1.Self-renewal-based period issued on library Website interactive platform
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(1):58-62,67
The self-book renewing information in medical library was classified, which showed that the 3 months in a year and the period in a day with the largest number of readers who visited the medical library Website were characterized by their rigid need. In addition, the evidence was provided for the issuing time of information on li-brary information issuing platform in order to optimize the popularizing effect of library.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2010;30(3):282-284
Objective To compare bispectral index (BIS) with narcotrend index (NI) during propofol-remifentanil anesthesia administered by target-controlled infusion (TCI).Methods Ten ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ pafients aged 18-56 yr weighing 52-67kg undergoing abdominal surgery lasting>1h were included in this study.BIS and NI were monitored simultaneously.Anesthesia was induced with TCI of propofol with target plasma concentration (Cp) of 3~4μg/ml and remifentanil (Cp 3-4ng/ml).Tracheal intubation was facilitated with cis-atracurium 0.3 mg/kg.The patients were mechanically ventilated.PETCO2 was maintained between 30-35 mm Hg.Anesthesia was maintained with TCI of propofol and remifentanil by the anesthesiologist bhnded to BIS and NI values.according to hemedynamic parameters.BIS and narcotrend values were recorded every minute and compared by another anesthesiologist. All data were compared by Bland-Altman analysis and with Kappa coefficient for agreement. The correlation between BIS and NI was tested by Spearman correlation analysis. The number of error ofjudgement (Type Ⅰ was defined as BIS<40 and NI>62;Type Ⅱ was defined as BIS>60 and NI<20)Was counted. Results The correlation and agreement between BIS and NI during maintenance of propofol-remifentanil anesthesia administered by TCI showed good consistency. Conclusion Both NI and BIS Can help anesthesiologist control the depth of anesthesia during TCI of propofol-remifentanil.
3.Clinical Analysis of 7 Children with Fatal Virus Encephalopathy
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(22):-
Objective To explore clinic manifestations and laboratory investgation of virus encephalopathy. Methods The clinical course, cerebrospinal fluid(CSF),hepatic dysfunction, computerized tomography of 7 cases treated in our hospital from October 1999 to March 2005 were retrospectively reviewed. Results Seven cases of virus encephalopathy were typically associated with a suddent onset of high fever, severe convulsion, rapidly progressive coma, marked elevations of alanine aminotransferase(AST) and aspartate transaminase(ALT).Four cases died,3 cases had severe sequelae.Blood ammonemia was normal, brain CT scans revealed peripheral or basal nuclei low-density areas. Conclusion Children with a sudden onset of high fever, severe convulsions, rapidly progressive coma may have a poor prognosis.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2010;29(5):547-548
Objective To further understand the effect of anti-fluoride water on intellectual development of children and dental fluorosis in drinking water-type of endemic fluorosis area Pucheng county Shaanxi province. Methods Two hundred 8 to 12 years old children were randomly selected in endemic fluorosis area with changed water or unchanged water, in 2009 in Pucheng county Shaanxi province. Intelligence quotient(IQ) of children was measured by Raven's test. Children's dental fluorosis was examined by Dean's classification scheme. Results The rates of child dental fluorosis in changed water and unchanged water endemic fluorosis areas were 28.50%(57/200), 87.88%(203/231) , respectively, the difference was statistically significant(x2 = 159.19, P< 0.01),while dental fluorosis indices were 0.57,1.97, was marginal, moderate epidemic. Children with IQ above 90 was accounted for 89.5% (179/200), 91.5% (183/200) in changed water and unchanged water endemic fluorosis area, respectively, the difference was not significant (x2 = 0.46, P > 0.05). Conclusions Changed water may decrease the incidence of child dental fluorosis, but has no obvious effect on children's IQ development in endemic fluorosis area.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(7):878-880
OBJECTIVE:To establish a rapid, accurate and standardized DNA barcode identification method for the ferulic me-dicinal plants. METHODS:Genomic DNA was extracted from Ferula sinkiangensis K. M. Shen and Ferula fukanensis K. M. Shen,ITS2 sequences were amplified and sequenced, analytical similarity search method was conducted,13 species 26 samples gene ITS2 sequences of ferulic medicinal plants in GenBank database were downloaded and comparatively analyzed;interspecies and intraspecies genetic distances were calculated, and phylogenetic tree was developed for cluster analysis. RESULTS:According to calculation, species genetic distances of the 15 species ranged 0.009-0.230,average genetic distance was 0.018;results of clus-ter analysis showed DNA barcode ITS2 sequences can cluster the 32 kinds of ferulic medicinal plants into different classes. CON-CLUSIONS:The established DNA barcode ITS2 sequences identification method can accurately and rapidly identify the genuine and false samples of ferulic species.

Malaysian Journal of Nutrition 2014;20(1):101-111
Hygrocybe conica (HC), a wild mushroom commonly consumed by the indigenous people (Orang Asti) in Peninsular Malaysia, was assessed for its antioxidant content. Methods: The HC mushroom was extracted using distilled water and the crude extract partitioned using different solvents and open column chromatography to evaluate its potential antioxidant properties. The mushroom extract was partitioned using liquid-liquid extraction into the hexane (F1), chloroform (F2), butanol (F3) and formic acid (F4) fractions. Based on solvent polarity, the water extract of the mushroom was fractionated into non-polar (FI), semi-polar (FII), and polar fractions (FIII) using open column chromatography. Antioxidant capacities were determined using DPPH, ABTS, and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assays while Folin-Ciocalteu reagent assay was used to determine total phenolic content (TPC). Results: The HC extract had the highest TPC and DPPH scavenging capacity compared to its extract fractions. TE values (ABTS assay) of F2 and F4 were not significantly higher than the HC extract. Among the extract fractions of different polarities, FIII had the highest antioxidant capacities (DPPH and FRAP) compared to FI and FII while FRAP values of these fractions were not significantly lower than the FRAP value of HC extract. The HC extract had significantly lower antioxidant capacity than antioxidant standards (ascorbic acid and BHA). Tannic acid as the main bioactive component in HC mushroom was detected using HPLC method. The presence of phenolics in HC extract was also confirmed using TLC. Conclusion: Due to the presence of potent phenolic components, the mycelia of HC could be consumed for potential antioxidative benefits.
