Objective Observe the influence on the Gilial cell-line derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) after treatment stroke rats with Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) or Bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMNCs)combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).Methods Separating and cultivating BMSCs and BMNCs were.140 Wistar rats were divided into 7 groups randomly,normal group,pretended surgery group,model group,BMNC group,BMNC+TCM group,BMSC group,BMSC+TCM group.The other five groups were performed for 2 hours middle cerebral arterial occlusion (MCAO) except normal group and pretended surgery group.Intervention methods in each group after 24 hours of MCAO:model group:Subarachnoid injection of 100 μl 0.01M PBS,BMNC group and BMNC + TCM group,Subarachnoid injection of 2 × 107 BMNCS,BMSC group and BMSC+TCM group,Subarachnoid injection of 2 × 107 BMSCS,BMNC +TCM group and BMSC+TCM group were treated united with TCM on the transplantation day (po.Qd.).GDNF level in all groups' rat brain were analyzed by Enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) method at the 4th day and the 28th day after transplantation.Results The GDNF level of model group [(62.60±4.05) pg/ml] is higher than normal group's [(53.46 ± 3.91)pg/ml] at the 28th day (P＜ 0.05).The GDNF levels of BMNC group [(194.21 ±39.56)pg/ml,(67.70±4.73)pg/ml] and BMSC group [(169.83±28.84)pg/ml,(82.66±32.23)pg/ml] are higher than model group's at the 4th and 28th day(P＜0.05).The GDNF level of BMSC group is higher than BMNC group's at the 28th day(P＜0.05).The GDNF levels of group BMNC+TCM group[(560.61 ± 194.84) pg/ml,(265.83 ±93.58) pg/ml and BMSC+TCM group[(370.93 ±46.19) pg/ml,(247.34±98.02)pg/ml] are higher significantly than BMNC group's or BMSC group's at the 4th and 28th day(P＜0.05).At the 4th day the GDNF level of the BMNC+TCM group is higher than BMSC+TCM group's(P＜0.05).Conclusion Subarachnoid transplantation of BMNCs or BMSCs will increase the GDNF level in brain of MCAO rats.The transplantantion combined with TCM can inprove the capability of the enhance.That reflect the advantage of transplantantion bone marrow origin stem cell united with TCM.

Objective:To explore the effect of modified multifunctional dressing bag with glauber's salt for relieving swelling and pain in early patients with limb fracture.Methods:A total of 111 patients with limb fracture in Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province were divided into two groups according to the admission time. The control group consisted of 53 patients with limbs fracture using common mirabilite bag with glauber′s salt and ice bag for external application admitted from January to August 2018, and the observation group consisted of 58 patients with limbs fracture using modified multifunctional dressing bag with glauber′s salt admitted from September 2018 to January 2020. The degree of pain, the time of appearance of dermatoglyphia, the cases of severe swelling, waiting time for operation, compliance and comfort of the patients were observed within 72 hours after injury.Results:The degree of pain, the time of appearance of dermatoglyphia, the waiting time, the cases of severe swelling for surgery in the observation group were (1.8±0.7) points, (4.5±1.2) days, (5.7±1.2) days,1 case, respectively, which were all lower than those in the control group (2.2±0.8) points, (6.0±1.5) days, (6.5±1.4) days, 19 cases, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( t values were -2.6,-5.6,-3.3, &chi;2 value was 21.8, all P<0.05). The total compliance rate in the observation group was 82.76% (48/58), higher than that in the control group 56.60% (30/53), the differences were statistically significant ( &chi;2 value was 9.34, P<0.05). The comfort of the observation group was 82.76% (48/58), significantly higher than that of the control group 3.77% (2/53), the difference was statistically significant ( &chi;2 value was 69.8, P<0.05). Conclusions:The modified multifunctional dressing bag with glauber′s salt can reduce the swelling of limbs, reduce the appearance of skin blisters, stop bleeding and pain, and shorten the waiting time for operation, at the same time, it improves the compliance and comfort of the patients.

Objective To compare the number of DARPP-32 positive cells yield in the grafts based on the application of single cell suspension by neural micro-transplantation technique and by traditional cell delivery technique and to explore effects and mechanisms of different approaches.Methods Cells derived from the whole ganglionic eminence of E15 rat embryos,ubiquitously expressing Green Fluorescent Protein(GFP) were implanted into unilaterally QA-lesioned rat striatum in a single-tract with an ultra-thin glass capillary with an outer diameter of 50 μm or using traditional cannula tip with a diameter of 500 μm.Results Histological assessment at 4 months after transplantation showed that there was about two-fold DARRP-32 positive striatal-like neurons in the micro-transplantation group(TT group) than that in the traditional group(MT group).Total graft volume was similar in both groups[(2.8±0.2) mm3 vs(2.5±0.4)mm3,F =0.25,P ＞ 0.05].And DARRP-32positive plaque volume[(0.6±0.1) mm3 vs(0.6±0.2) mm3,F =0.90,P ＞ 0.05]and TH staining plaque volume[(1.0±0.1) mm3 vs(0.7±0.1)mm3,F =1.44,P ＞ 0.05]also had the same performance in both groups.Number of DARRP-32 positive cells was calculated by Abercrombie correction formula,and the result showed that the number of DARRP-32 positive cells in MT group was two-fold of that in TT group[(20.1 ×103±1.2 × 103) vs(9.8 × 103±3.2 × 103),F =8.62,P ＜ 0.05].Higher DARRP-32 positive cells in MT group indicated that grafts had a better condition of growth and development.Conclusion Micro-transplantation approach can increase the number of new born striatal-like neurons,potentially due to the enlargement of the graft-host border area intensifying the graft's exposure to host derived factors and the minimized mechanical injury.

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on cooperation degree with intravenous infusion of preschool children. Methods 240 children patients with intravenous infusion were divided into the observation group and the control group with 120 cases in each group.Children patients in two groups were all given venipuncture by two nurses who had more than 5 years of working experience,skilled venipuncture technique and were good at doing mental work for children.The control group was given intravenous infusion directly after venipuncture without giving any psychological intervention.The observation group was given comprehensive psychological intervention before venipuncture.The different psychological behavioral reactions during the venipuncture were evaluated.The cooperation degree and the first-time success rate of venipuncture for the two groups were taken for statistics. Results The psychological behavioral reactions of the observation group were as followed:the active type was 51.67％,the tension type was 30.83％,and 7.50％ for the type of fear,the compulsive type was 10.00％.Compared with the control group,the difference was significant.The cooperation degree with intravenous infusion was 82.50％,the difference was significant compared with the control group.The first-time success rate in the observation group was 86.67％,higher than 75.83％ in the control group. Conclusions Psychological interventions according to the behavior and psychological reaction of preschool children with intravenous infusion can alleviate the negative emotions and improve the cooperation degree of preschool children.

Analysis on currently used stomatology textbooks for both graduates and postgraduates in China was performed and comparison in stomatology text or reference books between china and American was made.It was found that the types and numbers of stomatology textbooks for both graduates and postgraduates in China were very limited compared with those in American.Many textbooks needed for dental education were insufficient.Great efforts should be made to select relevant topics or titles and to prepare text or reference books accordingly in an aim to meet the needs of today's high quality dental education.

To develop intelligent informatized system for the quality control of ECG monitor. Based on the platform of PowerBuilder and SQL Server and using scientific management process as the standard, the informa-tized system was developed to cover all aspects of ECG monitor quality control. This informatized system, which closely accorded with related laws and regulations, had graded authority, clear responsibilities, multi functions and easy operation. Computer information technology plays an important role in scientific management system of ECG monitor quality control.

Objective To design a set of quality control management platform of ECG monitor in order to evaluate the quality of ECG monitor quickly and objectively and monitor and record the whole course of quality control.Methods The quality control platform was designed with the existing ECG monitor quality control methods, the existing detection devices, database technique and digital recognition technique based on neural network.Results The platform could be used for the intelligent data acquisition, data recognition, data analysis and statistics of ECG monitor quality control.Conclusion The platform may enhance the quality control of ECG monitor greatly.

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of balloon occlusion of distal abdominal aorta for patients with pernicious placenta previa and placenta accreta.Methods Data of 72 patients with pernicious placenta previa and placenta accreta were retrospectively analyzed.There were 53 cases (occlusion group) reserved balloon occlusion in abdominal aorta before cesarean section,which can temporarily blocked abdominal aortic blood flow during operation.The other 19 cases (non-occlusion group) underwent cesarean section without balloon occlusion of abdominal aorta.The intraoperative,post operative situations and the birth state of newborn of the two groups were compared.Results The bleeding,blood transfusion and hysterectomy rate during the operation in occlusion group were less than those in non-occlusion group (all P＜ 0.05).Differences of the rate of postoperative transferring to intensive care unit (ICU) and the time in ICU were statistically significant between two groups (both P ＜0.05).No statistical difference of operation time,postoperative total hospital stay time and the rate of postoperative infection was found between two groups (both P＞0.05).There was no statistical difference of newborns weight and Apgar scores (5 min and 10 min after birth) between two groups (all P＞0.05).Conclusion The balloon occlusion of distal abdominal aorta in cesarean section for patients with pernicious placenta previa and placenta accreta is safe and feasible,which can effectively reduce the intraoperative bleeding,the blood transfusion and the risk of hysterectomy.

Zhejiang province takes an innovative approach in its rural health service strategy featuring routine health examination,which proved an initial success.Intending to assess the effect and dilemma of such a system,and seek sustainable development in future,we made investigations in Pinhu and Xianju in Zhejiang province.Overall,rural health service strategy based on rural health routine examination,to some extent, improved patient-physician relationship,changed and strengthened their rural health concepts,and upgraded non-communicable disease control. Furthermore,the practice has economically and socially influenced rural health service institutions and rural physicians in terms of their concepts and methodology.There are also setbacks and problems in need of govemment support,programme improvement and resource optimization for further sustainability.
