BACKGROUND: Previous studies have proved that stress can affect immunity function and disturb homeostasis of bodies. Moderate exercise can alleviate the psychological stress reaction to some degree.OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of moderate exercise on lymphocyte number in spleen and mesenteric lymph nod,interferon-y (IFN-γ) and interleukine-4(IL-4) level in serum, as well as Th1/Th2 balance in rats under chronic psychological stress.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A randomized control animal experiment was carried out in the laboratory of Sports Human Science in Chengdu Sports University from May to October in 2007.MATERIALS: A total of 40 healthy male SD rats were divided by random digits table into 4 groups: control group, psychological stress group, exercise group and exercise+psychological stress group, with 10 ones in each group.METHODS: Before experiment, rats in exercise group and exercise+psychological stress group underwent 3 days of adaptive swimming training, 30 min/(t·d). During experiment, they were made swimming with no weight loading for 8 weeks, 60 min/(t·d).From day 2 post exercise on, rats in exercise+psychological stress group began to undergo the 21 days of chronic restraint stress,6 hours per day. At the same time, the chronic restraint stress models were established in the psychological stress group. Rats in the exercise group were fed for 22 days since the 8~(th) day of exercise ended. Rats in the control group were only fed without any intervention.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The lymphocyte number in spleen and mesenteric lymph node was measured, and ELISA was employed to measure IFN-y and IL-4 levels as well as the ratio of IFN-y/IL-4 in serum.RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the lymphocyte number, the level of IFN-y and the ratio of IFN-y/IL-4 were significantly decreased in psychological stress group (P < 0.01 ), and the Thlf'rh2 balance was broken. Compared with the psychological group, the exercise+psychological stress group had got significantly higher lymphocyte number, IFN-γ level and ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 (P<0.05). The lymphocyte number in spleen and mesenteric lymph node in the exercise group showed not a difference of significance compared with the control group, but a tendency towards going up. There was no difference of significance in IFN-γ level and ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 among the exercise+psychological stress group, the exercise group and the control group.CONCLUSION: Moderate exercise can increase lymphocyte number in spleen and mesenteric lymph node significantly,up-regulate the IFN-γ level so as to regulate the disbalance of Th1/Th2, and maintain immunity homeostasis.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of phosphoric acid phosphate combined metformin in the treatment of diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 86 cases with diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus included in this study were dividing into control group and experiment group with each 43 cases. The patients in the both groups were give regular treatment.Patients in the control group were given metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets 500mg by oral administration with 3 times a day and patients in the experiment group revieved phosphoric acid phosphate by oral administration with once a day.A cycle of 2 groups of patients were 28d,a total of 3 cycles of treatment. The ADP,APAF1,D25-(OH)D3),CysC and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy in experiment group was 93.02%,which significant higher than that in control group 76.74%(P<0.05).The serum level of ADP,APAF1 and CysC decreased after treatment with experiment group much lower than the control group(P<0.05).The serum D25-(OH)D3l elevated in the two groups with experiment group much higher than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse drug reactions was not statistically different between the two groups. Conclusion Phosphoric acid phosphate combined metformin in the treatment of diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus was effective with high safety.

Objective:To observe the changes of visual evoked potential(VEP)in diabetic rats and the influence of nerve growth factor(NGF)and aminoguanidine(AG)on VEP.Methods:Diabetes was induced in adult male Wistar rats with streptozotocin(STZ).Rats were divided into normal control group(CON),diabetes model group(DM).NGF-treated group(D +N)and AG-treated group(D+A).VEP was measured during the 3~(rd)month,6~(th)month,9~(th)month,and 12~(th)month.Results: Compared with the CON group, all rest groups had longer latencies and lower amplitudes(P

OBJECTIVETo discuss the relative association of soft tissue tension and cervical physiological curvature chang in patients with scapula muscle fasciitis.
METHODSFrom February 2012 to December 2012,29 patients with scapula muscle fasciitis were investigated. There were 10 males and 19 females with an average age of 27.77 years old (ranged from 22 to 40 years old). Routine AP and lateral cervical X-rays were done in all patients. Cervical lordosis was measured according to Borden's method and the pain point tension was measured by soft tissue tension meter. Finally, perform statistic analysis to bove data.
RESULTSLateral X-rays showed 9 cases were normal cervical lordosis, 18 cases were cervical lordosis decreased, 2 cases were cervical lordosis increased. The regression equation of cerical lordosis changes D(Y) and soft tissue tension displacement D0.5 kg (X) was Y = -15.069 + 3.673X.
CONCLUSIONThere is linear relationship between soft tissue tension and cervical physiological curvature change. With the soft tissue tension increases, the cervical lordosis trend to decrease.

Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) is sensitive to identification of cervical lesions and lymph node metastasis.DWI can be used to predict and evaluate the therapeutic effect of cervical cancer.Using magnetic resonance imaging and DWI scans in the process of diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer, which may contribute to the personalized treatment program and improve prognosis for patients.
