Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(23):-
Objective To study the changes of liver blood flow with or without portal vein thrombus (PVTT) in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The hepatocellular carcinoma patients with PVTT (n=26) and without PVTT (n=35) were enrolled. The diameter and the velocity of hepatic arterial (HA) and portal vein (PV) were measured with color Doppler flow imaging in all patients. Results In the patients with PVTT, the diameter of PV dilated and the velocity of PV dropped significantly and the velocity of HA rised obviously, as compared with those without PVTT. Conclusion The index of HA and PA is very important to guide the therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective:To explore the effect of emotional stress to the intra-islet apoptosis and the it's neural mechanism. Methods: Using the drinking-conflict stress and restraint stress, we investigated diabetes-prone NOD mouse's c-fos expression in it's brain and it's intra-islet apoptosis. Correlation between the two variables was also studied. Results:The average intra-islet apoptosis of the first(3.95?1.05)and the second (5.73?2.60)and third day(5.77?2.75) was higher than the control's(0.82?0.93,P

7. Advance in the Research of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Inhibitors Related to Lung Cancer
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2018;53(13):1037-1046
Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), a member of the super family of protein tyrosine kinase receptors, plays a crucial role in proliferation, apoptosis, aggression and metastasis of tumor cells. The target-EGFR inhibitors have been a hotspot and tendency in the progress of anti-tumors. Currently, the target-EGFR inhibitors have made a steady progress and many valuable drugs in the clinical treatment have been developed. However, many patients will be resistance to the drugs due to the mutation of amino acid. Therefore, drugs which can be effective in the later treatment or long-term therapies will always be deficient. In this article, the research progress and mechanism of anti-tumor of small molecules EGFR inhibitors in detail are reviewed.

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of liver and lung injury in mouse septic models.Methods:Twenty-four male Kunming mice were subjected to cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)or sham operation. The permeability of microvasculature, water contents, activities of myeloperoxidase(MPO)and the apoptosis of microvascular endothelial cells in lung microvasculature and liver sinus were examined 3 h and 12 h after operation. Results:Both the liver and lung showed a significant increase in microvessel permeability at 12 h in CLP group compared with sham operation group.MPO activity and water content in CLP group were obviously higher than those in the sham operation group. The apoptosis of lung microvascular endothelial cells at 12 h in CLP group(5.03?0.92)% was significantly higher than that of control group(3.48?1.21)%(P

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To analyze the risk of embolization of brain AVMs,study the angioarchitectural factors affecting the difference of embolization level, and to establish the angioarchitecture grading system for embolization of brain AVMs.Methods The clinical data, angioarchitectural features, embolism complication and embolism level were retrospectively analyzed.Multivariate statistical analysis was performed to determine if any of the variables was predictive of a poor outcome of embolization(death or permanent neurological deficit),and if any of the variables was predictive of the percentage obliteration achieved by embolization.Based on the above results,we established the angioarchitecture grading system. Results Endovascular procedures for embolization were performed 324 times in 189 patients during an 11-year period.Embolization was performed using N-butyl cyanoacrylate. In those patients,3(1.6%) died and 5(2.6%)had a permanent neurological deficit as a result of the embolization. The AVMs were given a score from 0 to 5 based on the size, number of the first grade feeding artery, and number of the second grade feeding artery. The assigned scores were as follows:nidus size(AVF=0,
