1.A study on the pathological efficacy of lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective:To investigate hepatic pathohistological changes(including pathology,HBV markers in liver tissue) in patients with chronic hepatitis B treated with lamivudine.Methods:35 patients of chronic hepatitis B were randomly selected and administered with 100mg lamivudine orally daily for 1 year. The needle biopsy of liver were performed before and after treatment. The routine HE stained liver tissue sections were evaluated and Knodell pathological score were done.HBsAg,HBcAg,?-SMA in liver tissue were examined by immunohistochemisty method. Results:After 1 year histological assessment revealed that activity index of hepatic histology in 41.18% patients had a significant decrease, while necrosis in portal area, portal vein phlebitis and fibrosis were oboviously alleviated. The liver immunohistochemistry examination showed that HBcAg and ?-SMA in liver decreased significantly in the patients with HBeAg seroconversion, but HBsAg had no obvious alteration. Conclusion:These results suggest that lamivudine(100mg/d) alleviate the inflammation degree, slow down the development of liver fibrosis after 1 year therapy.Once HBeAg seroconversion appears,HBcAg and ?-SMA in liver decreased.
2.The distribution and expression of recombinant M.smegmatis in mice receiving intranasal immunization
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective: To observe the distribution and expression of recombinant Mycobacterium smegmatis carrying the plasmid encoding human granulysin(GLS) and murine IL-12 by intranasal immunization in mice. Methods: BALB/C mice were intranasally immunized with recombinant M.smegmatis carrying the plasmid encoding green fluorescent protein(GFP).The distribution of GFP and recombinant Mycobacterium smegmatis in the lungs and spleens was detected 14 days after the first immunization.BALB/C mice were intranasally immunized three times with recombinant M.smegmatis carrying the plasmid encoding GLS and IL-12.28 days after the first immunization, the expression of GLS in tissue, levels of IL-12 in serum and SIgA in BALF(bronchoalveolar lavage fluid)were detected with immunohistochemistry and ELISA respectively. Results: The distribution of GFP and recombinant Mycobacterium smegmatis in lung and spleen was detected. The expression of GLS,the increased of IL-12 in serum and the specific SIgA in BALF were found. Conclusion: The distribution of recombinant Mycobacterium smegmatis carrying the plasmid encoding of GFP in lung and spleen is detected. The specific anti-bacterium SIgA is generated.GLS and IL-12 are expressed in BALB/C mice after intranasal immunization with recombinant Mycobacterium smegmatis carrying the plasmid encoding GLS and IL-12.The results lay the foundation for new vaccine study.
3.CT Diagnosis of Larvate Focus of Lung Carcinoma ( An Analysis of 10 Cases)
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To study the erroneous or missed diagostic causes of larvate focus of lung carcinoma. Methods Finding of CT and plain chest film in 10 patients with larvate focus of lung carcinoma were reviewed and compared,All of 10 cases were proved by pathology. Results Only 1 case of lung cancer was found and 3 cases were found with pleural effusion by routine X-ray films.9 cases of lung cancer were found by CT examination. Conclusion (1)CT examination can detect the position of lung focus accurately, meanwhile it is convenient for quantitative and qualitative analysis.(2)High kV chest X-ray film examination can deacrease missed-diagnosis of larvate focus of lung carcinoma.(3)The routine chest X-ray film combined with CT examination can raised the diagnostic level of larvate lung cancer. If needed the fibrobrochoscope and MRI is useful.

6.Effect of sodium selenite on Treg cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with Graves disease
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2015;(6):814-817
Objective:Recently, selenium was used for the treatment of Graves disease. However, there has been no reports that selenium affected the immune function of Graves disease at the cellular level so far. It is reported the effect of sodium selenite on Treg cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with Graves disease in the present study. Methods:AFS were used to detect the level of serum selenium;PBMC( Peripheral blood mononuclear cells) were extracted, then, cultured with sodium selenite. Foxp3 mRNA expression was tested by Real-time fluorescence PCR,and ELISA was used to detect the secretion of IL-35. Results:The serum sodium selenite levels of GD group are significantly lower than the HC group; The expression of Foxp3 mRNA and secretion of IL-35 are both increased. Conclusion:It shows sodium selenite could improve the state of immune disorders by recovering the function of Treg cells.
7.Effect of Psychological Stress on Rat Behavior and Condylar Cartilage
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(9):1-6
Objective To establish the Sprague-Dawley rats psychological stress model and investigate the effect of the psychological stress on behavior and condylar cartilage of Sprague-Dawley rats. Methods Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided equally into psychological stress group, foot shock group and control group, and the foot shock group was only as sources of stimuli. The Sprague-Dawley rats psychological stress model was built, and the rats were killed at 1, 3 and 5 weeks respectively after stimulation. The behavior changes were observed by open field test, etc. The histology of condylar cartilage was observed by HE stain. Results Psychological stress model was effective in evaluating behavior changes. The pathological examination revealed structural changes of the condylar cartilage in the psychological stress group. The psychological stress groupⅡwas the most serious group with collagenous fibers disintegrated and gaps formed. Conclusion This rats model of the psychological stress shows great practicability and reproducibility. The long-term psychological stress can lead to SD rats behavior changes and temporomandibular joint condylar cartilage change.
8.Study on mastery situation of knowledge about infection diseases among primary and middle school students in Chongqing
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(16):2035-2037,2040
Objective To understand the mastery situation of the knowledge about common infectious diseases among the prima-ry and middle school students,in order to provide the evidence for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. Methods The stratified random cluster sampling method was adopted. The survey was performed by the questionnaire form. The data were analyzed by the Chi square test, logistic regression model in the SPSS17.00 statistical software. Results Among the primary and middle school students in Chongqing, the students mastering 75% of the basic knowledge about infectious diseases accounted for 24.6% of the total respondents (P<0.01).From the view of the distribution of disease entities, the top six diseases with the awareness rate of less than 60% were hepatitis B,bacterial dysentery, cholera, measles, pinworm and rabies respectively(P<0.01), whose awareness rates are under 60%(P<0.01).As for the level of mastery among different grades, the senior middle school students had a better knowledge of tuberculosis, flu,SARS,AIDS,hepatitis B,poliomyelitis,etc(P<0.01).Comparatively,the pri-mary school students grasped the knowledge of hand-foot-and-mouth disease and pinworm better(P<0.01).Conclusion The pri-mary and middle school students have a low awareness rate of infectious diseases.Pertinently strengthening the popularization of the knowledge about infectious diseases is the powerful measure for reducing the occurrence of infectious diseases and promote the healthy development of students.
