OBJECTIVE: To study the quality standard of Radix Hedysari from Gansu province. METHODS: Radix Hedysari was analyzed in respects of its origin, property, microscopic characteristics, physicochemical property, TLC identification, moisture, determination of ash and determination of ethanol-soluble extractives etc. RESULTS: The results showed that the Radix Hedysari from Guansu was of high quality and in which, few counterfeit products was noted. CONCLUSION: In this study, a systematic evaluation for the Radix Hedysari from Gansu province was achieved, and it provides a scientific evidence for the quality control Radix Hedysari from Gansu province and guarantee of its genuine property.

Objective:To explore the expression and biological functions of miR-346 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:63 cases nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue and 34 cases nasopharyngeal non-cancer tissues were collected,the miR-346 expression were detected by Real-time PCR between nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue and nasopharyngeal non-cancer tissues,6 strains of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines and 1 strain of normal nasopharyngeal epithelial cell immortalized NP69.Two cell lines with middle expression levels in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells lines were selected,and transfected into miR-346 inhibitor,the control group (NC group) were with negative control plasmid transfection,miR-346 expression in two groups were detected by Real-time PCR,the proliferation,apoptosis were detected by Brdu-ELISA and flow cytometry,the migration and invasion were detected by Transwell Chambers experiments.Results:Compared with the nasopharyngeal non-cancer tissues,the miR-346 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues was significantly increased (P =0.000);compared with the normal nasopharyngeal epithelial cells NP69.the miR-346 expression in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines was significantly increased (P＜0.05).The CNE-1 and CNE-2 were chose,after the miR-346 inhibitor transfection,the miR-346 expression were significantly lower compared with NC group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The proliferation of two kinds of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell CNE-1 and CNE-2 were restrained after transfection,the difference showed statistically significant 3 days after transfection (P ＜ 0.05).The apoptosis increased significantly,and the migration cell numbers and invasion cell numbers decreased significantly compared with NC group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:miR-346 is overexpression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma,down-regu-lation of miR-346 inhibits the proliferation,migration,invasion,promotes the apoptosis,miR-346 may act as a oncogene and play an important role in the pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Objective To investigate whether miR-200b suppresses proliferation and induces apoptosis of non-small cell lung cancer cells by targeting DNMT3A. Methods A qRT-PCR was employed for detecting the expression of miR-200b in different non-small cell lung cancer cells and human bronchial epithelial cells. A549 cells were transfected with miR-200b mimics, scramble, DNMT3A-siRNA and control-siRNA, respectively. The scramble and control-siRNA were served the negative control of miR-200b mimics and DNMT3A-siRNA, respectively. Western blot assay was conducted to detect the expression of DNMT3A protein in A549 cells. MTT and Annexin V/propidium iodide staining were employed to detect the proliferation ability and apoptosis rate of A549 cells. The effects of miR-200b mimics and DNMT3A-siRNA on the proliferation and apoptosis rate of A549 cells were compared between groups. Results Results of qRT-PCR showed that the expression of miR-200b was significantly down-regulated in A549, H1299, L78 and H460 cells than that of 16HBE cells. Among them, the most obviously reduction was found in A549 cells (P<0.05). Western blot assay showed that the level of DNMT3A protein was inhibited by restored miR-200b or knock-down DNMT3A in A549 cells. After transfection of miR-200b mimics or knock-down DNMT3A for 48 h, 72 h and 96 h, MTT showed that the OD values, which reflected the optical density of cell proliferation were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Annexin V/propidium iodide staining showed that apoptosis rates of A549 cells after transfection of miR-200b mimics or knock-down DNMT3A were (23.33%±0.90%and 20.41%±0.70%), compared with the control group (5.28%± 0.55%and 5.68%±0.47%, P<0.01). Conclusion miR-200b suppresses cell proliferation and induces apoptosis by targeting DNMT3A in non-small cell lung cancer.

Objective To study the expressions of PTTG and bFGF proteins and their relationship with microvessels density(MVD)in esophageal carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of PTTG and bFGF proteins in 48 esophageal carcinoma tissues and the same para-cancerous tissues.MVD was evaluated by immunohistochemieal staining with antibody CD34.Results The positive rate of PTTG and bFGF was 68.8%(33/48)and 70.8%(34/48)respectively.Rate of PTTG protein expression in esophageal carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in para-cancerous tissues(8.3%and 12.5%,P＜0.05).The positive rate 0f PTTG,bFGF and MVD was correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.There was no relationship with age,sex,tumor size MVD(P＜0.05).Conclusion PTTG and bFGF are over-expressed in esophageal carcinoma.Increased PTTG may play an important role in carcinogenesis and development of esophageal carcinoma by promoting the expression of bFGF protein which may induce an angiogenesis.

Objective: To study status of social support and its influencing factors in female migrant workers. Methods: Study participants were selected with a random cluster design from participants 16-60 years old in non-registered residents from 10 districts in one city. Social support revalued scale and general questionnaire were used to survey social support status of female migrant workers in August-December of 2016. Results: There was statistic difference in social support among different districts, occupations, and income of female migrant workers (P<0.05) . Results of multiple linear regression demonstrates that districts, occupations, and income of female migrant workers were associated with social support scale (district standarized β=0.03, occupations standarized β=-0.03, incorue standarized β=0.10, P<0.05) . Conclusion We should be attentive to self-employed and Low-income participants among female migrant workers.

Objective To study the protective effect mechanism of Rosa laevigata Michx (RLM) on cardiotoxicity induced by adriamycin in rats. Method 30 SD rats were randomly into control group, doxorubicin group and RLM groups. The control group was injected with normal saline injection, while the model group was injected with adriamycin intraperitoneally at the dosage of 15 mg/kg every other day. For the RLM groups,1~5 g/kg RLM were given after adriamycin injection. The survival rate, plasma BNP was observed. Apoptosis of cardiomyocyte was detected by instituted-labeled DNA (TUNEL). The activity of GSH-PX, CAT and total SOD in the myocardium tissue were also observed. The expression level of CuZn-SOD , bcl-2 and bax were detected by real-time PCR. Results The survival rate was significantly improved in SD rats treated with RLM compared with that in the adriamycin group (P<0.01). The BNP level was increased when treated by adriamycin (P<0.01), and decreased after RLM administration (P<0.01). RLM could also upregulate the expression of the CuZn-SOD mRNA level, and enhance the activity of GSH-PX, CAT and T-SOD compared with that in adriamycin group. Adriamycin could induce myocardial cells apoptosis, as demonstrated by TUNEL. RLM could inhibit adriamycin-induced apoptosis, bax mRNA expression, and increase bcl-2 expression and bcl-2/bax ratio. Conclusion RLM exhibit some antioxidant activity through many stages, and the anti-apoptosis activity may be related to affect the expression of bax and bcl-2 expression.

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation conditions of the developmental disabled children.Methods 269 developmental disabled children were involved.Among them,237 children were with mental retarded disability,57 with physical disability and 26 with psychological disability.Questionnaire was used to estimate their condition and affecting factors.Results The prevalence of non-rehabilitation in mental retarded children was 71.31%,in physical developmental disabled children was 33.93%,and in psychological developmental disabled children was 42.31%.The rehabilitation measures focused on training and medical service,rarely on psychological service.The rehabilitation's affecting factors included singleton(P<0.01),maternal age(P<0.01),parental educational degree(P<0.05) and parental understanding of the rehabilitation(P<0.001).Conclusion The factors affecting rehabilitation are complicated,and what we should do now is to subside the poor family,propagandize the rehabilitation knowledge to the children's parents.

ObjectiveTo study the outcome of 3 kinds of disabled children. Methods269 disabled children found in 2004 Beijing Disabled Children Sampling, which including 237 children with mental retarded disability, 57 with physical disability and 26 with psychological disability, were followed up in 2007. Results52.32% of mental disabled children, 8.77% of physical disabled, and 15.38% of psychological disabled children would not be seen as "disability" any longer. ConclusionThe disability before 6 years old is a kind of developmental disability, which may be recovery as development.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency with endoscopic laryngoscope in the treatment of adult patients with laryngeal papilloma.Methods From January 2014 to April 2018,60 adult patients with laryngeal papilloma in Zhuji Central Hospital were enrolled in this study.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laryngoscope tweezers,and the observation group was treated by low temperature plasma radiofrequency with endoscopic laryngoscope.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and postoperative complications were recorded.The follow-up was performed on the first day after operation.The recurrence rate and average recurrence time were recorded.Results The average operation time in the observation group was (29.54 ± 4.52)min,which was significantly shorter than (38.85 ± 5.47)min in the control group (t =7.186,P =0.000).The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was (1.24 ± 0.76) mL,which was significantly lower than (35.69 ± 5.88) mL of the control group (t =31.825,P =0.000).The length of hospital stay of the observation group was (3.83 ± 1.17) d,which was significantly shorter than (4.79 ± 1.47) d of the control group (t =2.798,P =0.006).The incidence rate of postoperative complication in the observation group was 3.33％ (1/30),which was significantly lower than 23.33％ in the control group (x2 =5.192,P =0.022).The mean duration of postoperative recurrence in observation group was (2.42 ± 0.57) months,which was significantly longer than (1.28 ± 0.36) months in the control group(t =9.261,P =0.000).The postoperative recurrenc.e rate of the observation group was 6.67 ％ (2/30),which was significantly lower than that of the control group [40.00 ％ (12/30),x2 =9.316,P =0.002].Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency with endoscopic laryngoscope in the treatment of adult patients with laryngeal papilloma has less trauma,and can extend the recurrence time,reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.
