1.Citation analysis of non-experimental nursing research papers
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(29):73-75
Objective To describe the citations of non-experimentsl nursing research papers in China,to reflex the academic level of non-experimental nursing research papers and the utilization of reseachers to literature information. Methods 2547 non-experimental nursing research papers were manually searched out from 466 issues of two kinds of core nursing journals named Chinese Journal of Nursing and Journal of Practical Nursing (which was changed to Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing in 2003) from 1990 to 2006,bibliometric analysis was used to analyze their citations from quantities, price indicator, sorts, resources and languages. Results The quantity of citations per paper was 4.4, which increased over time; the Price indicator was 55.6%; citations to journal predominated(73.4%) and there was a growing trend over time; most citations were to medical journals outside the profession of nursing (59.1%), while citations to nursing increased gradually; Chinese (73.6%) was the language of most of the citations, while the percentage of English citations increased gradually. Conclusions The competence of absorbing information of researchers in China was gradually increasing, their competence of absorbing foreign information needs to be strengthened urgently.
2.Plasma D-dimer in the application of the tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(3):198-200
D-dimer,which is degradation products during the fibrinolytic process, can reflect the fibrinolytic activity in the body.Blood shows a hypercoagulable state in cancer patients, which can directly reflect the patient's condition. It is recognized that D-dimer plays an important role in evaluating the condition of cancer patients, treatment effect and prognosis.
3.The role of nitric oxide in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(01):-
Under pathologic conditions, nitric oxide causes peripheral insulin resistance by impairing key signal molecules of insulin signaling pathway and mediates dysfunction of islet ? cells caused by lipids, cytokines and hyperglycemia, which plays an important role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
4.Effect of Multiple Thermotherapy on Proliferation Cycle and bcl-2 mRNA of HepG2 Cell
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the proliferation rate of HepG2 cell after multiple thermotherapy and the possible reasons related to it. Methods After HepG2 cell were treaded by ten repeated cycles of heat exposure at 43 ℃ for 80 minutes twice a day, the doubling time of cell was analyzed, and the cell cycle, bcl-2 mRNA and bax mRNA were detected. Results The proliferation rate of HepG2 cell which treated with heat speeded up, the percentage of G2 and S in cell cycle increased, the expression of bcl-2 mRNA strengthened and the rate of bcl-2/bax increased. Conclusion The speeded proliferation of HepG2 cell after multiple thermotherapy is related to its high percentage of DNA duplicated and dividing cell, strengthened expression of bcl-2 mRNA and increased rate of bcl-2/bax.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2017;33(9):1352-1356
Objective To analyze the value of resting state BOLD-fMRI in the early diagnosis of brain injury after nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy. Methods Four groups of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, including before radiotherapy group (G0),0-3 months after radiotherapy group (G1), 3-6 months after radiotherapy group (G2) and 6-9 months after radiotherapy group (G3),were underwent a resting state BOLD-fMRI scan, and Matlab software DPARSF tool was used to analyze and postprocess the data based on G1-G0,G2-G0,G3-G0,G2-G1,G3-G2 and G3-G1.Results Compared with the G0 group, the activity of bilateral hippocampus and temporal lobes was decreased in G1 and G2 groups, and the decreased degree in G2 group was smaller than that in G1 group.Compared with G1 group, brain metabolic activity increased in G2 and G3 group, but did not return to the initial level before radiotherapy. Conclusion Abnormal changes of resting state BOLD-fMRI have an important clinical significance in early diagnosis of radiation-induced brain injury after nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy.

Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 2017;26(5):508-512
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) for early radiation-induced brain injury. Methods We searched CNKI and PubMed and included articles according to the PRISMA statement.FA value, λ||, and λ丄 were pooled, and Forest plot generation, cumulative analysis, sensitivity analysis, and regression analysis were performed. We also used the funnel plot to analyze publication bias. Results A total 11 studies were included for meta-analysis.The results of FA value heterogeneity test were as follows:P=0.000, I2=93.6% in China;P=0.004, I2=82.2% in other countries and regions;P=0.000, I2=91.5% in all regions. The regression analysis of time-dose dependence and study design showed significant and non-significant associations, respectively, with the heterogeneity of these studies (adjusted P=0.026, P=0.005;adjusted P=0.859, P=0.908).The results of λ||and λ丄 heterogeneity tests were as follows:P=0.908, I2=0.0%;P=0.100, I2=56.6%.There was a sign of publication bias by Egger's test (coefficient:-6.26, 95%CI:-9.31 to-3.20, P=0.001) and Begg's test (P=0.004).Conclusions DTI-derived metrics are sensitive and reliable in the diagnosis of early radiation-induced brain injury.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the difference between subrenal capsule assay (SRCA) and monotetrazolium (MTT) assay in anticancer chemosensitivity test and explore the possible cause of bringing the difference,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice. Methods SRCA and MTT assay were carried out with fresh rectum carcinoma in three groups:5-FU,amethopterin(MTX) and mitomycin (MMC).The day 1,3,5 after SRCA,every subgroups was injected with 5-FU ,MMC and MTX respectively and the RR was observed at the sixth day;In MTT assay ,the drug,s concentration was 1/10 PPC of each group's drug and the IR was worked out at the fourth day after MMT assay. Results According to the result of chemosensitivity in the 60 groups,20 groups of them were accorded with, other 40 groups were not.The positive and negative according rate of tumor's sensitivity to drug was 33 3% and there was statistical difference between the two methods. Conclusions There were considerable difference between SRCA and MTT assay in anticanaer chemosensitivity test.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
Objective:To explore the relationship between DRD2 - 141C Ins/Del polymorphism and heroin craving. Methods:380 heroin addicts who were under abstinence were given the cue- elicited heroin craving experiment. And then we detected the polymorphism of DRD2- 141CIns/Del for them by using PCR- RFLP. We compared the relationship between genotypes of DRD2- 141CIns/Del and heroin craving before and after cue exposure. Results:No significant differ- ence has been found between heroin craving before and after cue- exposure in three genotypes of DRD2- 141CIns/Del. Conclusion:D2 receptor gene - 141CIns/Del polymorphisms may have no association with the susceptibility of heroin crav- ing.
