1.Attention to the application of vein anaesthesia in interventional radiology
Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(02):-
Interventional radiology is mostly carried out under local anesthesia with micro invasive characteristics. However, the questions of patient's pain, nerve intense, change of blood pressure and heart rate always influence the performance of operation.General anaesthesia in interventional radiology is a comparatively simple venous anaesthesia modality with a controlled dose of anesthetics injecting via periphery vein through persistent minimally injecting pump to keep the patient in dormancy under electrocardiagraphic monitoring. It doesn't require a tube insertion of trachea. The anaesthesia depth and time are under control. The half-life of the anaesthesia drugs is short with less side-effect.It is necessary to introduce the advanced anaesthesia into commom interventional radiological therapy with attentions of promoting the development through new modalities.

3.EFFECTS OF HYPERTONIC SALINE IN THE TREATMENT OF CHILDREN WITH CRITICAL HAND, FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE
Modern Hospital 2014;(8):61-62
Objective To investigate the effects of hypertonic saline in the treatment of children with critical hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD).Methods The 250 pediatric patients with HFMD hospitalized from January 2011 to Januar-y 2013 in our hospital were randomized into the control group treated routinely and the experimental group treated with hyper-tonic saline on the basis of general conventional treatment .The therapeutic effect and sodium ion concentration in the children of two groups were observed and compared. Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group (p<0.05).Sodium ion concentration and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups before treat-ment showed no significant differences (p>0.05), while the sodium ion concentration of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group on the 4th and 6th treatment day (p<0.05).Conclusion Hypertonic saline treatment can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect, increase the sodium ion concentration and improve the prognosis in children with critical HFMD.Therefore, hypertonic saline treatment for patients with clinical HFMD has a very important clinical sig-nificance and it is worth popularization and application.
5.Astrocyte elevated gene 1 in malignant tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(5):341-344
Recent studies suggest that astrocyte elevated gene 1 ( AEG-1 ) is almost highly expressed in all types of malignant solid tumors and correlates with poor prognosis, which becomes a prognostic marker for many kinds of tumors. As a strongly basic protein,AEG-1 possesses a transmembrane domain and multiplenuclear localization signals. It is present in the cell membrane, cytoplasm and nucleus. As an oncogene,AEG-1 palys an important role in a virety of malignant biological behaviors of cancer, which range from cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, adhesion, invasion to tumor angiogenesis and chemotherapy resistance. Its critical role in tumor genesis and progression has made it a potential therapeutic target.
6.Pharmacokinetics and Relative Bioavailability of Acyclovir Tablets in Men
Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2001;(3):210-212
AIM to compare the bioavailability and pharmacokinetics of two acyclovir tablets. METHODS Concentrations of acyclovir in 10 men serum after po 600 mg of two acyclovir tablets were determined , in random 2-way crossover design. Pharmacokinetic parameters were also estimated. RESULTS The peak concentrations of test and reference tablets were 1.24±0.49 and 1.17±0.20 μg/ml, the AUC 7.56±1.80 and 7.56±2.10μg*h/ml, respectively. The relative bioavailability was 101.36%±11.62%. The test formulation was found bioequivalent to the reference in AUC and Cmax by two one-side t test. CONCLUSION Two tablets were bioequivalent.
7.Investigation of attentional bias to emotional-related words in first-episode depressive patients
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2014;23(1):40-42
Objective To explore the attentional bias in first-episode depressive patients and the correlations between the attentional bias. Methods In the beginning of the treatment,a total of 34 first-episode depressive patients in treatment-naive and demography matched 40 healthy controls completed the Chinese Emotional Stroop Task that assessed the attentional bias. Results The comparison between depressive patients and healthy controls on the reaction time of negative, neutral and positive-related words were significant ((1185.71±410.60)ms/(754.68±215.36) ms,t=5.775,P<0.01 ; (1127.92±344.89) ms/(755.37±213.49) ms,t=5.675,P<0.01 ;(1166.17±395.72) ms/(761.70± 194.66) ms,t=5.708,P<0.01 respectively).Through analysis of variance, the difference of error numbers among the neutral, negative and positive-related words ((3.41 ± 2.11) times,(2.24±1.65) times,(2.97± 1.17) times) in the depressive patients were significant (F=4.197,P=0.018).The difference of error numbers between negative-related words and neutral-related words were significant through analysis of least significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The results suggest that depressive patients before treatment have attentional bias in negative-related word.Attentional bias in negative-related stimuli may be one of the characteristics of cognitive function in first-episode depressive patients.

10.From Moral Experience to Care giving: the Theoretical and Practical Paths of Medical Humanities
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(6):676-681
Most of the current medical humanities education focuses on the moral aspects without good theoreti-cal basis and specific practices on the medical institution and daily life. The article dates back to the origins of So-cial Science based on the concept caregiving put forward by the medical anthropologist Arthur Kleinman, and states that the ultimate purpose of Social Science is to make response to the social suffering and provide caregiving for it.Caregiving as moral experience is response to social suffering and attracts much importance, because it pro-vides both the theoretical basis and practical means for the current medical humanities education. Its characteristics of caregiving as moral experience to social suffering and caregiving as reciprocity meet the demands of current notion of Big health in China.
