Aim To investigate the reversal effect of GP on the activity of P-gp in MDR-associated tumor cells and to develop a useful approach to inhibit the drug efflux in MDR-associated tumor cells. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the effect of GP on the cytotoxicity of cisplatin(DDP),vincristine(VCR) and doxorubicin(DOX).Flow cytometry was used to determine the influence of GP on the intracellular accumulation of DOX.Results GP synergistically increased the cytotoxity and the intracellular accumulation of DOX in K562/DOX cells;GP also increased the cytotoxity of DDP,DOX,and VCR in A549/DOX cells. However, the effect was relatively weak. Conclusion GP could increased the cytotoxity and the intracellular accumulation of chemotherapeutic drugs in MDR-associated tumor cells.GP may be a promising MDR modulator.

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2017;25(12):755-760
In clinical practice, the masticatory muscles problems are often encountered occlusion. Masticatory muscles, as a component of the masticatory system, play an important role in occlusion. Both of them interact with each other through neural system. However, there is not enough knowledge about it. This article introduces the function, functional disorder and functional diagnosis of masticatory muscles, and makes a brief analysis of the relation between occlusion and masticatory muscles.

Objective To design a wireless transmission solution of multi-parameter vital signs signal which can be applied in psychological status assessment. Methods C8051F350 SOC was used to define data frame structure,on application level, including channel number, control words, data and so on,which put all nodes data into the upper computer cache area by channel in an orderly way.A transfer rate of five seconds on a grid, each grid at least 48 groups of data was chosen in buffer, which could not only match the dynamic PC image display, but also to achieve the stability of the channel signal acquisition and orderly transfer. Results After operating test, with the communication distance within 10~15 m,the dynamical display of the upper computer showed a smooth curve data, which met the system design requirement. After optimization of the data frame, the transmission power could be reduced to 1/12 of that of normal mode. The whole system with three advantages of small size, low power and easy to carry. Conclusion Multi-parameter wireless acquisition system described in this paper eliminates the data line connected to the subjects, which does not affect their normal activities and is conducive to the real response of subjects' mental state, and provides a reliable means of detection for psychological assessment.

Objective To observe the effects of transdermal acupoint electric stimulation(TEAS)assisting sodium nitroprus-side induced controlled hypotension on serum glucose (Glu),angiotensin Ⅱ (ATⅡ)and superoxide dismutase (SOD),and to inves-tigate the protective effect of TEAS under controlled hypotension anesthesia. Methods 60 cases undergoing elective endoscopy si-nus surgery by adopting sodium nitroprusside induced controlled hypotension under general anaesthesia maintained the mean arterial pressure(MAP)in 50-60 mm Hg and were randomly and equally divided into two groups. The group Ⅰ conducted TEAS,while the group Ⅱ did not conduct TEAS.The controlled hypotension time and surgery time were recorded in the two groups;Glu and ATⅡ values were detected before anesthesia (T0 ),30 min after hypotension (T1 ),hypotension stopping(T2 );SOD was detected at T0 ,T2 ,30 min after hypotension(T3 ).Results The operation time and controlled hypotension continuous time had no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).The Glu value in the group Ⅰ had no statistically significant difference a-mong the 3 time points, while which at T1 ,T2 was higher than that at T0 in the group Ⅱ(P <0.05),and which at T1 ,T2 in the group Ⅱ was higher than that in the group Ⅰ (P <0.05);the ATⅡ value at T1 was higher than that at T0 in the group Ⅰ (P <0.05),while which at T1 ,T2 was higher than that at T0 in the group Ⅱ(P >0.05),which at T1 ,T2 in the group Ⅱwas higher than that in the group Ⅰ (P <0.05);the SOD value at T2 was lower than that at T0 in the group Ⅰ,which at T2 ,T3 in the group Ⅱwas lower than that in the group Ⅰ(P <0.05).Conclusion TEAS assisting sodium nitroprusside controlled hypotension can better in-hibit the stress response.

Objective To study the periodontal status and risk factors for periodontitis in periodontitis patients at different ages in wuhan. Methods From January 2007 to March 2008, the cross-sectional survey on periodontal conditions of 493 physical examinees in Wuhan city was carried out with random cluster sampling method. 458 cases of them were in accordance with the inclusive criteria and were stratified into two groups: young and middle-aged adults (aged 30-59 years) and old adults (aged 60 years and over). A case-control study was carried out in the periodontitis cases group (n=280) and the control group (n=178). Database was created by SQSERVER2000 and SPSS11.0 was used for statistical analysis. The relationship of periodontitis with age, gender, nation, educational background, diabetes mellitus, smoking, drinking, mental pressure and oral hygiene habits were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results The prevalence of periodontitis was 61.1% (280/458). Univariate analysis revealed that age, educational background, diabetes mellitus, smoking and oral hygiene habits were related factors for periodontitis (OR:0.44, 2.27, 3.44, 1.75, 9.82, P<0.05 or P<0.01). Meanwhile, multivariate analysis showed that suffering from diabetes mellitu and low educational background were the independent risk factors for periodontitis (OR=2.66, 1.95, all P<0.05). After stratification by age, multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that there was no correlation between diabetes mellitus and periodontitis prevalence in young and middle-aged adults and diabetes mellitus was a risk factor for periodontitis in old adults(OR=6.91, 95%CI: 1.27~37.42). Conclusions There are many risk factors for periodontitis and diabetes plays a major role in the development of periodontitis in old adults.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2005;22(4):725-729
By three-dimensional finite element analysis, the present research inquired about the stress on the surface of alveolar bone of mandibular incisor with different level of bone loss under different loadings. For the mandibular incisor without bone loss, the maximums of the von Mises stress under vertical and 15 degree oblique loading were 13.171 and 14.315 MPa respectively, both located in the apical region, and the lingual displacement of the tooth were 0.056 and 0.197mm respectively; under 30 degree oblique loading, the maximum of the von Mises stress was 15.262 MPa, located not only in the apical region but also on the crest, and the lingual displacement of the tooth was 0.324 mm. However, when vertical loading was applied on the mandibular incisor with half of the alveolar bone loss, the maximum of the stress increased significantly, located in the apical regions. And under oblique loadings, the value of the stress of this model increased dramatically, being three to five times over that of mandibular incisor without bone loss. Both of them concentrated on the crest. The scope of its distribution decreased from area to point. The significant lingual displacement happened, amounting to 2.850 mm. So when the loss of alveolar bone is not less than half, occlusal adjustment and splinting should be considered during the initial treatment of periodontal disease in order to avoid the significant change of the stress and alleviate the damage to the periodontal tissues.
