Objective To explore the correlation between the leukocyte rheology, cell adhesion molecule(CAM) expression and psoriasis. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), erythrocyte deformability apparatus and in vitro thrombus and platelet adhesion dual purpose apparatus were used to determine the changes of leukocyte CD18 expression, levels of serum soluble intercelular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM 1), and the changes of leukocyte filtration index(LFI) and leukocyte adhesion rate(LAR). Results The leukocyte CD18 expression, sICAM 1 level, LFI and LAR were significantly increased in patients with psoriasis than those in controls(P

By means of the erythrocyte C3b receptor rosett test and the tumor erythrocyte rosette test, we measured the effects of Sepia on the activity of the erythrocyte C3b receptor and the erythrocyte's immune adhesion to tumor cells in normal persons and in malignant tumor patients. The results showed that Sepia has a markedly active effect on the erythrocyte C3b receptor in normal persons and patients with malignant tumor, and this effect was highest when the concentration of Sepia was 10%. Sepia could markedly enhance the erythrocyte's immune adhesion to tumor cells in normal subjects and in patients with malignant tumor, which was more obvious when the concentration of Sepia was 10%. These results indicate that the anti-tumor action of Sepia is related to activating the erythrocyte immune adhesion function.

To explore the mechanism of protecting erythrocyte deformability (ED) of polysaccharide sulfate(PSS)and propyllene glycolmannurate sulfate(PGMS) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The erythrocyte filtration index(EFI),erythrocgte membrane Na+,K+-ATPase .glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity and lipid peroxide(LPO) were measured in 52 patients with AMI. Meanwhile the effects of PSS and PGMS on EFI, Na+,K+-ATPase ,GSH-Px and LPO in AMI patients were observed in vitro. The results showed that the EFI and LPO were markedly higher ,Na+ ,K+-ATP ase and GSH-Px were si-hnificantly lower in patients than those in control(P0. 05). These results indicate that PSS and PGMS could improve the ED in patients ,and the efficacy of PSS or PGMS was related to enchancement of erythrocyte membrane ATP-ase anci GSH-Px activity.

Objective To investigate the effects of oligochitosan on the humoral and cellular immunity in mice. Methods Divided the mice into four groups, test groups were given ip oligochitosan at doses of 60,120,240 mg?kg~(-1) for 14 days and the control group was given(0.9%) NS. The number of haemolytic empty spots, the level of serum hemolysin, the transform rate of T lymphocytes induced by ConA,delayed hypersensitivity were measured. Results Compared with the control group, indices including the number of haemolytic empty spots, the level of serum hemolysin, the transform rate of T lymphocytes induced by ConA,spleen ratio, ears swelling degree increased obviously in the dose of 120mg?kg~(-1) after two weeks of treatment. Conclusion Proper dose of oligochitosan can enhance the specific humoral and cellular immunity in mice.

Objective To establish a systematic and scientific transitional care quality evaluation index for patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and to determine the weight of the index. Methods Using self management theory and Omaha effectiveness evaluation system as frameworks, the transitional care quality evaluation index for patients with CHD after PCI was basically formed on the basis of literature analysis and qualitative research. Totally 23 experts were consulted by Delphi method, and the weight of each index was determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP).Results The quality evaluation index was finally determined after three rounds of expert consultation, composing of 4 first-class indexes, 16 second-class indexes and 42 third-class indexes. The questionnaire recovery rates of the three rounds of consultations were 91.3%, 81.0% and 100.0% respectively. And the authority coefficient of the experts were 0.87, 0.88 and 0.91 respectively. The index weight of various levels were determined by AHP. The weight of 4 first-class indexes were 0.489, 0.137, 0.304 and 0.070 respectively, and theCr value of indexes of various levels were all less than 0.10.Conclusions The transitional care quality evaluation index for patients with CHD after PCI is established to give feedback on the effects of transitional nursing and to promote the quality of transitional nursing.

【Objective】 To investigate the diagnostic value of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV-2) specific antibodies IgM and IgG on coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). 【Methods】 1) The test results of SARS-CoV-2 IgM/IgG antibodies and nucleic acid(NAT), which were tested by colloidal gold test and fluorescent quantitative PCR respectively, were collected from 145 febrile outpatients during early March, 2020, named Fever group, in which retrospective analysis and paired chi-square test were performed. 2) 612 cases of SARS-CoV-2 IgM/IgG antibodies test results, which were done on March 5, 2020, were collected. They were named COVID-19 group (Our hospital was provisionally assigned as a specialized hospital for COVID-19, and 1500 COVID-19 patients admitted to our hospital from February 12, 2020 to March 18, 2020). The SARS-CoV-2 IgM/IgG antibodies and NAT were respectively tested on the 30th and the 60th day after the date of discharge. The clinical application values of the antibodies was clarified by statistical analysis. 【Results】 1) In the fever group, the positive rate of SARS-CoV-2 IgM, IgG and IgM+ IgG antibodies were 26.21% (38/145), 54.48% (79/145) and 26.21% (38/145), respectively(P<0.01), and the positive rate of NAT was 4.14% (6/145), which was lower than that of antibody (P<0.01). One (1/145, 0.69%) positive NAT was implicated in initially negative IgM and IgG antibodies samples. 2) In the COVID-19 group, the positive rate of IgM antibody was low (5%) and IgG antibody was high (65%) during 2~14 days after infection, and stably increased during the 15~56 days [IgM 47.68%(277/581) vs IgG 94.15% (547/581) ], then both decreased after 57 days. The positive rates of IgM antibody and IgG antibody were 45.8% (280/612) and 93.1% (570/612) in 612 patients during hospitalization. 15 patients′ data after dischange were not collected as they were later transferred to Huoshenshan Hospital for treatment. The coronavirus NAT results of the rest 597 COVID-19 patients, tested on the 30th and 60th days after the date of discharge, were negative, and the positive rates of IgG antibody and IgM antibody were still ≥80% and ≥40% respectively at the second month after discharge. 【Conclusion】 IgM, IgG antibody against SARS-CoV-2 can be well detected by Colloidal gold method(Innovita), whose positive rate is higher than that of NAT. IgG antibody is produced earlier than IgM, and it keeps high positive rate and persists for a long time. The combination of colloidal gold antibody test and NAT can improve the diagnose rate of COVID-19 and the exclusion of suspected cases.
