Objective:to combine psychotherapy and medication in treatment of tension-type headache Method:84 patients with tension-type headache were randomly divided into study group (combining psychotherapy with medication) and control group (medication only) The psychotherapy was twice to three times a week, for 2 or 3 weeks and then follow up for at least 1 year Result:in the study group, the rate of improvement was 95%, that of marked improvement was 67%, were significantly higher than the counterparts in control group (were 69% and 38% respectively) Conclusion:combining psychotherapy with medication is more effective than medication only in treatment of tension-type headache
2.The clinical application value of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein for the acute exacerbation bronchial asthma patients

Objective To study the correlation between the level of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and induced sputum cell counts,pulmonary function and asthma control test (ACT) in order to investigate the clinical application value of serum hs-CRP for the acute exacerbation bronchial asthma patients.Methods Thirty acute exacerbation bronchial asthma patients were collected as asthma group,14 healthy people during the same period were collected as control group.The fasting serum hs-CRP was examined in control group and before and after treatment of 5-7 d in asthma group.The induced sputum was obtained by ultrasonic atomizer 4.5% sodium chloride,and the percentage of eosinophils (EOS%),neutrophil,macrophages,lymphocytes was calculated.The pulmonary function index was determined in control group and before and after treatment in asthma group.ACT score was performed in asthma group.The correlation between the serum hs-CRP and induced sputum differential leukocyte count,the pulmonary function index and ACT score was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis.The effect of the serum hs-CRP and induced sputum EOS% on inflammatory response of acute exacerbation bronchial asthma was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis.Results Two cases were excluded in asthma group.The serum hs-CRP before and after treatment in asthma group was higher than that in control group[4.18(2.12-11.12) and 3.40(2.02-8.91) mg/L vs.1.48(1.03-4.81) mg/L,H =18.939,P< 0.01].The serum hs-CRP before treatment was higher than that after treatment in asthma group (P < 0.01).In asthma group,the serum hs-CRP had positive relationship with induced sputum EOS% (r =0.849,P =0.000).There were negative correlations between the serum hs-CRP and the pulmonary function index such as one second forced expiratory volume percent predicted,one second forced expiratory volume occupied vital capacity ratio,maximum mid-expiratory flow percentage of predicted (r =-0.617,-0.559,-0.398,respectively,P =0.000,0.002,0.036,respectively).It was also found that the serum hs-CRP and ACT score had the remarkable Spearman linear correlation (r =-0.511,P =0.005).The area under the ROC curve of the serum hs-CRP was 0.713 (P =0.003).Conclusions There are significant correlations between the serum hs-CRP and induced sputum EOS%,pulmonary function,ACT score in the acute exacerbation bronchial asthma patients.It is found that hs-CRP could be considered as one of the potential marker to evaluate the systemic inflammation level of bronchial asthma.
3.Study on quality standard for Shexiangtongbi Babu Plaster

AIM: To establish the quality standard for Shexiangtongbi Babu plaster (Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae sinensis, moschus, Commiphora myrrha, Resina Boswelliae Carterii, Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, Sanguis Draxonis, etc.) METHODS: Borneolum Syntheticum, Commiphora Myrrha, Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, Sanguis Draxonis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis were identified by TLC, and the content of Muscone was determined by GC. RESULTS: Borneolum Syntheticum, Commiphora Myrrha, Radix Angelicae Pubscentis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis could be identified by TLC. Muscone showed a good linear relationship at range of 0.026?g~0.078?g, r =0.9992. The average recovery was 97.57%, and RSD 1.50% respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is accurate and can be used to control the quality of Shexiangtongbi Babu plaster.
4.The clinical significance of peripheral blood T cell subsets,NK cells in NHL

Objective:To investigate the relationship of the changes of peripheral bloos T cell subsets and NK cell with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL).And to investigate the change of the cell immune function of NHL and chronic lymphadenitis.Methods:Peripheral blood T cell subsets,NK cell with NHL,chronic lymphadenitis patients and 50 normal controls were detected quantitatively with FCM.Results:Compared with the normal controls,the number of CD3~+,CD4~+T cell,CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio markedly reduced,while those of CD8~+T cells increased.These were no significant changes in NK cell.Compared with the group of chrnic lymphadenitis,the number of CD8~+T cell,NK cell markedly increased,while these were no significant changes in CD3~+,CD4~+T cell and reduction of CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio.Conclusion:NHL patients cell function was suppressed.The detection of T cell subsets and NK cells are clinically valuble on the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of NHL.
5.Detection of the Platelet Activation Markers CD62p and PAC-1 in Patients with Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of platelet activation markers CD62p and PAC-1 in patients with hypertension and coronary heart diease.Methods To select patients who were in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University between January 2012 and September 2012,42 patients with hypertension,46 patients with coronary heart disease.Flow cytometry was used to test the positive percentage of the platelet surface activation markers CD62p and PAC-1 .To observe the difference among hypertension group,coronary heart disease group and health control group;hyper-tension and coronary heart disease group.Results The positive percentage of platelet activation markers CD62p and PAC-1 in hypertension (36.36±9.62,7.18±8.20)%,coronary heart disease group (42.74±14.60,8.81±12.53)% showed sta-tistically significant differences (t=4.150~5.853,P<0.01)compared with healthy control group (26.82±9.13 ,1.09± 1.05)%.The positive percentage of CD62p in coronary heart disease group (42.74±14.60)% was also higher than that of hypertension (36.36±9.62)%,and the difference between them was of statistical significance (t=2.444,P<0.05).Con-clusion The hypertensive patients and coronary heart disease were in pre-thrombotic state,the activation of platelet increase significantly.Molecular markers should be measured in hypertensive patients and coronary heart disease for prevention and treatment of thrombotic disease complication.
6.Prokaryotic expression of ATP5B and preparation and identification of its monoclonal antibody

Objective:To construct and identify the monoclonal antibody of ATP synthase beta subunit (ATP5B) with high purity, and to lay foundation for further study.Methods:The ATP5Bgene was amplified by PCR and cloned into the pET28avector and transformed into E.coli BL21 (DE3) .The protein expression was induced by IPTG and then the fusion protein was purified by nickel affinity chromatography column.The protein purity was detected by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) .Three female Balb/C mice were immunized with purified fusion protein and the tail vein blood was taken to detect the titer of ATP5Bantibody by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) .The spleen cells from the immunized mice with the highest serum titer were mixed with the SP2/0cells to establish the hybridoma cells and the fused cells were screened by indirect ELISA and monoclonally cultured.Karyotype analysis were performed in the positive cells.The hybridoma cells were intraperitoneally injected into 12weeks old BALB/C mice to estabilish the ascites models.The titer of ascites was detected by indirect ELISA.The purity of the antibody was detected by SDS-PAGE.The antibody subtype was detected by ELISA.Results:After PCR amplification, a specific band of 1 455bp was obtained, and the pET28aempty vector was ligated to obtain a recombinant pET28a/ATP5Bvector.The target protein was expressed in the IPTG-induced bacteria solution;the SDS-PAGE results showed that the protein band was found at51 000.The indirect ELISA results showed that the serum titer of the venous blood of immunized mice was up to1:64 000.In karyotype analysis, the total number of chromosomes in hybridoma cells was about the sum of myeloma cells and normal mouse spleen cells.The mouse ascites was prepared with the hybridoma cell line, and the highest titer of the antibody was 1:240 000.The subtype of the monoclonal antibody produced by the hybridoma cells was IgG1.Conclusion:The monoclonal antibody against ATP5Bprotein is successfully prepared by cloning, expressing and purifying the recombinant protein.
7.Repair effect and mechanism of neural cell adhesion molecule derived peptide P2 on nerve function injury in ischemic stroke rats

Objective:To clarify the neuroprotective effects of neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) derived peptide P2 on in vitro cultured neuron and ischemic stroke rat. Methods:Primary cortical neurons were extracted and cultured, and CCK-8 method was used to observe the protective effect of different concentrations of P2 on cortical neurons under oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD) conditions.The levels of apoptosis-related proteins and extracellular signal regulated kinase 1/2 (Erk1/2) were observed by Western blot. Clean grade male SD rats were selected for animal experiments. The middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) method was used to establish the rat model of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. The rats with successful model were divided into sham operation group, MCAO group and MCAO+ P2 group according to the random number table, with 12 rats in each group. After operation, rats in MCAO+ P2 group were subcutaneously injected with 1 mg/kg P2 once a day until 14 days after operation, and rats in the other two groups were subcutaneously injected with 0.9% sodium chloride solution of the same volume.Beam-walking test was used to evaluate the motor function of rats.Immunofluorescence staining and Western blot were used to detect the in-situ apoptosis of neuronal cells and the expression of Erk1/2 in ischemic penumbra of rat brains, respectively. All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 22.0.Repeated measurement ANOVA was used to evaluate the beam-walking experimental data, and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze other experimental data among multiple groups.Results:Compared with OGD group, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 μmol/L P2 improved the activity of neurons under OGD conditions, of which 1 μmol/L P2 had the best effect ((2.436±0.284), (1.551±0.410), P<0.05). Western blot showed that the protein levels of bax ((76.120±3.232)%, (88.965±5.208)%, P<0.05), cleaved caspase-3 ((76.736±4.306)%, (97.781±8.111)%, P<0.05) and cleaved caspase-9 ((88.833±6.581)%, (104.962±4.788)%, P<0.05) in 1 μmol/L P2 treated group were all lower than those in OGD group, while the protein levels of bcl-2 ((56.146±3.882)%, (43.170±6.945)%, P<0.05) and phosphorylated Erk1/2 ((73.583±8.557)%, (55. 219±4.615)%, P<0.05) in 1 μmol/L P2 treated group were both higher than those in OGD group. Compared with MCAO group, on the 14th day after P2 intervention, the slip ratio of hindlimb of the paralyzed hind limbs of rats was lower ((23.438±11.540)%, (41.733±13.631)%, P<0.05), the apoptosis rate of neurons around the focus was lower ((13.144±6.485)%, (26. 699±6. 402)%, P<0.05), and the level of phosphorylated Erk1/2 protein in the brain tissues around the infarct focus was higher ((74.062±7.458)%, (53.327±7.093)%, P<0.05). Conclusion:Low doses of neural cell adhesion molecule derived peptide P2 exert neuroprotective effects on OGD neurons and ischemic stroke rats. The underlying mechanism may be related to the activation of Erk.
8.Creative design and application of water collector for conjunctival sac rinsing

9.Application of digital model of mixed reality dynamic tracking technique in oral and maxillofacial surgery:a ba-sic research

Objective This paper aims to explore the application value of mixed reality in oral and maxillofacial surgery and to conduct dynamic tracking using an in vitro model.Methods By collecting preoperative enhanced CT data of patients,rebuilding 3D digital model,combined with 3D printing technology,dynamic tracking of lesions was realized in the in vitro model,and the efficiency of different registration methods was compared.Results The 3D vi-sualized head and neck model was obtained by combining multiple anatomical models,and dynamic tracking was com-pleted in vitro.The average tracking time of the facial mark recognition method was T45°=3.67 frames,T90°=10.67 frames,and T total=12 seconds 28 frames(30 frames per second).The average tracking time of QR code recognition method was T45°=1.67 frames,T90°=2.33 frames,and T total=11 seconds 13 frames(30 frames per second).Conclu-sion The combination of MR technology and 3D printing technology can realize the dynamic tracking of lesions in vitro,which lays a foundation for the clinical applica-tion of MR technology to implement precise,personal-ized surgical programs.
10.Research progress of mesenchymal stem cells in female reproductive medicine.

Stem cells have been a hot spot in medical research for a long time and have unique advantages in tissue repair, diagnosis and treatment of diseases. With the development of regenerative medicine, stem cells have been widely studied and applied in reproductive medicine, such as improving ovarian function and repairing endometrial damage. These efforts are achieved primarily through the use of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) from a variety of sources. However, the application of stem cells also faces problems such as low cell retention rate and medical ethics. This article focuses on the research progress and clinical application of MSCs (not involving embryonic stem cells) in the field of female reproductive medicine.
