A novel molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for direct detection of insulin was prepared based on epitope imprinting.C-Terminal polypeptide in insulin as template molecule was firstly self-assembled on the Au electrode. Then the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was fabricated by electropolymerization with o-phenylenediamine (o-PD) as functional monomer on this Au electrode. After elution of template molecules by NaOH solution, the imprinting cavities were formed with the three-dimensional structure matched with the polypeptide in insulin molecules. The imprinting cavities could specifically recognize and rebind with insulin molecules. With K3[Fe(CN)6]/K4[Fe(CN)6] as a probe, the insulin was indirectly detected. There was a linear relationship between the response current and the insulin concentrations in the range of 1.0 × 10-14-5.0 × 10-13 mol/L, and the detection limit was 7.24×10-15 mol/L.The developed sensor exhibited good selectivity and stability, and could be applied to the determination of serum samples.

Through a series of chemical reactions, a kind of quaternary ammonium salt derivative of nanodiamond, ND-CO-NH-CH2-CH2-N ( CH3 ) 3+· I-( QAS-ND ) , was obtained , which was confirmed by FTIR, element analysis experiment and the electrochemistry measurements. Mixed myoglobin ( Mb) and QAS-ND solution was dropped on the surface of the glassy carbon ( GC ) electrode to prepare QAS-ND/Mb/GC modified electrode. In 0. 1 mol/L phosphate buffer solution (PBS) (pH 7. 0), Mb in the membrane exhibited direct electrochemical properties and showed good stability. The electrocatalytic property of the modified electrode toward H2 O2 was investigated, the results showed that the modified electrode could be used as the H2O2 biosensor to achieve fast, accurate detection of H2O2, with a detection limit of 3. 5 mmol/L (S/N=3).

Objective: To explore the position change of the setup reference markers on the sternum due to the change of hands grip position. Methods: Six hands grip positions were simulated for 8 patients and the set-up reference points marked on the sternum skin were compared while the hands grasped different positions of the hands. Results: The setup markers on the sternum were deviated by all five hands grip positions. The maximum deviated distance was 14mm. Conclusion: The change of the hands grip position can affect the position of setup reference markers on the sternum of the patients and thus the isocenter of plan may be aligned to the wrong area.

Objective To compare the results of CT/MRI registration by using two different marker materials. Methods CT and MR transversal images (using electric wire and thin tube filled with lohexol injection as matching points respectively) were obtained from nine cases with brain tumor. Another CT and MR transversal images were also obtained by using the cod-liver oil capsule filled with gadopentetate dimeglumine injection as matching points with the same scanning position. The images were transferred to the TPS for image registration and the effect was evaluated. Results The CT/MRI CRE range for using different kinds of marker material was 0.16-0.28cm,while was 0.06-0.16cm for using the same marker material. Conclusion Comparing with the method using different kinds of material, the method using the same spherical material can get better results in CT/MRI registration.

Journal of Medical Biomechanics 2021;36(1):E129-E135
Objective To study the characteristics of neural adaptation for resistance training of maximum voluntary contraction (MVC) of muscles at different joint angles. Methods Thirty healthy male college students were randomly divided into 3 groups, and each group was subjected to MVC isometric contraction resistance training at elbow joint angles of 45°, 90°, and 135°. Surface electromyography (sEMG) signals of the biceps brachii were measured before and after training, and the root mean square (RMS) and median frequency (MF) of the sEMG signals were also analyzed. ResultsThere were significant differences in normalized RMS of sEMG for the biceps brachii before and after training at 45°, 90°, and 135° elbow joints. Comparison of the RMS between different angles after training showed that 45° was significantly different from 90° and 135°. There were no significant differences between 90° and 135°. After training, no significant differences were found in normalized MF at all angles. Conclusions The RMS of sEMG shows angle-specific changes, while the MF of sEMG does not have angle-specific changes. When the biceps brachii is at the middle and large elbow joint angles, the neural adaptation effect produced by isometric resistance training is better.

Background: With the increase of troops entering the plateau for a variety of missions, the occurrence of de-adaptation increased significantly when the army returned to the plains, however, until now, there has been no effective treatment for de-adaptation to high altitude. Objective: To observe the interventional effects of compound Chinese herbal preparations (Sankang Capsule, Rhodiola Rosea Capsule and Shenqi Pollen Capsule) on de-adaptation to high altitude, and provide scientific evidence for appropriate treatment methods in the army health care for future missions. Design, setting, participants and interventions: A randomized, single-blind, placebo-controlled trial design was used. Soldiers of a returning army unit who exhibited de-adaptation response symptoms were selected for observation after participating in earthquake relief at high altitude. A total of 543 soldiers were divided into a Sankang Capsule group, a Rhodiola Rosea Capsule group, a Shenqi Pollen Capsule group and a placebo group for drug intervention and administered with corresponding drugs. The course of treatment was 15 days. A self-evaluation scale for de-adaptation to high altitude was used to measure the signs and symptoms exhibited by the soldiers. Main outcome measures: Effective rate of signs and symptoms of de-adaptation to high altitude was analyzed after a 15-day treatment and the differences of improvement rate of symptoms between groups were compared to evaluate the efficacy of the drugs. Results: All three drugs improved the symptoms of de-adaptation to high altitude. Compared with the placebo group, symptoms of de-adaptation to high altitude in the drug-treated groups were remitted (P<0.05). Compared with placebo, Sankang Capsule mainly had well-marked effects on dizziness, fatigue, palpitations, cough, sputum and sore throat (P<0.05); Rhodiola Rosea Capsule significantly reduced the symptoms of fatigue, drowsiness, chest tightness, palpitations, vertigo, lack of attention and memory loss (P<0.05); Shenqi Pollen Capsule significantly reduced the symptoms of dizziness, fatigue, weakness, chest tightness, palpitations, cough, sputum, sore throat, memory loss, unresponsiveness and limb numbness (P<0.05). The symptom improvement rate of Shenqi Pollen Capsule was significantly higher than those of the other two drugs. Conclusion: All the three drugs played an evident role in ameliorating symptoms of de-adaptation, and the use of Shenqi Pollen Capsule was more effective than Rhodiola Rosea Capsule and Sankang Capsule.

Objective To understand the coronary characteristic of acute coronary syndrome patients with ischemic J wave. Methods Comparison was made between 60 acute coronary syndrome patients with ischemic J wave and 60 acute coronary syndrome patients without ischemic J wave. All patients were examined by Holter monitoring electrocardiogram and coronary arteriongraphy. To distinguish the stenosis degree was defined in three degree based on Genisini score of 0, 1-80, and 81-160. Plaque types were divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ by Ambrose classification, the coronary and plaque characteristics of acute coronary patients were observed with ischemic J wave. Results There were no significant difference of stenosis degree between the two groups ( U = 3. 0686, P = 0. 0022), whereas there were significant difference of plaque types (x2 =16. 0890, P = 0. 0003) and coronary vessel numbers(x2 =12. 1045, P = 0. 0024). The degree of stenosis, the plaque types, and number of stent in coronary vessel were positively correlated with ischemic J wave(r =0. 44,0. 34,0. 31 ;P <0. 05). Conclusions The acute coronary syndrome with ischemic J wave patients is often not only accompanied with serious coronary stenosis and high incidence rate of multivessel disease, but also high probability of unstabilized plaque. Ischemic J wave can be a predictor of super-acute ischemic of myocardium.
