Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of azithromycin and erythromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection complicated with central nervous system involvement. Methods Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with central nervous system damage treated in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the observation object.According to the treatment method,it was divided into treatment group(45 cases)and control group(50 cases),the control group was given erythromycin tablets, the treatment group given azithromycin. To observe the therapeutic effect of two groups, compared the cerebrospinal fluid inflammatory cytokine levels and lung function of the two groups before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); After treatment, the indexes of lung function in patients of the two groups were increased before treatment, and the treatment group increased more significantly(P<0.05); The level of hs-CRP,IL-6 and other inflammatory cytokine of the two groups of patients before treatment had no significantly difference, after treatment, the two groups of patients with the above indicators were lower than before treatment, and the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin and erythromycin in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection complicated with central nervous system involvement have better treatment effect, and the effect of azithromycin is better, has a high clinical value.

Objective To study the clinical effect of Kangaiping Wan on postoperative patients with colorectal cancer treated by FOLFOX chemotherapy. Methods 78 cases of colorectal cancer patients admitted from February 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with FOLFOX4 regimen, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Kangaiping Wan on the basis of the control group. Two groups of patients before and after treatment of immune function improvement were compared, two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, quality of life to improve the situation, adverse reactions were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); There were no significant differences in the rates of oral mucositis, thrombocytopenia, hemoglobin, leukocytopenia and peripheral neurotoxicity in the two groups. The diarrhea and nausea and vomiting rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion FOLFOX regimen for patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy, combined with Kangaiping Wan, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients and enhance the immune function ,the clinical efficacy is good and the safety is high.

Objective To study the clinical application of laparoscope combined with gastroscope surgery in patients with gastric stromal tumor. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with gastric stromal tumor were retrospectively analyzed. Among them 20 cases were treated with traditional laparotomy (laparotomy group), and 30 cases were treated with laparoscope combined with gastroscope surgery (combination group). The intraoperative bleeding, operation time, postoperative recovery time, postoperative hospitalization time and complications were compared between 2 groups. Results One case in combination group received open surgery (3.33%, 1/30), mainly because of obesity, and tumor rupture occurred in 1 case during operation. All specimens of the 2 groups had no tumor residue. There were no statistical differences in tumor diameter and operation time between 2 groups (P>0.05); the intraoperative bleeding, postoperative recovery time and postoperative hospitalization time in combination group were significantly lower than those in laparotomy group:(26.33 ± 14.21) ml vs. (42.57 ± 15.67) ml, (37.96 ± 8.80) h vs. (60.14 ± 13.41) h and (6.42 ± 2.80) d vs. (12.04 ± 4.69) d, and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). The 2 groups had no death, stomach bleeding, anastomotic stenosis and anastomotic leakage. The laparotomy group had postoperative incision fat liquefaction in 3 cases and incision infection in 2 cases, and the combination group had pulmonary infection in 1 case. All were cured after symptomatic treatment. Conclusions Laparoscope combined with gastroscope surgery in the treatment of gastric stromal tumors has a short operation time, less blood loss, faster postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, shorter hospitalization time, and no major complications. It is a more ideal and minimally invasive surgery.
