Objective To study the clinical features and significance of the patients with dermatomyositis(DM)associated with interstitial lung disease(ILD).Methods216cases of DM were collected from the Peking Union Medical College Hospital from1970to1997.The criteria for the diagnosis of DM were based on the report of Bohan and Peter in1975.The mean follow-up period of these patients was5.8?4.7years(ranged from2to27years).The clinical manifestations and laboratory findings of32DM patients with ILD were analyzed and compared with those of184DM patients without ILD.Results As compared with DM patients without ILD,the DM patients with ILD were more likely to have fever(28.2%vs.6.5%,P

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of sibutramine (Reductile )in Chinese obese patients. Methods Obese adults (BMI 27~45 kg/m 2) in six research centers received sibutamine 10 mg or placebo one tablet each day with a controlled-energy diet for 24 weeks by randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled study. Results For intent-to-treat analysis, 125 sibutramine-treated subjects and 126 placebo-treated subjects were evaluated. After 24 weeks, sibutramine-treated patients lost more weight (6.52?3.95)kg than placebo-treated patients (3.18?3.59)kg(P

Objective To learn the clinical manifestations and pathogenic situation of hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Changchun children's hospital from 2009 to 2010.Methods We collected the faeces specimen and oropharyngeal swabs of 1 862 children patients who consulted in Changchun children's hospital from May 2009 to Nov 2010.The enterovirus 71 ( EV71 ) and Coxsackie virus A16 (CoxA16) of 1 514 faeces specimens were amplified with RT-PCR,and 530 oropharyngeal swabs' virus were isolated with rhabdomyosarcoma cell. Results The total HFMD patients were 1 175 in 2010,687 in 2009.The rate of serious patients was 6.26% (43/687) in 2009,and 16.51% ( 194/1 175 ) in 2010.The season of peak incidence in 2009 was June, and in 2010 were June,July and August. The gender distribution was 1 241 males and 621females.The average age of HFMD patients was ( 28.32 ± 15.22 ) months. And the distribution in city and countryside was 1:1.05.Total of 1 862 cases ( 100% ) had rash,55.69% ( 1 037/1 862) had fever,6.07%(113/1 862) had neurologic symptom and 1.41% (26/1 862) had vomiting when the patients admitted in our hospital. And there were 547 cases ( 29.41% ) emerging myocardium injury,548 cases (29.43% ) emerging neurologic complications and 82 cases (4.39% ) emerging respiratory complications during treatment. There were 166 positive with positive rate 31.32% in virus isolation. The positive rate of EV71 and CoxA16 were 9.62% and 10.57 in 2009,and 32.52% and 39.53% in 2010.Conclusion There were more HFMD patients in 2010 than 2009,and the proportion of serious patients was increased too.In summer and autumn,we should pay more attention to HFMD for fever children.HFMD could damage digestive system, respiratory system, circulatory system and nervous system. The nervous system of serious patients is more likely to be damaged. The pathogens of HFMD are diversity, but mainly are EV71 and CoxA16,and the pathogen of serious patients is mostly EV71.

Objective:
To explore the relationship between job stress, work engagement and depressive symptoms of State Grid workers, and to analyze the mediating effect of work engagement between job stress and depressive symptoms.
Methods:
A cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate 845 employees from a State Grid company, using the brief job stress questionnaire, the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) and 9-item Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-9) in March 2017.
Results:
The average score of work engagement was 4.49±1.42, the mean value of job stress was 1.15±0.33, the average score of depressive symptoms was 6.44±4.30, and the positive rate of depressive symptoms was 66.9%.There was a negative correlation between work engagement with both job stress and depressive symptoms (

Chinese Journal of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Diseases 2018;36(4):271-274
Objective:
This study was to understand the current situation of long working hours and identify the association of long working hours and job stress and depression among workers from one district company of state grid.
Methods:
The project was done with the cross-sectional survey. All questionnaires were completed by self-administered with informed consent. Employees’ weekly working hours was reported by themselves; Using the PHQ-9 scale to assess depression, the JDC Model to evaluate job stress, and SPSS software to analyze data, the single factor chi-square test and multivariate Logistic analysis were performed to identify the association between long working hours and job stress, depression.
Results:
there were 35.3 percent employees with over 44 hours a week. The association between increasing weekly working hours and job stress and depression was statistically significant. Compared to the reference group (≤44 h) , for those who worked more than 44 hours per week, the odds ratio of job stress was 2.02 (95%

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2022;46(1):34-37
A biphasic hyperbaric injector based on BLDC is designed for alternate and mixed injection of contrast medium and normal saline in the process of contrast medium injection in hospital. The driver hardware and algorithm are optimized especially for high-pressure and high-speed injection requirements. The interface APP is designed with parameter-input and real-time pressure-plotting of injector's ports as two main functions. The whole device can realize the preset function and has high stability after testing.

OBJECTIVE: To examine the level of occupational exposure to whole body vibration( WBV) in a hydroelectric power station, and evaluate its effects on workers' health. METHODS: A hydroelectric power station in Hangzhou City was chosen as study subject by using judgment sampling method. The level of WBV exposure to workers and high vibration level areas were measured, and the vibration frequency was analyzed. The comfort and allowing duration of occupational exposure in WBV exposed workers was evaluated. RESULTS: The median root-mean-square of accelerometer acceleration of WBV exposure in generator floor,turbines-floor,middle-floor,hydraulic floor of the hydroelectric power station were 0. 894,0. 995,1. 095 and 0. 904 m/s~2,respectively. The central frequency of WBV in this station was 1. 25 Hz. Among the 105 monitoring spots,8. 6% of WBV exposed workers of the spots did not perceive or feel uncomfortable, but 91. 4%of them felt uncomfortable or very uncomfortable. Only 12. 4% of the WBV exposed workers tolerated more than 8 hours of WBV occupational exposure. CONCLUSION: There is an occupational hazard of WBV in this hydroelectric power station. The low frequency vibration with central frequency below 1. 25 Hz is the key control point of the WBV of this hydroelectric power station.
