Objective To study the variable orderliness of vocal fold vibration caused by the voice with different frequency in chest register of various healthy subjects having several age and sex through electroglottographic examination.Methods 120 healthy subjects were respectively evaluated with electroglottography, including the old group, the adult group, the men group and the female group. Meanwhile the parameters of vocal fold vibration, such as the contact quotient, the contact index, the contact quotient perturbation and the contact index perturbation were measured and analyzed.Results With increase of the frequency, the contact quotient was decreased in all subjects, having signification difference. The contact quotient of old group and adult group ,men and female group had also signification difference. But other parameters not represented the difference in statistics.Conclusion The closer degree of vocal fold was varied with the different frequency in chest register voice from the healthy subjects who were different in age and sex ,but the symmetry and regulation of vocal fold vibration were not related to age and sex. The results were help to study physiology of vocal fold.

Objective:To investigate the role of soluble Fas ligand (sFasL) in the mechanism of immune escape and counterattack of colorectal cancer.Methods:ELISA was used to detect the level of sFasL in the sera of colorectal cancer patients and the supernatant of SW480. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), flow cytometry (FCM) analysis and fluorescence microscopy were used to examine the apoptosis of Jurkat induced by the sera of colorectal cancer patients and the supernatant of SW480. The apoptosis was also studied after pretreatment of Jurkat by Fas blocking antibody ZB4. Objective To study the application value of cytological examination and biopsy for the transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA) in the diagnosis of cancer. Methods 101 patients with lung disease by CT that need TBNA examination to make final diagnosis were selected. They were executed with routine ex-amination of TBNA. And then pathologic biopsy and cytological examination were applied on the collection sam-pies. Results 86 patients among the 96 subjects were finally diagnosed by TBNA. So the ratio of final diagno-sis was 94. 5%. And the positive ratios about transbronchial needle aspiration and ring clamp biopsy, also brush biopsy, were 71.4% 、75.8%、 61.5%. Only 5 patients were histodiagnosed by just transbrenchial needle aspiration. Conclusion TBNA plays an important role on the diagnosis of lung tumor with different types. And the combination of three methods can improve the diagnosis pro-gressively.

ObjectiveTo explore the effects of Shenlongjiannao capsule on the learning and memory of the cerebral ischaemia model rat as well as reactive nitrogen intermediates in the cerebral cortex.MethodsThe cerebral ischaemia animal model was established by two-vessel occlusion. 50 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group with sham operation, model group, positive control group with pisacetam, Shenlongjiannao capsule groups (low and high dosage). After four weeks, the learning and memory function was tested with Morris water maze, and the contents of nitric oxide(NO) and inducible nitric-oxide synthsae(iNOS) in cerebral cortex were measured.ResultsAfter treatment, the learning and memory ability improved significently and the contents of NO and iNOS in cerebral cortex decreased in Shenlongjiannao capsule groups.ConclusionShenlonjiannao capsule can improve the learning and memory of rats with cerebral ischaemia by lowering the activity of NO and iNOS in the cerebral cortex.

Objective To discuss the injury mechanisms of posterior keen dislocation with anterior tibial plateau fracture and to provide theoretic support for clinic diagnosis and treatment.Methods Total of 25 cases with posterior knee dislocation and anterior tibial plateau fracture were enrolled from June,2009 to June,2012.Injury mechanisms were analyzed from the point of view of mechanics by combining with detailed histories,X-ray,CT scan and MRI results,and surgical findings.Results All of 25 cases were high-energy injury,with 13 falling from heights (about 2-5 meters),10 injured in traffic accident,1 falling down by carrying heavy backpacks and 1 rolling down hill.Posterior knee dislocation with the anterior tibial plateau fracture were found in all the 25 cases,among which 5 cases were with common peroneal nerve injury and popliteal artery rupture,and 1 case was with capitulum fibulae fracture and the rest were with no obvious artery nerve injury One years after operation,the average HSS score of the knee joint was 88.5 and the excellent and good rate was 93.7％.Conclusion The main reason of the backward dislocation of knee joint with the anterior border fracture of tibial plateau was high energy trauma and it was a new type of fracture-dislocation of knee joint.After backward dislocation of knee joint,we should carefully check whether there is the anterior-edge fracture of tibial plateau before operation to avoid misdiagnosis;reduction of the anterior-edge fracture of tibial plateau must be done Anatomically in operation,which can reduce the occurrence of instability of knee joint after operation and improve the operation effect.

AIM:To observe the effects of supraoptic ADH neurons and central diabetes insipidus(CDI)in Wistar rats at different times after hypophysectomy.METHODS:Hypophysectomy was undergone by stereotaxic instrument.Water intake,urine output and urine specific gravity(SG)were observed each day.The survival rate of supraoptic ADH neurons was determined by immunofluorescence after hypophysectomy at different times.RESULTS:The rats manifested triphasic CDI after hypophysectomy.The average water intake in experiment group was 73.9 mL vs 30.9 mL in control group(P0.05),but the cellular body hypertrophy appeared.The survival rate at 10th day was 72%(P0.05),but they were all less than the 10th day(P

BACKGROUND: In the past, the incidence rates of infectious diseases,natural epidemic diseases and endemic diseases in three gorges areas were always high. Because the flooded areas of Kaixian was enormous, the population of Kaixian was intensive density, the pollution may harm to the population health after the dam has been established.OBJECTIVE: To predict the influence of the Three-gorges dam on population health in Kaixian County of Chongqing and put forward to scientific evidence of preventive measures through analyzing the main health indicators and influence factors in Kaixian.DESIGN: Cross-sectional study.SETTING: Public Health College of Chongqing Medical University and Disease Controlled Center in Kaixian County of Chongqing.PARTICIPANTS: The survey was conducted in Kai County of Chongqing,from February to May 2004. Malignant tumor such as hepatocarcinoma.CONCLUSION: We should strengthen current public health system, and cognition to the possible threat on disease epidemic and public health.With the construction of three-gorge dam, it is necessary to speed up establishment of effective measures to reduce predictable influence on population health.

Objective To explore the clinical safety and efficacy of self-made single-port retroperitoneoscopic renal pedicle lymphatic disconnection for chyluria. Methods From Feb 2013 to Mar 2016, clinical data of 34 patients were collected. Of them, 16 cases underwent self-made single-port retroperitoneoscopic renal pedicle lymphatic disconnection and 18 cases underwent three port retroperitoneoscopic renal pedicle lymphatic disconnection. No significant difference was shown in age, body mass index between the two groups (P > 0.05). Mean operative time, estimated bleeding volume, drainage time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative pain evaluation, satisfaction scores of incision were compared between the two groups. Results All procedures were successfully performed without conversion to open surgery. Compared with the three port surgery group, results in the single-port group were superior in terms of mean operative time [(102.3 ± 16.1) versus (132.4 ± 21.6) min, P < 0.05], there were no significant differences in estimated blood loss, drainage time, postoperative hospital stay, the date in postoperative pain evaluation, satisfaction scores of incision shown that single-port group was superior to three port group. Conclusion Our initial experience revealed that single-port retroperitoneoscopic renal pedicle lymphatic disconnection was a safe, effective, cost-effective and less-invasive procedure for chyluria with improved postoperative pain and cosmetic results.

Objective:To summarize the age, gender difference, cause, location, time, treatment and prognosis of femoral intertrochanteric fracture complicated with pseudoaneurysm, and analyze the influence of different treatment methods on the occurrence of femoral intertrochanteric fracture complicated with pseudoaneurysm.Methods:Using the method of systematic literature review, a total of 76 literatures were retrieved from multiple databases at home and abroad, and 45 literatures were screened out through the second screening of title, abstract and full text. The patients with intertrochanteric fracture complicated with pseudoaneurysm were selected as the research objects, and the duplicate cases were deleted; the age, gender, onset age, etiology, location, treatment and prognosis of the disease were retrospectively analyzed.Results:A total of 54 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture related pseudoaneurysms were selected from 45 literatures, including 25 males and 27 females, and 2 cases had no gender; aged from 43 to 94 years old, and 4 cases were younger than 60 years old, 6 between 61 and 70, 17 between 71 and 80, and 25 between 81 and 90. Forty-five cases occurred in deep femoral artery, 3 cases in superficial femoral artery, 1 case in superior gluteal artery, 1 case of medial circumflex artery, 1 case of lateral circumflex femoral artery, 1 case of femoral artery, and 2 cases of unknown location. The occurrence time of pseudoaneurysm: 17 cases within 1 week after fracture, 8 cases from 1 week to 3 weeks, 19 cases from 3 weeks to 3 months, 2 cases more than 3 months, and 8 cases unknown. The causes of pseudoaneurysm: among the 54 patients, 41 cases had definite causes, including 21 cases of vascular injury caused by fracture block; 20 cases of iatrogenic injury, of which the incidence of direct injury of blood vessels by screw or drill was the highest, accounting for 55% (11/20). Twenty-two cases were treated with vascular embolization, 10 cases with surgical sutures, 8 cases with surgical ligation, 4 cases with resection of pseudoaneurysm, 5 cases with covered stent, and 4 cases with thrombin injection. There were 42 cases who had follow-up data, and no recurrence and other complications were found during the follow-up period.Conclusion:The peak age of femoral intertrochanteric fracture complicated with pseudoaneurysm was 71-90 years old. The incidence of femoral intertrochanteric fracture complicated with pseudoaneurysm was more often within 1 week after fracture and 3 weeks to 3 months after fracture, due to fracture fragments and iatrogenic vascular injury caused by the location of the profundus femoris artery. Treatment options include vascular embolization, surgical ligation, suture or resection of pseudoaneurysm, covered stent and thrombin injection, and the prognosis is generally good.

Objective To investigate the epidemiological features of 937 patients wounded in China Wenchuan earthquake. Methods An analysis was done on 937 patients treated in the city of Deyang in aspects fo their gender,age,injury causes,wound sites,complications and misdiagnosis.Results There were more wounded females than males,with ratio of male to female of 1:1.12.The main injury causes were crush injury and falling injury.The most frequent injury sites include head,chest,ankle and foot,tibia and fibula,spine and hip.The rate of misdiagnosis was as high as 15.5%,mainly brain injuries and chest iniuries. Conclusion The main causes are crush iniury and falling in-jury.Lower limb fractures account for the most.While close brain and thoracic injuries are likely to be misdiagnosed.
