Objective To discuss the management specifications of medical device application. Methods The article discussed the management specifications of medical device application, such as equipping principle, bar code management, annual assessment, and secondary warehouse, proposed beneficial plan and steps. Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Di'ao Xinxuekang (DAXXK) on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, and to explore its mechanisms. Methods The myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model was established by the ligation of descending coronary artery in rats. Then animals after the modeling were randomized into model group, DAXXK-d (31.5 mg/kg) group, DAXXK-g (63.0 mg/kg) group and Diltiazem (24.8 mg/kg) group. A separate sham group was used as control. The treatment group was given DAXXK once a day for 7 days. Cardiac function and cardiac configuration were measured by color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic method. Hemodynamics was measured by Millar catheter method. The arterial oxygen saturation and blood oxygen pressure were measured by i-STAT 300 blood gas analyzer. Inflammatory cytokines interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, adhesion molecules VCAM-1, ICAM-1, and apoptosis-related protein Bcl-2, Bax were detected by ELISA. Myocardial apoptosis was measured using TUNEL method. Results Compared with model group, the left ventricular fractional shortening (FS), the systolic and diastolic function were improved, and the left ventricular pressure maximum rise/ fall rates (± LVdp/dtmax) were increased, in DAXXK group. DAXXK improved lung function, increased arterial oxygen pressure and oxygen content. The inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and adhesion molecules ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were decreased in DAXXK group. The myocardial swelling and inflammatory infiltration were relieved, myocardial apoptosis was reduced, the expression of Bcl-2 protein was increased and the expression of Bax protein was decreased in DAXXK group. Conclusion DAXXK can protect myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, which involved in the inhibition of apoptosis and reduction of inflammatory cytokines.

To meet the requirements for the development of marine resources and military operations, divers usually dive deeper than the depth at which narcosis is present during air diving.Under this condition, heliox is required for this div-ing.Sofar, some countries have developed their own decompression tables for routine heliox diving.The best-known is tables from USA and France.In the preceding century, tables of Former Soviet Union and France used for routine heliox diving were introduced into China.On the basis of both types of tables,Chinese Navy developed their own tables for this purpose. In this paper, we summarized the characteristics of these tables from 5 countries and compared them in terms of structure, oxygen use, total decompression time, first stop and other features.This may provide a basis for future modification of ta-bles used in China and the development of new tables for routine heliox diving.

ObjectiveTo investigate the applicability and superiority of modified Seldinger technique (MST).MethodsTotally 108 patients receiving peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) through vascular ultrasound combined with MST technology were enrolled as MST group and another 108 patients receiving PICC using traditional direct vision method as control group.The first puncture success rate,PICC succesa rate,catheterization time required,and early complication rate were compared between these two groups.ResultsThe first puncture success rate was 88.89％ in MST group and 72.22％ in control group (P=0.002) ; the catheterization success rate was 82.41％ in MST group and 57.41％ in control group ( P =0.000).In the MST group,there were two cases where the catheter within neck was ectopic ( P =0.003 ),two cases experienced bleeding at the puncture sites (P =0.017),three cases had phlebitis (P =0.001 ),and one case suffered from catheter blockage (P=0.010).In the eontrol group,the corresponding numbers were 13,10,18,and 9.However,the time required for PICC showed no significant difference between these two groups (P=0.685).In the MST group,15 cases were catheterized in less than 15 minutes,72 cases between 15 and 25 minutes,and 21 cases for more than 25 minutes.In the control group,12 cases were catheterized in less than 15 minutes,70 cases between 15 and 25 minutes,and 26 cases for more than 25 minutes.ConclusionPICC through MST can be more effective in positioning the targeting blood vessels,increasing the success rate of catheter insertion,reducing various tissue damages,and lowering potential complications.

Objective To investigate the effect of the artificial cycle on the prognosis after transcervical resection of adhesion (TCRA) and its mechanism .Methods 80 patients with intrauterine adhesion were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group .The observation group were performed TRCA and postoperative artificial cycle for successive 3 months :oral es-tradiol valerate(9 mg once daily) for 21 d ,adding oral medroxyprofgesterone acetate(10 mg once dialy) on 15 d ,then the medication discontinuation for 7 d ,which was taken as 1 cycle;the control group received only TCRA .The re-examination was performed after 3 months .The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) ,luteinizing hormone(LH) ,estradiol(E2 ) ,prolactin(PRL) ,progesterone (P) and testosterone(T) were examined by ELISA after TCRA three months .The expression of MMP-9 and TGF-β1 in adhesive endometrium were detected by real-time PCR and Western blot .Results Compared with the control group ,the artificial cycle thera-py combined with the operation could significantly increase the effective rate of TCRA for treating mild and moderate intrauterine adhesion(P<0 .05);the seum levels of FSH ,LH ,E2 ,PRL ,P and T had no statistical differences between the observation group and the control group(P>0 .05);the artificial cycle significantly improved the adhesive degree of intrauterine adhesion ,increased the MMP-9 expression and decreased the TGF-β1 expression .Conclusion Artificial cycle could improve the degree of uterine cavity ad-hesion after TCRA ,which the mechanism might be related to the increase of MMP-9 expression and decrease of TGF-β1 expres-sion .

AIM:To observe the postoperative effect of the application of expanded artery island skin flap on the treatment of injuries of face.METHODS:Totally 20 patients,who were treated with expanded artery island flap transplantation for face injury at Cosmetic and Plastic Institute,Weifang Medical College,were selected between January 1997 and September 2004.Patients knew the trial and agreed to participate in it.All patients received two phases operation:During the first period of the treatment,according to the different characteristics and requirements of the patients,suitable expander was implanted and water was input regularly.During the second period,the expanded island skin flap was used to cure the injuries on the face or do organ reconstruction.The skin flap was 2.5 cm? 3.5 cm-5.0 cm?7.5 cm,and vessel pedicle was 12.5 cm at most.Follow up was done regularly after operation.RESULTS:A total of 20 patients were involved in the result analysis,no drop out.Follow-up was done for 6-24 months in 20 patients.There were 4 cases of at least 6 months and less than 12 months,7 cases of at least 12 months and less than 18 months,9 cases of at least 18 months and less than 24 months.After expandor implantation in the first period,the expanded skin received skin repair or organ reconstruction in the second period.The healing of the injuries was good and scars of the skin and organ displacement were not clearly seen.Their function was recovered well and shape was ameliorated.CONCLUSION:The expanded island skin flap can provide comparatively large-region flap and long vessel pedicle to increase the angle and flexibility of flap rotation,and make the repair looks closer to the normal area.
