josamycin(0-1 .96%)remained at a relatively low level in three consecutive years, resistance rate to the other antimicrobials showed an upward trend year by year, but the difference was not significant (P >0.05).The resistance of Uu to ofloxacin, clarithromycin and sparfloxacin were relatively high(42.11 %-61 .40%),to josamycin, doxycycline and minocycline were lower(0-13.07%),and multidrug re-sistance was serious. Conclusion Antimicrobial resistanc of Uu isolated from reproductive system of female patients in this hospital is high.It is necessary to realize the status and change trends of antimicrobial resistance of Uu for the treatment of disease and control of the emergence of multidrug resistance pathogens.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the clinical related factors of leucopenia induced by azathioprine in the treatment of inflam-matory bowel disease (IBD). METHODS:Clinical information of 114 IBD patients were collected from our hospital during Jan. 2013-Mar. 2015. Steady concentration of AZA metabolite 6-thioguanine(6-TGNs)in red blood cell was determined by HPLC. The correlation of patient’s gender, age, diseases,AZA daily dose and blood concentration of 6-TGNs with leucopenia induced by AZA were investigated. The optimal critical value of leucopenia could be predicted with ROC curves. RESULTS:Among 114 IBD patients,40 patients suffered from leucopenia(35.1%). There was no statistical significance in the proportion of leucopenia among patients with different age, gender, diseases and AZA daily dose(P>0.05). There was statistical significance in the proportion of leucopenia among patients with different concentrations of 6-TGNs(P<0.05). Mean blood concentration of 6-TGNs in leukopenia patients [(407.82±262.88)pmol/(8×108)RBC] was higher than patients with normal leukocyte level [(275.85±118.37)pmol/(8× 108)RBC],with statistical significance(P<0.05). ROC curve predicted that the optimal critical value of leucopenia was blood con-centration of 6-TGNs>291.04 pmol/(8 × 108)RBC. CONCLUSIONS:AZA induced leucopenia may be related to the concentration of 6-TGNs in red blood cell of IBD patients, and high concentration of 6-TGNs is risk factors of leucopenia. Clinicians can provide AZA individual treatment for IBD patient to reduce the occurrence of leucopenia according to routine blood test and the concentra-tion of 6-TGNs.

Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of mycophenolic acid(MPA), mycophenolic acid glucuronide(MPAG) in plasma. Methods The samples were precipitated with zinc sulphate-methanol solution before injection.Carbamazepine was selected as internal standard,ZORBAX XDB C18 (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) column was used and the flow rate was 1 mL/min.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution(gradient elution) .The column temperature was 30℃ and the detective wave length was 254 nm.And then the MPA,MPAG concentration of 32 patients in 7-14 days after renal transplantion were determined. Results The assay was linear within 0.2-50μg/mL for MPA, 2.5-500 μg/mL for MPAG(r>0.999).Absolute recovery rates of MPA,MPAG were more than 80%, the recoveries were between 90%-110%.The intra-day and inter-day RSDs were both lower than 10%.Totally 32 cases of renal transplantion patiens were with mycophenolate mofetil at the dose of 1-1.5 g/d,and MPA in plasma was within the range of 0.32-6.19μg/mL,MPAG in plasma was within the range of 9.52-149.25μg/mL.Conclusion The method is accurate, convenient and rapid, which could be used in the quantitative determination of plasma concentration of MPA,MPAG in renal transplantion patients.

Objective This study aims to investigate the moral disgust cognitive processing of patients with obses?sive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and its relationship with OCD symptoms. Methods Twenty-eight OCD and 30 healthy controls matched for gender, age and education completed lexical decision task, recording reaction time and accuracy of words and assessing the degree of disgust. Yale-Brown obsessive-compulsive scale (Y-BOCS) and Padua Invento?ry-Washington State University Revision (PI-WUSR) were used to assess the symptoms. Results OCD group showed significantly longer reaction time to core disgust-related words [(762.69 ± 128.25) ms vs. (648.69 ± 162.66) ms] and moral disgust-related words [(798.73 ± 115.26) ms vs. (727.00 ± 106.06) ms] than the healthy controls (P<0.05). OCD group showed significantly higher aversion degree to core disgust-related words [(6.38 ± 1.78) vs. (5.03 ± 1.64)] and moral dis?gust-related words [(7.08 ± 1.23) vs. (5.77 ± 1.44)] than control group (P<0.05). Y-BOCS total score, Y-BOCS obsessive thoughts score, Y-BOCS compulsive behavior score, total score of PI-WUSR, cleaning/pollution force factor score, hurt?ing themselves and others force factor were positively correlated with two types of disgust-related words in patients group (P<0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis between disgust words and Y-BOCS/PI-WUSR scores pointed that only CWCF influenced disgust degree of core disgust-related words (β=0.61, P<0.01) and moral disgust-related words (β=0.54, P<0.01), respectively. Conclusion The core disgust and moral disgust of OCD are stronger compared to controls.

Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2019;39(9):705-709
Vaccination, one of the greatest inventions of mankind, prevents millions of people from infectious diseases and death each year. With the continuous improvement in immunization coverage, the safety of vaccines has attracted widespread attention. Common adverse reactions to vaccinations are mainly caused by inflammation, but the immune responses and biological damages following immunization are so complicated that the possible mechanisms have not been completely unveiled. Exploring the relationship between inflammation and immunogenicity after vaccination is of great significance for the monitoring and management of vaccines after marketing. This article reviewed the mechanism of inflammatory responses after vaccination and its potential impact on immunogenicity.
