Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(18):2798-2799
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and significance of nasopharyngeal cystectomy by nasal endoscopy. Methods According to the digital table,100 patients with nasopharyngeal cyst were randomly divided into the control group (conventional nasopharyngeal cyst excision) and observation group (endoscopic treatment),each group 50 cases. The cyst complete resection rate, infection rate, hospitalization time, postoperative recurrence rate of 2 years of follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results The cysts complete resection rate, infection rate, hospitalized time,2-years follow-up recurrence rate of the observation group were 90%,4%,(10.0 ± 1.2)d,4%,respectively,which were better than those of the control group [70%,18 %,(20.0 ± 4.2) d,16%] (χ2 =4.34,6.11,t =5.12,χ2 =6.55,all P < 0.05).Conclusion The nasopharyngeal cystectomy by nasal endoscopy has relia-ble effect, low recurrence rate, fewer complications.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(02):-
Objective:To study the relationship between smoking behavior and self-esteem of adolescents.Methods:1307 students of the seventh and eighth grades of 8 private schools completed questionnaires about smoking behavior and self-esteem. Results: More cigarettes smoking, less score of self-esteem. Those had quit smoking had higher scores in self-esteem than those can not quit. Students who chose“will smoke in the future”had lower self-esteem than the students chose“won't smoke in the future”.Conclusion:Smoking behavior is a marker of low self-esteem.

Chinese Journal of Medical Physics 2010;27(1):1607-1609
Objective:Based on Co-occurrence Matrix and Run-length Matrix,we studied cerebral infarction patients' MR image texture characters. The aim is to investigate the differences of lesion textures characters between patients' groups and normal control groups,so that we can use this tiny change to realize early diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Methods:Texture features were extracted from MR images of patients and normal control groups respectively.Fisher test was applied to choose valid textures characters and made features classifier. Results:Linear discriminant analysis can achieve 88.31% classification accuracy. This demonstrated that cerebral infarction patients and normal control groups have the differences of textures Characters in MR image. Conclusion:We can discover cerebral infarction patients' MR image texture characters change by texture analysis,so that early diagnosis of cerebral infarction would be realized.

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2008;16(2):116-118
Objective To discuss the expression and the related factors of E-selectin in insulin-resistant(IR)rat endothelium. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: high fat feed, high fructose feed and the control feed(HF group,HG group and NC group). IR rat model was established by high fat feeding or high fructose feeding for 4 weeks and was evaluated with euglycemic clamp technique. E-selectin protein expression was detected by Western-blot analysis. Results The expression of E-selectin protein in vessel endothelium was increased in HF group and HG group compared with that in NC group (P<0.01), and higher in HF group than in HG group (P<0.05). E-selectin protein expression was correlated significantly with TG, FFA, FIns and HOMA-IR in HF group and HG group (P<0.05). Conclusions IR may cause the increased expression of E-selectin in endothelium of rats fed with high fat or fructose.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2010;33(31):29-31
Objective To investigate the risk factors of hemorrhagic transformation (HT) after cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical and neuroimaging data of 100 patients (gender,age-matched)with cerebral infarction and hemorrhagic transformation from January 2005 to January 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. The following factors were listed for single factor analysis: the history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, admission blood pressure, blood sugar, infarction size, alcohol, smoking, atrial fibrillation, hypercholesterolemia, combined anticoagulant and antiplatelet aggregation therapy. All the above factors were analyzed by chi-square test or t test, and Logistic regression analysis was used to screen out the related risk factors of HT from the potentially related factors. Results Atrial fibrillation (OR =5.483,95%CI:fibrillation,extensive cerebral infarction, blood sugar, high blood pressure at the beginning of the disease, combined anticoagulant and antiplatelet aggregation therapy are the major risk factors of HT. At the same time, the occurrence of HT is the result of the joint effect of multiple factors and multiple mechanisms.

Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory vascular disease developing from early fatty streaks to highly rupture-prone unstable plaques. Many cellular and molecular events are involved in each step. With the development of targeting probe technology, molecular magnetic resonance imaging techniques are expected to revolutionize the treatment strategies of atherosclerosis in the near future. Many desirable molecular probes targeting various components of plaque have emerged in recent years. This article reviews the molecular magnetic resonance imaging techniques of atherosclerosis and their application.

It had been proved by many evidences that several heat shock proteins (HSPs) expression is up-regulated in tissue-derived primary lung cancer, and HSPs may play important roles in development, in resistant to drugs and in prognosis of lung cancer. However, there have not still systemic research on which HSPs,especially HSP70 can be or not thought as a new biological target in the therapy to lung cancer. In order to address the expression and roles of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in lung adenocarcinoma, immunoblotting was performed to detect the expression of HSP70 in tissue specimens from lung adenocarcinoma which were diagnosed unambiguously by branch fibromicroscopy and were excised. It showed that in the normal lung tissues, the expression of HSP70 was less then that in cancer tissues. After down-regulation of HSP70 protein by HSP70 anti-sense oligonucleotides in A549 cell line, MTT assay showed that the proliferation of A549 cells was inhibited remarkably after the treatment with HSP70 antisense oligonucleotides and Act D. There had significant differential in HSP70 antisense treatment group followed by Act D treatment and Act D treatment group. Results of Hoechst33258 staining revealed that HSP70 antisense oligonucleotides could promote Act D-mediated apoptosis in A549 cells with a higher percentage of apoptotic cells (26.91?3.73)% than that of Act D-treated group (16.83?3.41)% (P

Objective To construct series of reporter plasmids with truncated and deleted hTERT promoter. Methods Gene fragments of hTERT promoter was amplified by PCR and cloned into pGL3-Basic to construct luciferase reporter vectors.Dual luciferase assays were performed with cell lysates of HepG2 and COS-7 cells cotransfected with hTERT promoter reporter plasmids and pRL-TK.Results Series of luciferase reporter plasmids with truncated and deleted hTERT promoter were successfully constructed and respectively named pGL3B-895,pGL3B-371,pGL3B-DELS2,pGL3B-349,pGL3B-329,pGL3B-318,pGL3B-306.Dual luciferase reporter assays showed that all the reporter vectors have promoter activity both in HepG2 and COS-7.Conclusion Series of luciferase reporter plasmids with truncated and deleted hTERT promoter were successfully constructed, and their promoter activity were verified. These plasmids provide necessary experimental naterials for further investigation of regulation of hTERT during hepatocarcinoma development.
