Goal To promote the university student to foster the civilized behavior.Method From September to October,2007,investigate the 615 students of Nursing Department in Our college,in order to know the situations of civilization and manners on campus.Result Amorg the ten big uncivilized behaviors,in the first place is: uncivilized languge,that is,speaking obscene words.The above is the view of 324 students 167 students think that humiliating the small and weak and fighting are the most disgusting behaviors.So how to foster the university student's civilized behavior turns to be a society problem now.Conclusion The coordination of the autonomy and the heternomy can play a better effect during the process of fostering the civilized behaviors.But the autonomy may play a main role in the process.

Objective To investigate the indications and clinical efficacy of an exclusive right-thoracic approach in esophageal surgery.Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with esophageal disease who underwent an exclusive right-thoracic approach operation from June 2008 to June 2010 at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University were retrospectively analyzed.Of the 35 patients,21 were with esophageal cancer,and their ages were above 70 years,the partial pressure of oxygen of arterial blood (PaO2),maximal voluntary ventilation and forced vital capacity of the first second were (70 ± 9) mm Hg (1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa),51％ ± 9％ and 57％ ± 11％,respectively.Fourteen patients were with benign esophageal disease or low grade malignancy,and their PaO2 maximal voluntary ventilation and forced vital capacity of the first second were (96 ± 13) mm Hg,83％ ± 11％ and 91％± 14％,respectively.Exclusive right-thoracic approach was selected for all the patients,and surgical procedure was selected according to the location of the lesions.Patients were followed up by out-patient examination or phone call till April 2012.Results All the operations were carried out successfully,21 patients with esophageal cancer underwent partial esophagus resection and stomach-esophagus intrathoracic anastomosis through a right-thoracic approach.Of the 14 patients with benign esophageal disease or low grade malignancy,2 patients were with esophageal leiomyoma,3 with esophageal stromal tumor and 1 with esophageal leiomyomatosis underwent partial esophagus resection + intrathoracic anastomosis ; 7 patients with esophageal leiomyoma and 1 with esophageal stromal tumor underwent tumor extirpation.The operation time and operative blood loss were (3.4 ± 1.8)hours and (160 ± 44)ml,respectively.The number of lymph node dissected of the 21 patients with esophageal tumor was 14 ± 5,including 1.1 ± 0.7 lymph nodes dissected near the left gastric artery.No anastomosis fistula and perioperative death were detected,and the duration of hospital stay was (10 ± 4)days.The postoperative PaO2,maximal voluntary ventilation and forced vital capacity of the first second were (66 ± 10)mm Hg,50％± 11％ and 51％ ± 13％ for patients with esophageal cancer,and (94 ± 13) mm Hg,80％ ± 13％ and 87％ ± 16％ for patients with benign esophageal disease or low grade malignancy.All the patients were followed up for 1-2 years,no eating obstruction was detected,and the postoperative 1-and 2-year survival rate were 82.9％(29/35) and 77.1％ (27/35),respectively.Of the 8 patients with esophageal cancer who died postoperatively,1 died of cardiovascular diseases and 7 died of tumor recurrence and metastasis.Conclusion Exclusive rightthoracic appraoch could be used for patients with benign esophageal disease,low-grade malignancy and old esophageal cancer patients with poor pulmonary function.

Objective To investigate the correlation among Lp (a),cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerosis.Methods 180 cases were equally divided into 3 groups (60 cases in each group).The patients with both cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerosis composed one group(cerebral infarction group for short) ;the patients of carotid atherosclerosis which without cerebral infarction composed another group(no cerebral infarction group for short) ;the control group composed with those who had neither cerebral infarction nor carotid atherosclerosis.The level,outlier detection rate about Lp(a) and usual risk factors of cerebral infarction were compared in this research.Results The level and detection rate of Lp(a) in the cerebral infarction group were (512 ± 156) mg/L and 46.7％ ;the level and detection rate of Lp(a) in the no cerebral infarction group were (316 ± 87)mg/L and 20.0％ ;the level and detection rate of Lp(a) in the control group were (199 ± 123) mg/L and 5.0％.The differences of the level and outlier detection rate of Lp(a) among the three group were significant(F=13.87,x2 =29.394,P ＜0.01).Cerebral infarction patients had more usual risk factors of cerebral infarction (hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipemia,drinking,smoking,obesity and lack of exercise) than those who without cerebral infarction (x2 =15.523,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The abnormal of Lp(a) was an important risk factor of cerebral infarction.The general survey of Lp(a) was significant in the primary and secondary prevention of stroke.To the people whose assay of Lp(a) was abnormal,the control of governable risk factors of cerebral infarction should actively be carried out.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of different needle-retaining lengths on the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating post-stroke shoulder pain.MethodSixty patients were randomized into a 30 min group and a 60 min group, 30 cases in each group. The same acupuncture treatment protocol was adopted in the two groups, and the acupuncture treatment was given once a day, 5 sessions a week, for 20 times in total. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), shoulder pain frequency, and Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) were observed before treatment and after 4-week treatment.ResultThe scores of each index were significantly improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.01), and there were significant differences in comparing each index score between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05,P<0.01).ConclusionIn the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain with acupuncture, 30 min needle-retaining is better than 60 min in comparing the analgesic effect.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating deglutition disorders after cerebral stroke.Method By computer and manual literature retrieval, eligible randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were collected for systematic review by using the Cochrane method, and the meta analysis was performed by using Revman 5.2.Result Nine studies were recruited, covering 577 subjects of deglutition disorders due to cerebral stroke. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group [RR=0.36, 95%CI (0.25,0.50), Z=5.80 (P<0.00001)]. The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the water drinking test (χ2=108.73,P<0.00001).Conclusion Acupuncture can produce a content therapeutic efficacy in treating deglutition disorders due to cerebral stroke, which still requires high-quality large-sample-size clinical RCTs for further verification.

Objective:To establish three-dimensional(3D) finite element models of the first mandibular molar restored with three post and core systems.Methods:Three 3D finite element models of the restored first mandibular molars were constructed by using CT image reconstruction technique.Then MIMICS software was used to separate the areas and to finish 3D calculation.GEOMAGIC software was applied to modify and generate a NURBS surface in each patch.All components of the models were assembled under the ANSYS preprocessor.Specific materials parameters were selected to simulate the various restoration and dentin status.Results:The 3D finite element models of restored first mandible molars were successfully established,which were consistent to the situation observed in the clinical environment.Conclusion:It is a practical and accurate method to establish three-dimensional finite element models by CT image reconstruction technique and reverse engineering software MIMICS and GEOMAGIC.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics and regulation of antibiotics-induced ADR in our hospital and ex-plore effective prevention measures,in order to provide reference for safe and rational use of antibiotics in the clinic. METHODS:111 antiobiotics-induced ADR reports were collected from our hospital during 2012-2014,and analyzed in terms of patient’s gender and age,route of administration,drug category,organs/systems involved in ADR,etc. RESULTS:The patients aged <10 years old and >60 years old took up the highest proportion,accounting for 27.93% and 25.23%,espectively. ADR induced by intrave-nous route of administration had the highest incidence,accounting for 84.68%;cephalosporins-induced ADR was the most,account-ing for 26.13%;lesion of skin and its appendents was main antibiotics-induced ADR,accounting for 44.92%. CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists should provide technical support to doctors and nurses to aviod the occurrence of ADR.

To study the effects of TNF ? on the protein metabolism and the ubiquitin system gene expression in isolated skeletal muscles, after dissecting and isolating the extensor digitorium longus (EDL) muscles, the in vitro oxygen rich muscle incubation system and as high performance liquid chromatography were used to assess proteolytic rate of the samples. The EDL muscles in study group were incubated with media containing 6 000 U/ml recombinant rat TNF ?. In control group, the media were of the same composition as that of the study group except recombinant rat TNF ?. The expressions of ubiquitin mRNA and C 2 mRNA in rat EDL muscles were determined by Northern blot analysis. No notable difference was observed in the total and myofibrillar proteolytic rate in EDL muscles between the two groups. The expressions of ubiquitin mRNA(2 4kb) and C2 mRNA of EDL muscle incubated with medium containing TNF ? were increased by 151% and 56%, respectively, as compared with those in control group. TNF ? could directly strengthen the function of ubiquitin dependent proteolytic system, but further studies are necessay to elucidate whether TNF ? could directly increase the proteolytic rate in skeletal muscle.
