2.Explore the feasibility of preventive maintenance model of hemodialysis machine based on quality control detection
China Medical Equipment 2014;(11):60-61,62
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of hemodialysis machine preventive maintenance model of based on quality control detection. Methods: Selected sample of 32 hemodialysis machines of two major imported brands, 16 of them using the traditional preventive maintenance mode for maintenance, and the other 16 sets of quality control detection based preventive maintenance hemodialysis machine maintenance mode. That: by use of HDM99XP detector instrument for testing the five hemodialysis machine main indicators, maintenance cycle is 16 weeks, and then the equipment failure rate indicators of two modes of preventive maintenance were compared. Results: The hemodialysis machine preventive maintenance model of based on quality control detection rise superior to the traditional maintenance mode in lower failure rate, quantitative, objective, and less affected by human factors. Conclusion: The hemodialysis machine preventive maintenance model of based on quality control detection was better than the traditional preventive maintenance mode, also a promising preventive maintenance mode.
3.The giant mucous cyst of frontoethmomaxillary sinus: one case report.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(10):750-750
One case of rare giant mucous cyst of nasal sinus that implicated frontal, ethmoid and maxillary sinus was in our hospital. The patient manifested mainly slowly developing swelling and pain of cheek, exophthalmos and visual impairment. The image studies indicated cyst of nasal sinus, including frontal, ethmoid, and maxillary sinuses. The clinical diagnosis was cyst of frontoethmomaxillary sinus.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2009;11(7):625-628
Objective To discuss the functional results of percutaneons compressive screw fixation for float injury to the pubic symphysis. Methods From March 2003 to March 2007, 48 cases of float injury to the pubic symphysis were treated with percutaneons compressive screws, including 27 males and 21 females with an average age of 29.4 years. Of them, 39 eases were complicated with injury to the pelvic posterior ring. Emergency surgery was done for 13 cases, 27 cases were operated on within 3 to 7 days after injury and 8 within 7 to 14 days. Guided pins and screws were used during dosed reduction and percutaneous pelvic fixation was done under the guidance of intraoperative fluoroscopic imaging. Float injury to the pubic symphysis was amended by percutaneous fixation after dosed manipulation. Results The average operation time for the48 patients was 55 (31 to 100) min. The intraoperative bleeding averaged 20 to 30 mL. Satisfactory reduetian and fixation was achieved in 41 cases, but 7 cases had poor reduction. All the fractures healed 3 to 6 months postoperatively without infection, nonunion or injury to vessels, nerves or organs. All the patients could turn the body freely in bed the day after operation. Those without injury to the pelvic posterior ring could walk with crutches 3 days after operation. By the Orlando evaluation system for pelvic fractures, 37 eases were rated as excellent, 7 as good, 3 as fair and I as poor. Conclusions The percutaneous compressive screw fixation may decompress the pelvic hematoma, allowing early definitive fixation without the risk of additional hemorrhage. Complications associated with open posterior pelvic surgical procedures may be avoided by using percutaneons techniques.

Throush investigation, interview and literature statistics.the researchere8 studied the organization and developing model of community mental health service in USA.The results showed that it is imperative to develop community mental health service in China. It would be in need of training professional clinic social workel's and setting up service criterion for Chinese community mental health service.Exploring the new model of community mental health service and strengthening health education would help more peopie like to receive service available in their community.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(36):-
OBJECTIVE:To identify the medical material Ranunculus ternatus. METHODS: Potassium bromide was used for tabletting. The medical material Ranunculus ternatus and its isogeneric plants were analyzed by using infrared spectrometry.RESULTS:The infrared spectrogram of the medical material Ranunculus ternatus was distinctive and somewhat different from those of its isogeneric plants.CONCLUSION:Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry could be used for the identification of Ranunculus ternatus in that it is simple, rapid, reproducible and specific.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2021;23(2):310-313
Doxorubicin is an effective anthracycline chemotherapeutic drug, which is widely used in single or combined chemotherapy for various malignant tumors. However, the cardiotoxicity caused by doxorubicin has limited its clinical application. Despite a large amount of research investment, no suitable target has been found to reduce cardiotoxicity caused by doxorubicin while guaranteeing the effect of chemotherapy. Recent studies have found that non-coding RNA is related to doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy. Further explaining the relationship between the two may provide new strategies for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity.

Objective To research the effective regions of estrogen in central nervous system of convulsive rats. Methods In two models of epilepsy with different mechanism induced by Kainic acid(KA) and flurothyl, we observed FOS expression of hippocampus, cerebral cortex and corpus striatum in the rats of convulsive group with and without estradiol (E 2) administration by means of immunohistochemistry. Results In the rats of convulsive group induced by KA and flurothyl, the FOS expression in hippocampus, cerebral cortex and corpus striatum was significant higher than those of normal control group (all P 0.05).Conclusion The FOS expression of rats'brains induced by E 2 is different in two models of epilepsy with different mechanism.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the clinical and electromyographic features of peripheral nerve involvement in MS. Methods The clinical and electromyographic (EMG) data of 29 MS patients were evaluated retrospectively. Results 18 (62.1%) patients showed clinical and/or electromyographic abnormalities of peripheral nerves. The clinical symptoms included extremity numbness in 16 cases (88.9%), limb inertia in 11 cases (61.1%), radicular pain in 5 cases (27.8%), autonomic nerve disorder and dysphagia in few patients. Signs included decrease of tendon reflex in 11 cases (61.1%), periphery or root form hypoesthesia in 9 cases (50%), muscle weakness in 7 cases (38.9%), myatrophy in 4 cases (22.2%), and reduced pharyngeal reflex in 1 case (5.6%). There was no difference in age of onset, course of disease, neurologic impairment and prognosis between the patients accompanied with peripheral neuropathy and the patients without peripheral neuropathy. The electromyographic abnormalities included spontaneous potential in 4 cases (13.8%), increased motor unit potential in 8 cases (27.6%), slow MCV in 15 cases (51.7%), slow SCV in 13 cases (44.8%), low amplitude in 9 cases (31.1%), and prolonged distal latency in 5 cases (17.2%). The neuropathies improved by treatment with corticosteroid in the all patients except one. Conclusions Some MS patients may accompany with peripheral nerve abnormalities, which may improve with the recovery of MS. EMG is useful to evaluale the site and degree of peripheral nerve damage.
