Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of joint mobilization therapy for osteoarthritis of knee joint.Methods 120 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with joint mobilization and synthesis rehabilitation therapy, and control group only with synthesis rehabilitation therapy.Results The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group according to analysis of intention-to-treat, and 92.73% in the treatment group and 80.77% in the control group based on analysis of per-protocol population. There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05). No adverse effect was found in the treatment group.Conclusion The joint mobilization therapy is efficacy and safety for osteoarthritis of knee joint.

Objective To investigate the expression of Golgi protein?73(GP73) and Ki?67 antigen in gallbladder carcinoma ,and to analyze their correlations with proliferation ,invasion ,and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods Streptavid?in?peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of GP73 and Ki?67 in surgically resected specimens of 58 gallbladder carcinomas ,15 gallbladder adenomas and 15 gallbladder polyps samples . Results The positive rates of GP73 and Ki?67 protein in gallbladder carcinomas were 72.4% and67.24%,respectively ,which wer significantly higher than those in gallbladder adenomas(GP73:40.0%,Ki?67:26.7%,P<0.05)and in gallbladder polyps(GP73:13.3%,Ki?67:25.0%,P<0.05).The expression of GP73 was positively correlated with tumor differentiation ,Nevin staging and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05), and the expression of GP73 was positively correlated with tumor differentiation ,Nevin staging(P < 0.05). GP73 expression was positively correlated with Ki?67 expression in gallbladder carcinoma (r = 0.473 ,P = 0.000). Patients with negative expression of GP73 and Ki?67 had longer survival time than those with positive expression of GP73 and Ki?67. Conclusion The expression of GP73 and Ki?67 was associated with proliferation ,invasion of gallbladder carcinoma. The combined detection of GP73 and Ki?67 is conducive to judging the progress and prognosis of the gallbladder carcinoma .

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for content determination of cyproheptadine hydrochloride in fuyan cream.METHODS:Ultraviolet spectophotometry was applied to determine the contents of cyprohepatadine hydrochloride as well as its adjuvant as two coexisting components without isolation and extraction,the wavelengths were286nm and258nm res_ pectively,linear regression and simultaneous equations were used to analyze the results.RESULTS:Cyproheptadine hydrochlor_ ide and its adjuvant showed good linear relationship in the range of2.52～25.2and2.5022～25.022?g/ml respectively,the average recovery of cyproheptadine hydrochloride was98.61%(RSD=1.08%).CONCLUSION:The present method is simple,convenient,reproducible and reliable,which is suitable for rapid determination for fuyan cream.

Objective To determine the levels of anti-Toxoplasma gondii antibody (ATAb) and antisperm antibody (AsAb) in serum samples and interferon-?(IFN-?) in supernatants of peripheral blood cell culture in females with infertility, and to analyze their correlation. Methods ELISA was applied to determine and compare the ATAb and AsAb in serum samples of 182 women with infertility and those of 94 women with normal pregnant history. The level of IFN-? in supernatants of peripheral blood cell culture was also measured and compared by ELISA. Results The positive rates of serum ATAb and AsAb in the cases of infertility were 15.38% and 18.13% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of women with normal pregnant history( 6.38% and 5.32%). The supernatant IFN-? level in infertile women was significantly higher than that of women with normal pregnant history (0.970?0.493) ?g/L vs (0.531?0.274) ?g/L(P

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of gelatin sponge particles chemoembolization for liver metastasis of gastric cancer patients. MethodsThe clinical data of 5 cases from December 2009 to July 2010 with gelatin sponge particles chemoembolization for liver metastasis after radical gastrectomy patients was analyzed retrospectively. ResultsVarious degrees of necrotic lesions were observed in all cases, 6 months after operation, 1 case received complete remission (CR),3 cases with partial remission (PR), 1 case with stable condition (SD), the total effective (CR + PR) rate was 80％(4/5). Conclusion Gelatin sponge particles chemoembelization for liver metastasis of gastric cancer has achieved a good shortterm effect,while the long-term efficacy remains to be identified.

BACKGROUND:Current decelularized methods have the certain damage to the extracelular matrix and reduce the biomechanical properties of acelular scaffolds. OBJECTIVE:To explore the biomechanical properties of decelularized scaffold of lyophilized bovine tendon. METHODS:Sixty lyophilized fiber bundles from fresh flexion tendon of calf toes were randomly divided into two groups: control group and experimental group. In the experimental group, serine protease inhibitors were placed asepticaly for 24 hours at room temperature, then the samples were rinsed with PBS and transferred to the low concentration of trypsin+ethanol mixed solution to remove the cel wal without destruction of the extracelular matrix at room temperature for 5 hours; after that, the fiber bundles were cultured in DNA enzyme solution for 5 hours, finaly the acelular scaffold was completed and rinsed with PBS for 48 hours and dried at room temperature in sterile room. No treatment was done in the control group. Modulus of elasticity, durability and maximum stress were determined in the two groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Similar elastic modulus and durability were found in the two groups, but the maximum stress in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.01). These findings indicate that the lyophilized acelular tendon fibers can mimic the biological function of bovine tendon fibers to a certain extent.

Pancreatic tuberculosis (PTB) is a rare,chronic,specific and infectious disease which is generally secondary to tuberculosis at the common sites of pancreas,and it has a high misdiagnosis rate due to the hidden onset and nonspecific symptoms of PTB.A patient with PTB was admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in June 2014.Before operation,the space-occupying lesions of the head of pancreas were detected by preoperative imaging examination,and the patient was regarded as with pancreatic cancer.Intraoperative exploration showed cystic duct involvement,and the granulomatous inflammation was detected by rapid pathological examination using frozen section technique,after that the patient received granuloma resection+cholecystectomy according to suspected PTB.The diagnosis of PTB was confirmed by postoperative pathological examination,and the patient received liver-protective and anti-tuberculosis treatments after discharge.

Objective To explore the effect of calreticulin (CRT) on cell proliferation and invasion of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721 and HepG2.Methods SMMC-7721 and HepG2 cells were transfected with small interfering RNA (siRNA).The transfection rate was detected by immunoflurescence and western blot.The cell proliferation,invasion and apoptosis of SMMC-7721 and HepG2 cells were determined by using cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assays,transwell assays and flow cytometry,respectively.The p-Akt and Akt levels were detected by western blot.Results The growth inhibition rate in the siRNA experimental group of SMMC-7721 and HepG2 cells for 24,36 and 48 h were (41.0 ±2.2) ％,(46.5 ±1.6)％,(59.7 ±2.2)％ and (36.8 ±2.7)％,(47.3 ± 1.8)％,(61.5 ±3.2)％,respectively.The apoptosis rate after down-regulating the expression of CRT in SMMC-7721 and HepG2 cells for 36h were (45.2 ± 9.1) ％ and (48.9 ± 8.0) ％,respectively.Compared with the blank group and the negative control group,the growth inhibition rate in the siRNA experimental group was lower (P ＜0.05),but the apoptosis rate was significantly higher (P ＜ 0.05).Transwell experiments confirmed that the numbers of invaded SMMC-7721 and HepG2 cells in the blank group and the negative control group and siRNA experimental group were (96.8±7.3),(95.6±5.4),(34.0±4.2) and (124.0 ±9.9),(121.6 ±7.0),(70.4±9.5),respectively,indicating that cell invasion in the siRNA experimental group was significantly suppressed (P ＜ 0.05).The expression of p-Akt was decreased (P ＜ 0.05) after down-regulating the expression of CRT for 36h.Conclusion CRT gene silencing by siRNA can inhibit the SMMC-7721 and HepG2 cell proliferation and invasion,but increase the cell apoptosis by regulating PI3K/Akt signal pathway.

Objective To discuss the prevention and management method for chylous fistula after neck lymph node dissec‐tion .Methods Totally 1 793 cases of neck lymph node dissection in this department from January 2005 to September 2014 were retrospectively analyzed .The clinical data in the cases of chylous fistula occurred after operation were summarized .Results Twenty one cases of chylous fistula occurred ,accounting for 1 .17% ,in which 13 cases were cured by the local compressed bandaging and continuous negative pressure drainage;5 cases adopted the conventional method for 2-3 d ,but under the ineffective condition ,then they were treated by combining with somatostatin pumping (somatostatin 6 mg+0 .9% normal saline 48 mL ,2 mL/h ,lasting for 24 h ,for successive 2-3 d) and finally cured;3 cases were cured after reoperation .Conclusion Prevention is the best treatment for chylous fistulas ,local compression bandage plus continuous negative pressure drainage is the main method for treatment of chylous fistulas after neck dissection .The combined therapy with somatostatin can increase the close rate of chylous fistulas;for the patients with long persistent time ,large drainage volume and invalid conservative therapy should adopt the remedial measure of operation .
