The Journal of Practical Medicine 2015;(20):3311-3313
Objective To investigate the relationship between pathological types of intracoronary thrombus and changes of ST segment in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Thrombus aspiration during primary PCI was performed in 65 ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients and 42 non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) patients. Pathological analysis on thrombosis was made. Results Thrombi characteristics were collected from 48 STEMI patients and 12 NSTEMI patients. In the STEMI group, 39(81.3%) red/mixed thrombus and 9(18.7%) white thrombus were found. While in the NSTEMI group, 8(66.7%) white thrombus and 4(33.3%) red/mixed thrombus were obtained. Conclusions There are both red/mixed and white thrombus in the two kinds of acute myocardial infarction. A variety of elements, including thrombus formation, could contributes to the change of ST in electrocardiograph during acute myocardial infarction.
2.Roles of the CXCL12-CXCR4/CXCR7 chemokine axis in colorectal carcinoma
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(1):102-105
Colorectal carcinoma ( CRC ) is one of the malignant tumors with the highest morbidity and mortality rates in the world. The invasion and metastasis of CRC are the major reasons for treatment failure and death .It was believed that CXCR 4 was the exclusive receptor for CXCL12.However, recent studies have identified CXCR7 as a second receptor for CXCL12.Both chemokine ax-es of CXCL12/CXCR4 and CXCL12/CXCR7 closely correlate with the proliferation , migration, adhesion of tumor cells and the forma-tion of tumor-associated vessels in CRC , which may become new significant targets for anti-cancer and anti-metastatic treatment of CRC.

Objective To evaluate the hypoxia selectivity of 99 Tcm O?labeld MAG3?nitroimidazole complexes with different spacers. Methods Four kinds of 99 Tcm O?labeled MAG3?2?nitroimidazole hypoxia imaging agents with different spacers were synthesized and radiolabeled. The stability and lipid solubility of BzMAG3?2NIEA(1), BzMAG3?2NIPA(2), BzMAG3?2NIHA(3) and BzMAG3?2NIUA(4) were measured. The uptake was investigated by biodistribution experiment using S180?bearing mice. Two?sample t test was used for statistical analysis. Results All 4 99 Tcm O?MAG3 complexes were stable and negatively charged, showing an increasing trend in fat solubility with the increase of spacer length. In biodistribution study, tumor uptake of 99TcmO?1 and 99TcmO?2 with medium? and short?carbon chain were (0.67±0.18) and (0?65±0.18) %ID/g 2 h post injection, which were (0.19±0.03) and (0.39±0.05) %ID/g for 99TcmO?3 and 99TcmO?4 with long?carbon chain (t=2.78-5.88, all P<0.05). Conclusion Molecular structure of spacers has a significant effect on the physicochemical properties and tumor targeting of 99 Tcm O?labeled MAG3?2?nitroimidazole hypoxia imaging agents, such that the medium?and short?carbon chain spacers show the best hypoxia?selective property.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of vasopressin(Pitr- essin)on esophageal variceal bleeding in patients with cirrhosis. Methods 42 cirrhotic patients with acute esophageal variceal bleeding confirmed by endoscopy were randomly divided into 2 groups and administered with Pitressin and Pituitrin for 48 hrs respectively. The balloon tubes were placed in the stomach before the treatment, and the duration of hemostatsis, volume of transfusion, rebleeding and short-term survival period were recorded. Results After 12 hrs treatment, the hemostatic rate in Pitressin group was 72.7%,significantly higher than that in Pituitrin group(40.0%,P
7.Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with systemic lupus erythematosus me-diate the adhesion of T lymphocytes to endothelial ceils
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2009;42(7):470-472
Objective To observe whether peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with active systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) can induce the adhesion of T lymphocytes to endothelial cells. Methods Sera and PBMCs were obtained from patients with active SLE and normal human controls. PBMCs were cultivated and culture supematants were harvested. Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were cultured in vitro with or without the presence of the sera or culture super-natants of PBMCs. Some cells were pretreated with the antibody to IL-17 before the treatment with the sera or supematants. After another 48-hour culture, RT-PCR and real-time PCR were used to detect the mRNA expressions of adhesion molecules, including intercellular adhesion moleeule-1 (ICAM-1), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) and E-cadherin in HUVECs, wound healing assay to estimate the motility of HUVECs. Additionally, T lymphocytes were added to HUVECs 48 hours after stimulation with the sera or supematants, the adhering of T lymphocytes to HUVECs was observed by microscopy. Results After stimulation with supematants of PBMCs from patients with active SLE, the mRNA expressions of ICAM-1, VCAM-1 and E-cadherin were significantly increased in HUVEC, while the increase could be inhibited by the antibody to IL-17. The elevation of adhesion molecule expression subsequently promoted the motility of HUVEC, mediated the adhesion of T lymphocytes to HUVEC, and the antibody to IL-17 could suppress the adhesion of T lymphocytes and motility of HUVEC. Conclusion The culture supematants of PBMCs from patients with active SLE can induce the expression of vascular cell adherin molecules and promote the adherin of T lymphocytes, which may in turn mediate the development of lupus vasculitis.

We found that the platelet aggregation rates induced by ADP, arachidonic acid (AA), collagen and A23187 had an apparent decreasing after injection of berberine into the vein of rabbits, and also found that berberine had an apparent inhibition of calcium influx into platelet induced by A23187 at lower concentrations. We demonstrated that berberine had no obvious effect on cAMP level in the intact platelet of rabbits.
