1.Study on learning strategies of the vocational nursing students
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(10):1-3
Objective To draw up the learning strategy scale for vocational nursing students and discuss its characteristics. Methods Structure model of learning strategies was constructed by summarizing and analyzing current learning connotation and structure research, through the view of application combining with theory. Results The results showed that the learning strategy of the vocational nursing students included five factors: cognitive strategy, meta-cognitive strategy, emotions regulation strategy, resource management strategy and practical operation strategy. Conclusions The strategy scale is very reliable and valid and can be used to measure these learning strategies. Results also indicates that excellent students show much more profitable strategies than students of lower levels, no difference is found in different grades.
2.Continuous blood purification and acute kidney injury in newborns
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;(4):434-437
Acute kidney injury ( AKI) in newborns is one of neonatal critical disease, the incidence of AKI is 23%and the mortality is 25%~50%in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).AKI in newborns is ab-normal renal function due to many various unfavorable factors, such as neonatal asphyxia, low blood volume, shock, hypoxia, hemolysis, low temperature, the clinical manifestations are oliguria or anuria, electrolyte disturb-ance,acid-base imbalance, high concentrations of metabolites in plasma and renal excretion ( urea, creatinine etc.) .At present, there are no effective prevention measures. In recent years, with the progress of blood purifica-tion technology, continuous blood purification ( CBP) has been used from AKI in children to AKI in newborns. Because of the neonatal hemodynamic instability and blood characteristics of small capacity, the application of CBP in the neonatal AKI still faces many problems. The paper summarizes high risk factors and diagnostic crite-ria of AKI in newborns, related problems of neonatal CBP treatment.
3.Application of Theory and Method of ICF to Rehabilitation of Children with Hearing and Speech Impairments
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2007;13(5):490-492
This research explored the rehabilitation of hearing and speech for children with hearing and speech impairments using the theory and method of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health. An evaluation system of rehabilitation for children with hearing and speech impairment, which consisted of the functions and structures of cognition and speech, verbal behaviors, activity and participation, and environments, had been developed.

Objective To understand the current status of learning motivation of high vocational nursing students, In order to increase their learning effect and teach quality. Methods 334 high vocational nursing students were investigated with college students learning motivation questionnaire, the results underwent analysis. Results High vocational nursing students had low learning motivation, their learning motivation was diversified. Significant difference existed between top students and low students. Conclusions High vocational nursing students had weak learning motivation, and is not related with grades and source places. It had individual orientation and utility color, but low social property. Learning motivation is an important factors for academic achievement.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2009;18(5):309-312
Recent studies indicated that epigenetic abnormality is the important molecular mechanism in leukemia. The change of epigenetic modification occurs in most kinds of leukaemia. Based on the epigenetic modification, the therapies of leukemia with hypomethylating agents and histone deaeetylases inhibitors, which are different from traditional chemotherapy are applied in the treatment of leukemia at beginning. The aim of this article is to summarize the recent advances of DNA methylation and histone modification in leukaemia occurrence, treatment and prognosis.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(03):-
AIM: To observe the efficacy of ketosteril in treatm en t of chronic renal failure with high level of plasma Cys-C. METHODS: 60 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into treatmen t group and control group. The control group was adopted a low protein and low p hosphorum diet and correcting symptoms; the treatment group, based on the therap y of the control group, was given ketosteril; 30 healthy subjects were used as t he normal control to observe changes of Cys-C, Scr, TC, HB, and HDL before and after the treatment. RESULTS: The levels of Cys-C and Scr decre ased after the administration of ketosteril (P

Objective To study and analyze the functional electrical stimulation therapy compliance of patients with paralysis of limb movement disorder and its influence factors. Methods A total of 168 patients with paralysis of limb movement disorder from December 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the research object, and the treatment compliance of all the patients were evaluated, then the treatment compliance of patients with different gender, ages, education degree, social support degree, disease course, treatment cognition, psychology state, pecuniary condition, living conditions and medical insurance situation were compared too, then the relationship between those study factors and treatment compliance of these patients were analyzed by the Logistic regression analysis. Results One hundred and four cases of 168 patients with paralysis of limb movement disorder with higher treatment compliance of functional electrical stimulation therapy, the rate was 61.90%,the treatment compliance of patients with different gender, ages, education degree, social support degree, disease course, treatment cognition, psychology state, pecuniary condition, living conditions and medical insurance situation all had obvious differences, and those study factors all had close relationship to the treatment compliance of these patients by the Logistic regression analysis, all P<0.05. Conclusions The functional electrical stimulation therapy compliance of patients with paralysis of limb movement disorder still need to be improved, and its influence factors are more, so they should be paid to targeted intervention according to these influence factors.
