Objective To study the effects and significance of thrombexane -B_2(TXB_2)and six-ketone-prostaglandin(6-k-PG)F1 α levels in the primary type of hyper-acute cerebral infarction with different sensitivities to aspirin. Methods Sixty-three patients with primary type of hyper-acute cerebral infarction were divided into three groups based on their sensitivities to aspirin:aspirin resistance(AR)group, aspirin semiresistance(ASR)group, aspirin sensitivity(AS)group.TXB_2 and 6-k-PGF1α levels were measured, compared and analyzed in the three groups before and two weeks after taking aspirin(100 mg/d).Results The total effective rate in AS group[87.0%(20/23)]was significantly higher than that in ASR group[55.0%(11/20)]and AR group[30.0%(6/20)](P<0.05).There was no significant difference of TXB_2 and 6-k-PGF1 α among the three groups before taking aspirin. After taking aspirin for two weeks,TXB_2 leveh in all the three groups were lower than those before making aspirin(P<0.01),6-k-PGF1α levels in all the three groups were higher than those before taking aspirin(P<0.01).Conclusions Aspirin can decrease the TXB_2 concentration and increase the 6-k-PGF1α concentration of the primary hyper-acute cerebral infarction. It may be reduce the risks of re-infarction after the primary acute infarction. Monitoring the concentration of TXB_2 and 6-k-PGF1α can be helpful to evaluate rehabilitation prognosis.

: ObjectiveTo study the correlation between mental status and personality of patients with stroke. Methods103 patients with stroke were surveyed by Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). ResultsThe scores of 7 factors which include total scores, somatisation, compulsion, depression, anxiety, panic and psychosis in SCL-90 were higher than norm, but the inter-personal sensitivity was lower. The scores of neuroticism (N) in EPQ were higher than the domestic norm(P<0.05),the scores of extra-introversion (E) and psychoticism (P) in EPQ were lower than the domestic norm(P<0.05); The N of EPQ was positively correlated with all factors of SCL-90, the E was positively correlated with hostility and paranoia factor, and the P was positively correlated with paranoia factor. ConclusionThe mental status of patient with stroke in acute period was poor. The character of neuroticism and introversion may be its personality background.

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of adolescent sedentary behavior scales ( Chinese version) in junior middle school students. Methods A total of 782 junior students were tested through multistage sampling method. The reliability was assessed, using Cronbach's αcoefficient and split-half reliability, while its validity was tested through ICC, correlation analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Results The internal consistency reliability for total scale score ( Cronbach's α = 0.822 ) ,change strategies score ( Cronbach's α =0.882 ), decisional balance/pros score( Cronbach's α = 0.478 ), decisional balance/cons score ( Cronbach's α =0.631 ) ,and self-efficacy score (Cronbach's α = 0.645 ) ;the split-half reliability for total scale score was 0.857,four domains split-half reliability ranged between 0.488 ~ 0.896; the correlations between items and the domains ranged 0.226 ~ 0.768, except the correlations coefficients between decisional balance (cons score) and change strategies score, decisional balance ( cons score) and decisional ( pros score) were - 0.052,0.090 ( P < 0.05 ),respectively. Low to moderate correlations between domains ranged from -0.210 to 0.394 ( P < 0.01 ), while moderate to high correlations between domain and total scale. Correlation coefficients ranged between 0.365 to 0.554( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion The reliability and validity of adolescent sedentary behavior scales ( Chinese version) were good, and adapt to measure junior middle school students' sedentary behavior.
