1.The Clinical Research of Heart Rate Variability in 78 Cases of Myocardial Infarction.

Objective To study the heart rate variability of patients with myocardial infarction. Methods To analyze the time domain and frequency domain indexes indicators of the heart rate variability of 24h Holter in 78 cases of myocardial infarction patients and 76 cases of normal adults. Results (1) The time - domain analysis parameters of the myocardial infarction patients are reduced. (2) Myocardial infarction spectrum analysis showed LF was increased and HF was reduced. Conclusion (1) The regulation of the autonomic nervous imbalance appeared earlier than the clinical symptoms. (2) The reduction of HRV after myocardial infarction reflected a pathological state that the vagus nerve activity declined and the sympathetic nervous activity was dominant.
2.The Clinical Research of Heart Rate Variability of 88 Diabetes Mellitus Cases with Hypertension and Body Posture Hypotension

Objective To monitor the movement of blood pressure and the heart rate variability of 88 diabetes mellitus cases patients. Methods We analyzed the movement of blood pressure and the heart rate variability in 88 diabetes mellitus patients and 84 nonmal adults. Results (1) Diabetes mellitus patients can cause a function disorder of the heart the autonomic nerve. (2) The changes can cause a variation in blood pressure. Conclusion (1) The function confusion of the avfonomrc nerve appears earlier than clinical symptoms. (2)The variation in blood pressure of diabetes mellitus patients reflects damages to the the autonomic nerve.
3.The significance of the soluble Apo-1/Fas in serum and pleural effusion in differentiating tuberculous and malignant pleural effusion

Objective To investigate the significance of the soluble Apo-1/Fas(sApo-1/Fas) in differentiating tuberculous and malignant pleural effusion.Methods The level of sApo-1/Fas was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).in serum and pleural effusion of 50 cases with malignant pleural effusion and 48 cases with tuberculous pleural effusion.Results The level of sApo-1/Fas in the serum and pleural effusion of malignant pleural effusion patients were ( 16.3 ± 2.5 ) μg/L and ( 38.6 ± 13.5) μg/L,significantly higher than those of tuberculous patients with pleural effusion( all P < 0.05 ).The difference of rates of serum and pleural effusion in malignant pleural effusion and tuberculous pleural effusion patients was significant( P < 0.05 ).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of sApo-1/Fas in serum and malignant pleural effusion were 66.0% and 93.8% and 79.6%.Conclusion The detecting of sApo-1/Fas may play some role in differentiating tuberculous and malignant pleural effusion.
4.Expression and significance of histone deacetylase 6 in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To detect the expression of histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) and its significance in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods The expression of HDAC6 was measured by SP staining in 70 cases of NSCLC and 18 cases of normal lung tissues.Results Positive rate of HDAC6 immunostaining in NSCLC was 58.57%,which was significantly higher than 16.67% in normal lung tissues(P <0.01 ).No correlation was found between HDAC6 expression and the age,sex,differentiated level,histological type ( P >0.05).But the expression level of HDAC6 was closely related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis in NSCLC patients ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion HDAC6 over expression may be related to the pathogenesis and development of NSCLC.
5.The detection of serum soluble B7-H4 levels in non-small cell lung cancer patients and its significance

ObjectiveTo detect serum soluble B7-H4 (sB7-H4) levels in patients with non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC ) and explore its clinical significances.MethodsThe sB7-H4 levels the sera of in 102 NSCLC patients,60 benign lung disease patients and 90 healthy controls were determined by ELISA.The relation between serum sB7-H4 levels and NSCLC of pathological staging was analyzed by use of t test.ResultsThe serum sB7-H4 levels in NSCLC,benign lung disease and heathy control groups were (45.61 ±5.67 ),( 30.14 ± 3.51 ) and ( 28.52 ± 4.76 ) μg/L,respectively.The levels of NSCLC group were significantly higher than those of benign lung disease and healthy control groups ( t =2,59 and 3.61,P < 0.05 ).The serum sB7-H4 levels of Ⅲ/IV stage NSCLC patients ( 63.93 t 4.76 ) μgL,with lymph node metastasis (61.73 ±3.97) μg/L and before operation patients (63.29 ±6.19) μg/L were relatively higher thanthose inthe Ⅰ/Ⅱ stage(35.12 ± 3.88 )μg/L, without lymphnode metastasis (40.26 ± 5.39 ) μg/L,after operation ( 40.51± 4.08 ) μg/L.There were significant difference ( t =6.78,5.73 and 3.67,P < 0.05 ).Conclusions Serum sB7-H4 of NSCLC patients increases significantly and correlates with clinical stages and therapeutic conditions.Detecting on sB7-H4 is helpful for lung cancer diagnosis and therapeutic effect evaluation.
6.The effects on morphology of middle turbinate and olfaction after endoscopic sinus surgery and conventional technique in sinus surgery

Objective: To observe the effects on morphology of middle turbinate and olfaction in trasnasal endoscopic sinus surgery and conventional technique in surgery in chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps (stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ)。 Methods: Two groups patients (85 cases, 163 sites) from September 1979 to September 1999 were examined by coronal CT scans of sinus, nasal endoscopy and olfctory test preoperative and postoperative. Of these patients, 52 cases (101 sites) were operated by transnasal endoscopic sinus surgery, 33 cases (62 sites) were operated by conventional technique in surgery respectively. Management of middle turbinate was divided into reserving and resecting two way. Results: In group of endoscopic sinus surgeries (52 cases, 101 sites), the rates of cure, improved and ineffective were 64.4% (65/101), 29.7%(30/101), 5.9%(6/101) respectively by following 6 months; and returning to normal rates of middle turbinate were 63.1% (41/65), 30.0% (9/30), 0.0% (0/6) respectively; and the returning to normal rates of olfaction were 66.2% (43/65), 36.7% (11/30),0.0%(0/6) respectively; the returning to normal of middle turbinate were 47.4%( 9/19),3.3%(1/13),0.0%(0/13) respectively; the returning to mormal rates of olfaction were 63.2%(12/19),23.3%(7/30),0.0%(0/13) respectively.Conclusion: Endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can solve ostiomeatal complex anomalism more effectively and raise the cure rates of sinusitis (stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ) than conventional technique in surgery. The morphology middle turbinate and olfaction returned to normal affected directly sinusitis curative rate.
8.Analysis of omission diagnosis and misdiagnosis on the cervical high-grade lesions

Objective To discuss the clinical value of the "three-step" diagnostic routine in the diagnosis of cervical high-grade lesions. Method The women with the abnormal thinprep cytology test (TCT) underwent colposcopy and biopsy,the pathobiology result was the diagnostic standard. The sensitivity and specificity of the cervical high-grade lesions was calculated. Results The identify rate of the cervical high-grade lesions from the abnormal TCT was 22.3% (340/1524), the sensitivity was 27.1% (92/340), the specificity was 97.5% (1154/1184). The sensitivity of colposcopy was 47.9% (163/340), the specificity of colposcopy was 96.4% (1141/1184). Conclusion TCT with high sensitivity is used for preliminary screening, the colposcopic examination is used to pinpoint and evaluate the lesions,the detection rate and accuracy of cervical high-grade lesions can be improved.
9.The levels and clinical significance of osteopontin in serum of patients with lung cancer

ObjectiveTo explore the levels and clinical significance of osteopontin (OPN) in serum of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).MethodsOPN levels of 102 cases of NSCLC,42 cases of benign lung disease and 30 cases of healthy control were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).ResultsThe serum OPN levels of NSCLC were significantly higher than those of benign lung disease group and healthy control group (P<0.01).The levels of OPN in serum were compared between different gender,age,histological differentiation and pathological type groups,but there were no significant difference (P>0.05).The serum OPN levels of Ⅲ - Ⅳ stage NSCLC patients,with lymph node metastasis,before operation patients,recrudescent patients,survival below 3 years patients were relatively higher than that in the patients with Ⅰ - Ⅱ stage,without lymph node metastasis,after operation,no recrudescent,survival over 3 years patients,and the differences were significant (P<0.01).ConclusionsOPN levels in serum reflected the severity of the disease,which can be used to determine the effects of surgery and monitor recurrence and evaluate prognosis.
10.Characteristics of photosynthesis in three Dendrobium species

Object To determine the diumal changes of photosynthesis, its relationships with light intensities and temperatures, and the contents of chloroophyll in leaves of Dendrobium candidum Wall. ex. Lindl., D. wilsonii Rolfe and D. hercoglossum Reichb. f. Methods The net photosynthetic rate (NPR) was measured at intervals of 1.5 h during daytimes 7:30—16:30, under the photosynthetic affective rates 0—140 mmol/(m 2?s), and under the temperatures 29.6—38.2 ℃; contents of chlorophyll a and b in leaves were measured. Results NPR, light saturation point and compensation point were low in each of the three Dendrobium L. species. The NPR peaked during 8:00 and 10:00 am, and thereafter decreased rapidly as the temperature and light intensity increased. Content of chlorophyll b was high in the leaves. Conclusion These results indicated that the Dendrobium L. species, which are sciophyte plants, have great adaptations to their growing habitats.
