Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(01):-
Objective To explore methods for hypertension intervention healthy promotion, improve villagers 'healthy consciousness and facilitate their behavior change in country. Methods Adopted "point to lead side and point combine with side" to develop community diagnosis and mobilization, establish system for measuring blood, organize villagers abstain from tobacco and supervise those who with hypertension in experimental village. Use self comparison to evaluate intervention effects. Results Understanding rate(full understanding means knowing all parts of the project ) about the clinical manifestation and harmful influence of hypertension have increased from 2.0% to 10.4% and 0.2% to 8.7% respectively just after intervening, but preventive knowledge level hasn't improved obviously between 2003(before intervening) and 2006(after intervening). Before 2003, There were no villagers have ever measured their blood pressure on their own, and the rate of medical workers who have measured blood pressure for patients on their own was 28.5%. But after 2006, the rate of villagers who know ought to measure blood pressure periodical was 97.6%, and among them, 83.0% have measured their blood pressure on their own. Medical workers who have measured blood pressure for patients increase to 80%~90%. Through medical institution launching a program named " measuring blood pressure for above 35 years free charge", 137 822 hypertensive were found in 3 years in 6 item country 256 health institutions of township and village levels. Among those 51 505 were found freshly. Conclusion We adopted a series of measures, which were take countryside government to be guidance, take village hospital to be technical support, take village hospital to be flat, take village committee to be support and take villagers prescript to be obligation. Through every intervention, we improved villagers' healthy consciousness and facilitated their behavior change. Trough" measuring blood pressure for above 35 years free of charge", it can make more hypertensive get diagnosis and therapy timely.
4.Hearing Loss in Deaf Children Caused by Using Hearing Aids
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1998;0(01):-
A retest of 30 deaf children(58 ears) being trained in our centre who used hearing aids for at least half a year showed that two children(2 ears) suffered from hearing loss. To inquire into the cause of hearing loss, we analysed the frequency, range, gain,SSPL 90. volume control of the hearing aids worn by the children as well as the auditory training habits if the deaf children's parents and teachers, compared the children's hearing before and after using the hearing aids and pointed out the possible reasons that caused the children's hearing loss. Here.We sum up the aspects that should be paid attention to when testing and selecting hearing aids for deaf children.

China Medical Equipment 2015;(7):108-110,111
Objective:To discuss the maintenance and testing method, reduce CT machine fault, ensure the quality of CT machine performance, reduce the use of CT machine cost, increase the use value of CT machine, the better service for the masses and treatment. Methods:Using regular maintenance and inspection, specific Toshiba 64 row CT machine each time the content of maintenance and testing content. Results:Regular service and maintenance are the most effective CT machine performance quality guarantee the most basic method, can avoid 30% to 50% of the machine fault, not only greatly reduce the machine hardware damage failure incidence, software programs or data error of failure rates. Conclusion: The regular maintenance and maintenance is hotly debated in recent years the core content of preventive maintenance, periodic testing is an effective guarantee quality of CT machine performance of necessary measures, called on metrology institute and the centers for disease control and coordinated with the hospital, turn the two detection time about half a year, also accord with the national strong inspection requirements so that the rationality of the quality assurance, to avoid most of the repeated testing of national resources waste.
6.Effect of Ceftriaxone on glutamate-induced cerebral cortical neurocyte injury
Journal of Clinical Neurology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To study the effect of Ceftriaxone on glutamate-induced neurocyte injury. Methods Cultured rat cerebral cortical neurocytes were divided into Ceftriaxone (A)group, glutamate(B) group ,Ceftriaxone-pretreated (C) group and control (D) group. Observe morphous and MTT colorimetry were used to detect cytoactive. Laser scanning confocal microscope was used to measure the change of Ca2+ in rest state and after brief glutamate-induced Ca2+ loading. RT-PCR was used to determine the change of GLT1 mRNA expression. Results Compared with B group, cellular morphous was closer to normal in C group. Absorptance values of groups A,B,C,D were 0.795?0.010, 0.624?0.028, 0.738?0.021 and 0.813?0.023, respectively, which there were lower in groups B and C compared with group D, but absorptance value was higher in group C than that in group B(allP
