Competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) is a class of RNA which includes mRNA,pseudogenes, long non-coding RNA (lncRNA),circular RNA (circRNA).ceRNA weakens its inhibitory effect on mRNA translation through competitive binding with shared microRNA (miRNA).Many studies have confirmed that the disorder of ceRNA is closely related to the occur-ence of breast cancer, gastric cancer, lymphoma and other tumors. With the improvement of researches,ceRNA may be used as a tumor marker of clinical diagnosis and therapeutic target.

Objective To construct recombinant human Bcl-2 adenoviral vector. Methods Sense human Bcl-2 cDNA fragment from plasimid pcDNA3 1/bcl-2 was cloned into adenovirus shuttle vector pAdCMV. pAdCMV/bcl-2 and plasmid pJM17 were cotransfected into 293 cells with lipofectamine 2000. Replication defective adenovirus was reproduced and purified. Adenoviral virus DNA was detected with polymerase chain reaction(PCR), and plaque assay was performed to determine the titer of virus. Results Recombinant adenovirus containing bcl-2 target gene was obtained. The titer of virus was 2 0?10 10 pfu/ml. Conclusion High titer of adenovirus containing target gene was successfully obtained by recombinant adenovirus vector.

10. Steroidal saponins from Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(9):1078-1081
Objective: To study the steroidal saponins from Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus. Methods The silica gel and ODS column chromatographies were used for the isolation and purification of compounds from Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus. Their structures were identified through comparing with references and spectral analyses. Results: Three steroidal saponins were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract from Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus and identified as 5β-spirostane-25(27)-en-3β, 12β-diol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1→2)-β-D-galactopyranoside (1), (25R)-5β-spirostane-3β, 12β-diol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1→2)-β-D-galactopyranoside (2), and 5β-spirostane-25(27)-en-2β, 3β-diol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1→2)-β-D-galactopyranoside (3). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound named macrostemonoside S. Compound 2 is isolated from Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus for the first time.
