Objective To explore the association of apoB gene polymorphisms with dyslipidemia and lipid levels in Xinjiang Shihezi Han Chinese. Methods 150 dyslipidemia patients and 150 normal pople were involved in this study. EcoRI and XbaI polymorphisms of apolipoprotein B was analyzed by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism. The levels of plasma total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, apoAI and apoB were determined. Results The frequency of E + E -/E - E - genotype and E-Allele(37.3% and 19% ) in dyslipidemia group was significantly higher than that in controls( 12. 7% and 6. 3% ). The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the E +E -/E - E - gene type were significantly higher than those of the E + E + gene type in each group ( P <0. 01 ). The frequency of X + X -/X + X + genotype and X + Allele( 20. 7% and 1 1% ) in dyslipidemia group was significantly higher than that in controls (8% and 4% ). The levels ofTC, TG, LDL-C and apoB in the X + X -/X + X + gene type patients were significantly higher than those in the X - X - gene type patients in every group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The EcoRI and XbaI polymorphism of ApoB gene was related to dyslipidemia in population of Xinjiang Shihezi Han Chinese, and the E - and X + Allele may be the genetic risk factors for dyslipidemia.

Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2016;51(1):15-19
OBJECTIVE: To establish the HPLC specific chromatogram of Oldenlandia corymbosa Linn. and Oldenlan diadiffusa (Willd.) Roxb. in different regions so as to distinguish these two traditional Chinese medicinal materials. METHODS: HPLC was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisting of methanol-water at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1, column temperature at 30℃ and detection wavelength at 254 nm. Similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM was used to conduct similarity evaluation and Matlab7.0 software was used for principal component and cluster analysis. RESULTS: Oldenlandia corymbosa Linn. and Oldenlan diadiffusa (Willd.) Roxb. had eight common peaks, namely, a-h; the characteristic peaks of O. corymbosa were 7 to 12, while the characteristic peaks of O. diffusa were 1 to 6. The similarity values of O. corymbosa and O. diffusa collected from different sources were 0.733-0.984 and 0.873-0.951, respectively. According to the principal components analysis and cluster analysis, the tested samples were classified into three categories: O. corymbosa collected from wild, O. diffusa collected from wild and purchased O. diffusa. CONCLUSION: The established method is reliable and rapid to distinguish the two kinds of easily confused traditional Chinese medicinal materials and also can offer reference for their quality control and clinical use.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2002;0(12):-
Objective To study the reversal effect of tetrandrine (TET) on the multidrug resistance of Hep-2/ADM cell line and the possible mechanisms. Methods MTT method was used for the detection of the inhibitory effect of different concentrations of TET on the multidrug resistance of Hep-2/ADM cell line for selection of the non-toxicity concentration. MTT reduction assay was used to investigate the drug interaction of TET and vincristine (VCR) on HNE-1 (200) cell line. The reversal index (RI), accumulation and excretion of drug, and the apoptosis of Hep-2/ADM cell line were detected by flow cytometry. Results No toxicity to Hep-2/ADM cell line was found when TET concentration was lower than 1.5 ?g/ml. After interaction with TET (1.0 ?g/ml and 1.5 ?g/ml), RIs of VCR on Hep-2/ADM were 1.72 and 2.00 folds, respectively. TET at the concentration of 1.5 ?g/ml could increase the drug excretion and accumulation and also the apoptotic rate of VCR-induced Hep-2/ADM cell line. Conclusion TET can reverse the multidrug resistance of Hep-2/ADM cell line. The reversal effect may be related to the concentrations of TET. The possible mechanism may be that TET can increase the cell apoptosis of VCR-induced Hep-2/ADM cell line and can also increase the drug excretion and accumulation of the multidrug resistance cell line.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of cetuximab combined with NP regimen and radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). METHODS:76 cases of advanced NSCLC were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different therapy methods, with 38 cases in each group. Control group received NP regimen(cisplatin 25 mg/m2+navelbine 12.5 mg/m2)+thoracic IMRT;observation group was additional-ly given cetuximab 400 mg/m2(first day),with maintenance dose of 250 mg/m2 weekly and last for 13 weeks. Short-term efficacy, survival situation were compared between 2 groups as well as the levels of T lymphocyte,Th1,Th2,immuneglobulin(Ig) and complement. The occurrence of ADR was recorded. RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 86.84%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(65.79%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). Average survival period and 2-year survival rate of observation group were 18.70 months and 55.26%,which were significantly longer or higher than those of control group (14.75 months,31.58%),with statistical significance (P<0.05). The improvement rate of survival quality was 94.74% in observation group, which was significantly higher than 68.42% in control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and IgG were significantly increased in 2 groups, while the levels of CD8+, Th1,Th2 and Th1/Th2 were significantly decreased;the observation group was better than the control group, with statistical signifi-cance(P<0.05);there was no statistical significance in the levels of CD3+,IgA,IgM and complement 4 between 2 groups(P>0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Cetuximab combined with NP regimen and radiotherapy can improve clinical efficacy of advanced NSCLC,improve survival quality, prolong survival time and promote the recovery of Ig,complement and T lymphocyte, with good safety.

Objective To study the related factors in diabetic patients with lOwer extremital deep vein thrombosis(DVT) and the nursing strategy. Methods 58 diabetic cases underwent lower limbs 99mTc-MAA veins imaging and/or ultrasunography. The related laboratory data such as fasting plasma glucose(FPG),blood cholesterol, blood triglycerides and clinic informations such as age, disease courses, lower limbs symptoms (swelling, erooted veins and diabetic foot) and acute complication (diabetic ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar non ketotic diabetic coma) were collected simultaneously. The relationship of each factors with DVT incidence were analyzed. Results 28 patients (48.3%) complicated with lower limbs DVT. The DVT incidence was signifi-cantly different among patients with different age, disease courses, FPG, blood cholesterol, blood triglycerides, lower limbs symptoms and acute complication, respectively. No significant difference was seen in patients with different blood pressure, body weight index, diabetes type. Conclusions Various dangerous factors accumu-lating in DM such as old age, long disease courses, high FPG, high blood cholesterol and high blood triglyc-erides contribute to the high incidence of lower limbs DVT. Early intervention, comprehensive treatment and in-tensive nursing should be applied to reduce the incidence of DVT.
