Objective To explore the feasibility of applying ATP bioluminescence technology to disinfection quality monitoring of the flexible endoscope.Methods Totally 30 flexible endoscopes used repeatedly from October 2014 to March 2015 were randomly selected,and had the disinfection quality monitored by ATP bioluminescence technology and bacterial culture method respectively.Parallel comparison was carried out to evaluate the feasibility of applying ATP bioluminescence technology to disinfection quality monitoring of the flexible endoscope.Results ATP bioluminescence technology showed that the qualification rate of the disinfection was 93.3％,and bacterial culture method found it was 96.7％.The two methods proved the outer surface of the endoscope had the disinfection acceptable while the biopsy hole and intracavity not.There was no significant correlation between the two methods while high consistency between the detection results by the two methods.Conclusion ATP bioluminescence technology can be used for preliminary screening in field,instant and daily monitoring of the medical flexible endoscope,which assists bacterial culture method in disinfection quality monitoring of the flexible endoscope.

Through a series of chemical reactions, a kind of quaternary ammonium salt derivative of nanodiamond, ND-CO-NH-CH2-CH2-N ( CH3 ) 3+· I-( QAS-ND ) , was obtained , which was confirmed by FTIR, element analysis experiment and the electrochemistry measurements. Mixed myoglobin ( Mb) and QAS-ND solution was dropped on the surface of the glassy carbon ( GC ) electrode to prepare QAS-ND/Mb/GC modified electrode. In 0. 1 mol/L phosphate buffer solution (PBS) (pH 7. 0), Mb in the membrane exhibited direct electrochemical properties and showed good stability. The electrocatalytic property of the modified electrode toward H2 O2 was investigated, the results showed that the modified electrode could be used as the H2O2 biosensor to achieve fast, accurate detection of H2O2, with a detection limit of 3. 5 mmol/L (S/N=3).

Objective Compare the efifcacy and safety of drug eluting stent (DES) for treatment of in stent restenosis (ISR) and coronary de novo lesions. Methods Patients treated with DES for ISR and de novo lesions in Beijing Anzhen Hospital between October 2008 and December 2011 were followed up for 1 year. All lesions were divided into ISR and de novo group. Major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) including all-cause death, myocardial infarction (MI) and clinical target lesion revascularization (TLR) were the primary endpoints. Results The study population consisted of 204 patients in the ISR group and 494 patients in the de novo group. Baseline clinical and angiographic parameters were comparable between the two groups. The rate of diabetic was higher in the ISR group than that in the de novo group (36.6%to 27.1%, P < 0.05). The diameter of coronary artery was smaller in the ISR group than that in the de novo group (2.72±0.36 to 3.08±0.54, P<0.01). The rate of TLR in the ISR group was higher than that in the de novo group (10.7%to 17.2%, P<0.05;14.2%to 21.1%, P<0.05),contributing to higher MACE in ISR group. Conclusions DES implantation is safe and effective for treatment of ISR lesions, but the rate of TLR is higher compared to treatment of de novo lesions.

Objective To investigate the effect of diabetes mellitus (DM) on adenosine postcondi-tioning-induced reduction of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I∕R) injury in rats. Methods Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats, weighing 230-260 g, were used in the study. Type 2 DM was induced by high-fat diet and intraperitoneal l％ streptozocin 35 mg∕kg and confirmed by fasting blood glucose concentration>16. 7 mmol∕L 72 h later. Eighteen rats with type 2 DM were divided into 3 groups (n= 6 each) using a ran-dom number table: sham operation group (DS group), I∕R group (DI∕R group) and adenosine postcondi-tioning group (DAP group). Eighteen healthy nondiabetic rats were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups (n= 6 each): sham operation group (NS group), I∕R group (NI∕R group) and adenosine postcon-ditioning group (NAP group). Myocardial I∕R was induced by 30 min occlusion of the left anterior descend-ing branch of coronary artery followed by 2 h of reperfusion. Venous blood samples were collected from the femoral vein at 2 h of reperfusion for measurement of plasma cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB) concentrations (by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay). The rats were then sacrificed im-mediately after blood sampling for determination of the myocardial ischemic area and infarct size. Results The plasma cTnI and CK-MB concentrations were significantly increased, and the percentage of myocardial infarct size was increased after myocardial I∕R in nondiabetic and diabetic rats. Adenosine postconditioning significantly decreased plasma cTnI and CK-MB concentrations and percentage of myocardial infarct size in nondiabetic and diabetic rats (P<0. 05). Compared with group NAP, the plasma concentrations of cTnI and CK-MB were significantly increased, and the percentage of myocardial infarct size was increased in group DAP (P<0. 05). Conclusion DM can weaken cardioprotection induced by adenosine postcondition-ing in rats.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of hypomethylating agents(HMAs)in the treatment of patients with intermediate-and high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS).Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 58 patients with intermediate-and high-risk MDS.The study group(25 patients)received azacitidine or decitabine for hypomethylating treatment,while the control group(33 patients)received routine symptomatic supportive treatment.The clinical efficacy,hemato-logic parameters,quality of life,and adverse events were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the complete remission rate,objective response rate,and disease control rate were higher in the study group than in the control group,while the disease progression rate was lower(P＜0.05).The 1-year survival rate was 92.00％in the study group,which was higher than 75.76％in the control group,but the difference showed no statistically significant(P＞0.05).After treatment,hemoglobin,white blood cell,and platelet levels were higher in both groups than before treatment,and were higher in the study group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse events was lower in the study group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores(physical function,cognitive function,emotional function,role function,and social function)were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion HMAs treatment is superior to routine symptomatic supportive treat-ment in patients with intermediate-and high-risk MDS,and not only improves the quality of life but al-so has good safety.
