Objective To examine the relationship among gratitude,coping styles,and pathological Internet use (PIU) in secondary vocational school students.Method 1 011 secondary vocational school students were tested with gratitude questionnaire,coping style questionnaire and pathological internet use questionnaire.Results The scores of gratitude,problem-solving,help-seeking,guilty,illusion,withdrawal,rationalization and PIU were respectively (5.23 ± 1.06),(0.65± 0.21),(0.50± 0.22),(0.40± 0.23),(0.47 ±0.22),(0.51 ±0.18),(0.42±0.18),(2.23±0.97).Gratitude was significantly and negatively associated with PIU(r=-0.18,P＜0.01).Moreover,the effect of gratitude on PIU was totally mediated by problem-solving,guilty,illusion,and rationalization (27.27％,33.43％,29.72％,9.58％).However,the mediating effects of help-seeking and withdrawal were not significant.Conclusion Coping styles mediate gratitude and PIU,and coping styles should be considered during pathological internet use of secondary vocational school students.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the property,skin irritation and in vitro transdermal absorption of Diclofenac sodium microemulsion(DS-ME),and to explore the feasibility of local external use of it. METHODS:The content of DS in DS-ME was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The distribution of particle size was determined by laser particle size analyzer. The ef-fects of DS-ME and blank micro-emulsion on normal skin of single administration,normal skin of multiple administration and dam-aged skin of single administration were investigated by rabbit skin irritation test. The transdermal parameters of DS-ME and commer-cially available DS gel through isolated skin of mice were compared by Franz diffusion cell. RESULTS:The prepared DS-ME was O/W microemulsion with particle size of(30.140±9.020)nm. Compared with blank ME,DS-ME had no significant difference in rabbit skin irritation score. Steady permeation rates of DS-ME and commercially available DS gel were 34.16 and 18.62 μg/(cm2·h), respectively;the permeation coefficient of them were 1.029 and 0.561 cm/h;the delay time were 0.124 2 and 0.367 2 h. CONCLU-SIONS:The particle size of DS-ME is small and not irritant to skin,and can improve transdermal absorption rate of DS.

Objective To investigate the projects and effects of the comprehensive and conservative treatment of patients with keen osteoarthritis and meniscus injury.Methods 120 patients with keen osteoarthritis and meniscus injury were randomly divided into the control group A(n =40),B(n =40)and comprehensive treatment group C(n =40).Patients in group A were treated with ozone and glass sodium injection;Patients in group B were treated with ozone,glass sodium and Triamcinolone Acetonide injection;Patients in group C were treated with ozone, glass sodium and Triamcinolone Acetonide injection,superlaser local irradiation,glucosamine tablet oral,Lornoxicam intravenous injection.The effects of the treatment according to keen joints function scores were compared after two weeks and six months.Patients in group C were randomly divided into group C1(n =20)and group C2(n =20)after one year,patients in group C1 with the same treatment as patients in group A and oral glucosamine tablet for one course of treatment,patients in group C2 without any further treatment.The follow up was completed for two years. Results The excellent and good rate in group C was better than that of group B and group C after two weeks (70.0%,22.5%,42.5%,χ2 =18.152,6.146,P <0.01 or P <0.05).After six month,the excellent and good rate in group C was better than that of group A and group B (87.5%,42.5%,60.0%,χ2 =17.802,7.813,all P <0.01).There was no significant difference between group C1 and group C2 after one years(t1 =2.014,P <0.01). There was significant difference between group C1 and group C2 after two years(t2 =16.152,P <0.01).Conclusion The effects of comprehensive conservative treatment are better than simple keen joint injection in patients with keen osteoarthritis and meniscus injury.The function of keen joint with maintenance care treatment is better than without maintenance care.Comprehensive conservative and maintenance care treatment is a good clinical treatment project.

Objective To investigate the correlation of changes in peripheral natural killer T(NKT) cells and fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods Peripheral blood samples were obtained from 60 NAFLD patients and 60 age and gender matched healthy controls.The frequency of peripheral NKT cells was detected by flow cytometry.The differences of clinical presentation and laboratory data in two groups were analyzed.The risk factors of NAFLD were screened by Logistic regression analysis. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has become one of the major metabolic diseases.In view of the defects of traditional animal models, this study was the first to establish the NAFLD model of Mongolian gerbil (Meriones unguiculatus) with simple feed formula which is similar to human (from simple fatty liver to steatohepatitis, fibrosis,Liver cirrhosis).This study discussed the mechanism of rapid fatty liver deposition in Mongolian gerbil, revealed its molecular mechanism,main regulatory target and network function of fatty liver susceptibility.We provide a new animal model of NAFLD with relatively clear background and less time-consuming for clinical treatment and new drug development.The theoretical and practical basis for the breeding of inbred strain NAFLD gerbil was established.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of computed tomography?guided visceral nerve plexus ethanol neurolysis through post?curs of diaphragm approach in the treatment of patients with pancreatic cancer pain using,and study the safety and life quality improvement of patients . Methods A total of 58 patients suffered from pancreatic cancer pain,who were treated in the department of pain medicine of the First Hospital of China Medical University from October 2013 to December 2014,were recruited for the study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the willing of the patients and their families,group A(32 cases)was treated with Visceral Nerve Plexus ethanol Neurolysis,while group B(26 cas?es)was treated with oral opioid drugs. The analgesic effect,changes in the amount of opioid drugs,changes in the PSQI scores and the improvement of quality of life were evaluated before treatment and 1 day(T1),15 days(T15),30 days(T30),60 days(T60)after treatment. Record the adverse reactions in the course of treatment. Results All the patients of group A successfully received visceral nerve plexus ethanol neurolysis,the VAS scores,Karnofsky scores,and PSQI scores of all the observed time points(after the operation)were statistically different compared to those before treatment and group B. Statistically difference was also observed in quality of life between two groups(P<0.05). The amount of opioid drugs of group B was statistically increased than that of group A(P<0.01).The most common side effects in Group A were postural hypotension(6 cases),diar?rhea(2 cases),and intercostal neuralgia,while nausea(20 cases),constipation(11 cases)and dizziness(8 cases)were seen in the Group B. Con?clusion Visceral nerve plexus ethanol neurolysis through post?curs of diaphragm approach by the guide of CT is effective and safe for the patients with pancreatic cancer pain,and the complications were totally acceptable.

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of flupirtine maleate on postherpetic trigeminal neuralgia and the subsequent effects on patient quality of life.Methods Forty patients with postherpetic trigeminal neuralgia were selected at our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016,and they were randomized and divided into a control group and an observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with gabapentin and oxycodone-acetaminophen,and the patients in the observation group were treated with flupirtine maleate on the basis of the control group.Visual analogue scale (VAS) scores,quality of life scores (SF-36 scale),and clinical effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was a significant decrease (P ＜ 0.05) in the VAS scores of the two groups after treatment when compared to those before treatment.The VAS score of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the patients in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The scores for each dimension in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion When combined with the basic conventional treatment,flupirtine maleate can effectively improve the treatment effects in postherpetic trigeminal neuralgia and effectively relieve pain,thereby improving the quality of life.
