The paper first expounds the concept and content of patients＇ right of privacy, introduces some law regulations of patients right of privacy in our countryand dicusses the legal character and the legal responsibility about the violation of patients＇ right of privacy, administrative legal responsibility and civil legal responsibility.

The penal stipulation to the subject range about crime of illegal medical practice is too narrow,and there is also a great deal of contradictory regulation between Criminal Law and Practicing Physicians Law so it can not achieve the legislation goal.It is essential to revise the 1st section of "Criminal law "336th in order to expand the subject range and standardize the medical service market of our country.

The application of the law of medical disputes has become hot debate in law experts and the actual trial with the growing number of medical treatment damages litigation.There has been binary phenomenon of applicable the law of "The Medical Accident Handle Regulation"and the General Principles of Civil Law.The compensation,which is closely related to the law suffered the same problem.The emergence of this phenomenon is inseparable from the shortcomings of "The Medical Accident Handle Regulation".The author will explore the issue and make recommendations.

Organ transplanting in our country began in the 1970s,which has already made very great development and progress. But with many problems arising,this has brought certain difficulty to the further development of the organ transplanting. This article has analyzed the questions appearing in organ transplanting of our country and proposed the related countermeasures.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the national essential medicine system and satisfy the needs of ra-tional use from the public METHODS:The current situation and existing problems in the national essential system were described by literature research and comparative analysis,and recommendations were presented. RESULTS:The implementation of essential medicine system has certain effects in China,but there still remains some problems,involving too much variety of essential medi-cines,high price and others,and limitation of the use of medicine and distribution in primary medical institutions. CONCLU-SIONS:Government should further simplify the essential medicine lists,reduce prices,strengthen policy support for primary medi-cal institutions,deepen the national essential medicine system and protect the public's rational drug use.
