Objective To reduce experimental costs and improve the utilization of S9, we use spiral coating technique to evaluate the activity of rat liver S9 prepared by combination inducing method as well as to establish cryopreservation method. Methods Using spiral coating technique and Ames test to evaluate the activity of self-made rat liver S9 and commercially available S9 separately. We use glycerinum as protective agent to establish cryogenic storage method, so that S9 can be in liquid form stored at -20 °C in the refrigerator. Results In the Ames assay as well as using spiral coating technique, the number of revertant colonies had dose-response relationship among the dose of S9.When conditions were the same, the number of revertant colonies in positive control was at the approximate level in presense of self-made rat liver S9 and commercially available S9 respectively. When S9 ( concentration of 38%) was added to the amount at 1.48 ~6.62 μL /μL broth dose of bacteria, it can significantly induced Salmonella typhimurium histidine strains TA100, reverse mutation rates were three times more than the control group. Conclusions Spiral coating technique can successfully evaluate the activity of rat liver S9.The inducing method of combination of PB and BF can take the place of the unducing method of PCBs in the preparation of Liver homogenate S9.

Herald of Medicine 2016;35(4):352-356
Objective To observe the anesthesia effect of dezocine and pentazocine in painless artificial abortion, in order to provide a basis for safe use of anesthesia drug in clinical practice. Methods Totally,300 patients undergoing painless artificial abortion were included in this study. The patients were randomly divided into four groups: group A (simple propofo), group B ( propofol combined with fentanyl) ,group C ( propofol combined with dezocine) and group D ( propofol combined with pentazocine)(n=75 each).Four groups of patients were intravenously injected with propofol (1-1.5 mg?kg-1) according to the situation in operation when necessary to maintain anesthesia effect.Heart rate (HR),mean arterial pressure (MAP),arterial oxygen saturation ( SpO2 ) and respiratory frequency were observed and recorded before induction, after induction,at the beginning of the operation, during operation and anesthesia recovery. The onset time of anesthesia, the recovery time, the recovery time of orientation, the postoperative pain score and the incidence of adverse reaction of the four groups were recorded. Results All of the patients achieved good effects of anesthesia in operations. There was no significant difference in the onset time of anesthesia (P>0.05).Awakening time and time of orientation recovery in groups B,C and D were significantly shorter than those in group A (P<0.05).The dosages of propofol in group C and D were significantly less than those in group A and B (P<0.05).The changes of HR,MAP,SpO2 and respiratory frequency after induction were not significantly different in group B,C and D (P>0.05),but the changes were relatively stable as compared with group A (P<0.05).The rates of adverse reactions in group B,C and D were significantly lower than that in group A (P<0.05).The incidence rates of respiratory depression, nausea and vomiting in group C and D were significantly lower than those in group A and B (P<0.05).The postoperative pain scores of VAS in group B,C and D were significantly lower than that of group A (P<0.05). Conclusion The analgesia effects of dezocine and pentazocine are similar.Application of them can reduce the dosage of propofol and shorten the anesthesia awakening time in painless artificial abortion,at the same time they have less adverse reactions, and they are safe and effective to be used in clinical anesthesia.

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2016;36(3):370-372
Pharmacological method state is a method to explain the principle of Chinese herb according to its external phenomenon such as shape, color, texture, features, and so on. The natural attribute of Chinese herb include shape, color, texture, smell, harvesting time, medicinal parts, chemical components, and so on. Though both of them have different key points, the natural attribute of Chinese herb can also be used to explain its medicinal mechanism. Therefore, the correlation research between pharmacological method state and the natural attribute of Chinese herb has some significance.

Microbiology 2008;0(10):-
The bioreactor production of recombinant Lateolabrax japonicus growth hormone (rljGH) expressed intracellularly by Pichia pastoris was investigated. A strategy of feeding methanol at the exponential rate was established and the effect of specific growth rate on the rljGH production was examined. The results indicated that the average specific production rate increased and the rljGH production duration decreased as the specific growth rate increased. The maximum specific rljGH production (0.58 mg/g WCW) was achieved at a specific growth rate of 0.029/h. The effect of supplementing ammonium sulfate, peptone and yeast ex- tract on the rljGH production was further investigated. The results indicated that the effects of ammonium sulfate and peptone were not significant. Supplementing yeast extract of 2.5 g/L was advantageous for the rljGH production. The duration of the rljGH production was increased to 23 h from 17 h and the fermenta- tion stability of run-to-run could be improved.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of post-transplantation diabetes mellitus(PTDM).Methods PTDM patients who were treated in our hospital from Jan 1,2010 to Dec 31,2010 were enrolled in this study. They were administrated with glargine combined with repaglinide for 6 months, and their glucose level, hepatic and renal function indicators, and tacrolimus concentration were examined at baseline and 1,3,and 6 months after treatment. Results Totally 44 patients were included and given dietary control.Three cases were not given any hypoglycemic drugs,7 were administrated with glargine only,30 cases received glargine combined with repaglinide therapy, and 4 cases required intensive insulin therapy. All the patients achieved satisfactory glycemic control. The hepatic function, renal function, and serum tacrolimus concentration showed no significant change before and after repaglinide therapy(P > 0.05).Five hypoglycemic events were recorded during the treatment,in which the lowest blood glucose level was 3.7 mmol/L.No severe hypoglycemia happened. Conclusion On the basis of dietary control, glargine combined with repaglinide provides a safe and effective therapy for PTDM.
