2.Common causes of headache and the treatment
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(06):-
Headache is a common clinical symptom. Some headache disorders belong to secondary category. Many intracranial disorders, such as head trauma, cerebral vascular diseases, intracranial tumors and inflammation, can lead to headache due to mass effect, inflammation reaction, stimulation of vasoactive substances and decreased intracranial pressure.Furthermore, many drugs and other substances, disorders of eyes, nose, ear, mouth, neck and other systemic disorders can also cause headache. Many headache disorders can be determined by detailed case history and physical examination.Blood test, lumber puncture,CT,MRI and other imaging examinations are necessary methods for finding the causes and the treatment of diseases.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2011;20(12):1070-1072
Objective To analyze the sandtray topics of the children with behavior problems according to the grounded theory method. Methods Collected and described children' s sandtray topics of different types of behavior problems, age and gender. And analyzed them base on a 3 levels coding list compiling according to the ground theory method. Results The frequency of “negative theme” (3.33 ± 1.25 ) was higher than “positive theme” (0.81 ± 1.25 ) with significant difference (P<0.01) in feature level 1.Age factor had significant effect upon the frequency of “positive theme” in feature level 1 (P < 0.05 ).And also had impact on “harmony”,“ development” in features level 2 (F =3.039,P < 0.05 ).Gender factor, interaction of gender and age had significant effects on frequency of “negative theme” in feature level 1 (F =5.395,P < 0.05 ; F =4.222,P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The characteristics of the children' s sandtay with behavioral problems mainly are “negative theme”.And it shows different features in children with different gender or age.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Objective:To investigate the problems and improve the quality of clinical education.Method:A questionnaire was made among 200 medical students at Ji'ning medical college. Results:About eighty-eight percent of the students were satisfied with their clinical education, but there were still some problems:absence of clear objectives in clinical practice;shortage of enthusiasm of the students;lack of responsibility of some teachers and too many factors affecting clinical practice. Conclusion:The key points to improve clinical education quality are to set up clear education objectives, develop appropriate clinical practice methods, improve teaching staff quality and reform the teaching content.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2003;9(7):414-415
ObjectiveTo observe the neuroprotective effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)on cerebral diffuse axonal injuries (DAI)of rats.Methods40 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, DAI injury group, bFGF group and DAI saline group. According to the survival time of rats, DAI injury group were divided into five groups, the 6h, 12h, 24h, 72h and 7th day group, The changes of bFGF expression in cerebral cortex were detected by immunohistochemical method from 6h to 7d after DAI. Two hours before DAI, bFGF 10μl was injected into right ventricle in bFGF group. ResultsThe bFGF expression appeared at 6h after DAI, increased at 12h, reached the highest level at 72h, and kept in a high level at 7d.There were obvious differences between 72h group and other groups in DAI injury group (P<0.01),cerebral cortex neurons were obviously decreased by HE staining. In each time group, injured neurons were decreased in bFGF group combined with DAI injury group(P<0.05). ConclusionsbFGF has obvious neuroprotective effect on cerebral diffuse axonal injuries of rats.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2015;(6):406-412
Objective:The human parental brain is a discrete set of interacting brain circuits that related with child-care feelings and behaviors. The research on it can help us to understand the essence of human parent-child re-lationship formation. In order to provide materials for the research of human parental brain and related fields, the study is ready to establish a set of standardized Chinese Infant Affective Face Picture System. Methods:By using convenience sampling,a total of 360 infant facial expression pictures of 211 Chinese infants aged from 3 to 6 months were collected. After standard processing on the photos,196 unmarried and nulliparous college students re-cruited from two universities in Chongqing and Guiyang were asked to assess them. One hundred subjects assessed the emotion categories and intensity of the pictures, and other 96 subjects assessed the emotion valence, arousal and dominance of the selected pictures. Results:The Chinese Infant Affective Face Picture System, containing 117 hap-py,92 neutral,108 sad expression pictures, was established. At the same time, the corresponding average identifica-tion rate were 89%,77%,92%,the intensity were 5.83,5.15,and 6.19,the valence were 5.92,4.55 and 2.70,the arousal were 5.11,4.18,3.77,and the dominance were 5.02,4.93,and 4.91.The system could effectively stimu-late participants'emotional reactions. There were statistically significant differences in scores of the established va-lence,arousal and dominance index between the 3 kinds of expression pictures (Ps <0.01).Conclusion:The Chi-nese Infant Affective Face Picture System has higher reliability and validity. The system could be used as emotional stimulus materials for the study of parental brain or emotion researches.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(08):-
Objective To simulate the dynamic procedure of bullet damage to the three-dimensional(3D) finite element(FE) model of mandible from different angle with computer-aided engineering. Methods A mandible was scanned by thin-layer CT,and then CT images were analyzed and managed with Dicom standard and Mimics software. At the same time,a simulation of the 3D FE model penetrated by a 7.62-mm bullet was carried out through LS-DYNA software from different angle. Results A 3D FE model of human mandible was established with highly-identical geometric size, and the dynamic process of bullet damage to the model was successfully simulated. The results of this work indicated that the exit wounds in model tended to be larger than the entrances resulting from the same shot. Conclusion Thin-layer CT and Dicom standard can improve the efficiency of establishment of a more precise 3D FE model of mandible. The procedure of bullet damage to the mandible can be simulated by the finite element.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the present status and developments of Chinese military neurosurgery, make an objective analysis about the achievements and deficiencies, and propose a developing trend for the field of Chinese military neurosurgery. Methods The scientific literatures of neurosurgery published domestically and abroad in recent 5 years were partially reviewed. The advances and achievements in basic researches and clinical works of neurosurgery acquired during the period of the 11th Five Year Plan were analyzed. Results During the period of the 11th Five Year Plan, Chinese military neurosurgery was still in the lead position in traditional areas such as traumatic brain injury. In the meantime, great achievements were obtained in the researches of brain and spinal cord tumors, endovascular treatment and functional neurosurgery, and 47 items of Army Science and Technology Advancement Prizes or Military Medical Achievement Awards were acquired. A great progress was made in personnel training. However, unbalanced development in neurosurgery field still existed within military departments, between military and civil departments and between different regions, so an enhanced technical interchange and cooperation is needed. Conclusions On the coming period, the research work of military neurosurgery should focuse on basic and clinical research of gene therapy to keep in step with neurosurgical trends in the world. On the other hand, attention should be paid to technological innovation with military features such as professional and general treatment of traumatic brain injury and researches on the development of protective equipments.
