Objective To investigate the characteristic of top-down attentional control of acute stress disorder children. Methods According to SCID-IV-TR,23 acute stress disorder children were chosen as the experinent group and 23 normal children were chosen as the control group. They were asked to perform a visual search task. Results (1) The reaction time of acute stress disorder children((1 253±158)ms) was significantly longer than normal children's((1 194± 146) ms) (P<0.05).(2) The reaction time of valid condition((1 172± 144) ms)was significantly shorter than neutral condition ((1 229± 156) ms) and invalid condition ((1 269± 157) ms) (P<0.05),there was no difference of reaction time between neutral condition((1 229± 156)ms) and invalid condition ((1 269±157)ms) (P>0.05).(3) The reaction time of simple display condition((1 182±127)ms) was significantlv shorter than complex display condition ((1 264± 177)ms) (P<0.01).Conclusion The performance of acute stress disorder children on top-down attentional control is less than normal children, the reason is that inhibiting capacity of acute stress disorder children is lower than normal children. It indicates that trauma event have negative influence on children's inhibiting capacity.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the strategy for management of urosepsis after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL).
METHODSThe clinical data were analyzed in 4 cases of urosepsis caused by ESWL during the period from January, 2008 to October 2011.
RESULTSTwo of the patients had kidney stones and two had ureteral stones. Analysis of urine bacterial culture revealed the presence of E. coli in 2 cases, Klebsiella pneumoniae in 1 case and Pseudomonas putida combined E. coli in 1 case. All the 4 patients were monitored for ECG, blood pressure and oxygen saturation, and received fluid replacement and anti-inflammatory therapy. The vital signs of the patients became stable after 5-11 days (mean 6.75 days). Three patients underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy, and 1 patient had emergency ureteral stent indwelling. All the 4 patients were cured and discharged.
CONCLUSIONESWL is more likely to cause urosepsis in patients with ureteral stones and urinary infection, for which early nonsurgical interventions should be administered immediately after the diagnosis is established.

3.The relationship between PSAD, Gleason score, sF and bone metastasis in patients with prostate cancer
Journal of Chinese Physician 2018;20(7):1036-1038
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of prostate specific antigen density (PSAD),Gleason score and serum ferritin (SF) in bone metastases from prostate cancer. Methods 45 patients diagnosed with bone metastases from prostate cancer in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected as metastasis group.90 cases without bone metastases in prostate cancer were selected as control group. The PSAD,SF and Gleason scores of the two groups were measured and compared.Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the three indexes to predict the clinical value of bone metastases in patients with prostate cancer. Results The serum PSA,SF,prostate volume,PSAD levels in metastasis group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05);the average Gleason scores metastasis group were significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05);The sensitivity and specificity of SF combined with PSAD and Gleason score diagnosis in patients with prostate cancer bone metastasis was 95.64% and 91.30% respectively, the area under the curve (AUC) value is 0.930.Conclusions Detection and analysis of PSAD,SF,and Gleason scores in patients with prostate cancer will help to evaluate whether or not the patients have bone metastases.

Madelung's disease is more common in male patients who drink alcohol. It can affect many parts of the body, but rarely affects scrotum. A case of Madelung's disease involving the scrotum was reported. The scrotum tumor was removed by operation and good results were obtained. No recurrence was found in the follow-up of 14 months. Surgical resection could be an effective treatment for this disease.
