Acta Anatomica Sinica 1989;0(S1):-
Fibroblasts, reticular cells and macrophages are the important components of bone marrow hemopoietic in liquid to study whether HP-Ⅱ-E(Hydroxyproli- ne-2-epimerase, EC5, 1, 1,a) is involved in the synthesis of functional proteins of stromal cells. The femoral bone of 6 to 8 week-old 615 mice were made in suspension for cell culture in vitro. DMEM medium supplied with 25% calf serum was used After one to fifteen day's attaching incubation in stationary liquid the culture cells were stained with Giemsa, nonspecific esterase and HP-Ⅱ-E at different intervals. From the third day of the incubation, reticular cells began to develop form- ing stallate cells of the bone marrow. During an earlier time, enzymatic reaction was only observed in the nuclear membrance, but after three day's culture all the enzymatic activity in the cells increased dramatically. The enzymatic reac- tive granules were abundant in the outer cytoplasma of the stallate cells and fibroblasts and the cytoplasma of the macrophages. It was observed that hyd- roxyproline was changed by epimerase,

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(24):1863-1866
Objective To analyze the compliance of defecation function training of patients with ultra- low rectal cancer after intersphincteric resection and the influencing factors. And therefore to provide theoretical reference for the problems and nursing management of training. Methods The study was a reviewing trial. The enterostomal therapist educated patients with ultra-low rectal cancer after intersphincteric resection. Research used the basic information questionnaire, compliance evaluation of defecation function training, defecation diary and Fecal Incontinence Quality of Life Questionnaire as research instruments. And statistical analysis was used to acquired data. Results The score of the defecation function training compliance was (67.67 ± 5.28) points; Anal function and the fecal incontinence quality of life was in negative correlation with the compliance; At 9 and 12 months, anal function of patients who had good compliance were obviously improved (P < 0.05). Factors such as complications, internal sphincterotomy, operation, degree of education, pathologic stage, payment of medical expenses were related to the compliance (P < 0.05 or 0.01); The correlation analysis demonstrated that the compliance decreased with time. Conclusions The compliance of defecation function training of patients is related to anal function and the fecal incontinence quality of life. A effective training program and follow- up appointment is very important. Nurses should provide psychological counseling and health education for them to boost confidence improve quality of life.
5.Expression and prognostic value of ubiquitin carboxyl hydrolase L1 in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2016;29(5):504-507
[Abstract ] Objective Ubiquitin carboxyl hydrolase L1(UCH-L1) is a neuron cytoplasm protein and increased UCH-L1 lev-el in cerebrospinal fluid( CSF) indicates brain injury. The study aimed to indentify UCH-L1 level in CSF of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) and assess the prognosis value of UCH-L1. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 40 aneurismal SAH patients hospitalized in our department from August 2014 to February 2015.In the experiment group, CSF was taken by lumbar punc-ture in day1-day3, day5-day7, and day8-day10 after subarachnoid hemorrhage. In the control group, a single CSF sample was collect-ed during spinal anesthesia before surgery in 10 patients without neurologic disease.ELISA was applied to determine the concentration of UCH-L1 in CSF followed by comparison.Analysis was also made on relationship of the changes of UCH-L1 and modified rankins scale( MRS) 6 months later. Results CSF UCH-L1 concentrations in all SAH patients were significantly increased in day1-day3 ( P<0.05) after SAH, peaked in day5-day7 (P<0.01) and elevated un-til days 8-10 ( P<0.01 ) .MRS at 6 months showed a significant correlation with CSF levels of UCH-L1 in day5-day7 ( correlation co-efficient CC=0.691, P=0.001) and day8-day10 (CC=0.583,P=0.03), but not in days1-day3 (CC=0.364,P=0.08).SAH pa-tients with a good outcome at 6 months ( MRS<4) had much lower UCH-L1 levels in day5-day7 ( P=0.001) and day8-day10 ( P=0.041) than those with a poor outcome (MRS≥4).Higher UCH-L1 level at day5-day7 was a predictive marker of poor outcome in bi-nary logistic regression analysis (P=0.003); Conclusion The study suggests that increased CSF UCH-L1 level in day5-day7 after SAH is correlated with higher MRS and predicts an adverse clinical outcome 6 months after SAH.

Objective To determine the effect of tea polyphenols on oxidative damage and (apoptosis) in human bronchial epithelial cells induced by low-dose cigarette smoke condensate (CSC).Methods We prepared CSC. 3-(4,5-dimethyl thiazoly) 2,5-diphenyl-tetrazoliun bromide (MTT) assay was used to determine the growth of cultured human bronchial epithelial cells (HBE135-E6E7). Fluorescent-chemiluminescent analyzer was used to measure cell reactive oxygen species (ROS) level. DNA ladder method was used to detect HBE135-E6E7 apoptosis. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA expression. Results Concentration of intracellular ROS in the CSC group and CSC + TP group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01); concentration of intracellular ROS in the CSC + TP group was significantly lower than that in the CSC group (P<0.01). Apparent DNA breakage of the tail belt appeared in the CSC Group, while only a small amount of DNA breakage of the tail belt appeared in the CSC + TP group. Compared with the control group, Bcl-2 mRNA expression was reduced and Bax mRNA expression was increased in the CSC group (all P<0.01). Compared with the CSC group, Bcl-2 mRNA expression was increased and Bax mRNA expression was reduced in the CSC+TP group (all P<0.01). Ratio of Bcl-2 mRNA/ Bax mRNA in the CSC group and CSC+TP group was significantly lower than that in the control group (all P<0.01).Conclusion TP can antagonize CSC-induced airway epithelial cell apoptosis through the effective removal of ROS, promoting Bcl-2 mRNA expression and inhibiting the expression of Bax mRNA.
