AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of simvastatin on exercise-induced myocardial ischemia in patients with stable exertional angina pectoris and hypercholesterolemia. METHODS: Ninety patients with stable exertional angina pectoris, positive rate of exercise test and hypercholesterolemia were randomly divided into two groups: the therapy group assigned to a 12-week treatment period either diet plus simvastatin (n=45); the control group with diet alone (n=45). All the patients underwent exercise testing before and after the treatment period. RESULTS: (1) Simvastatin-treated patients had a significant variation in total cholesterol, triglyccrides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol after treatment (P

Objective To analyze the test results of hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HBsAg) ,alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and anti-hepatitis C virus (HCV) ,anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) ,anti-treponema pallidum (TP) antibodies among voluntary blood donors ,and to provide basis for recruiting low-risk voluntary blood donors and reducing blood abandonment . Methods 551 133 blood samples derived from voluntary blood donors which had accepted enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) screening in Chongqing Blood Center from 2008 to 2012 were collected and were subject to HBsAg ,ALT and anti-HIV , anti-HCV ,anti-TP antibodies detection .Laboratory information management system ITSWELL was employed to read ,save and gather the test results ,and whether the samples were qualified was determined .Results Total of 37 534(6 .81% ) substandard blood samples were detected .Among them ,the substandard rates of HBsAg ,ALT and anti-HCV ,anti-HIV ,anti-TP antibodies were 1 .10% ,3 .79% ,0 .51% ,0 .33% and 1 .08% ,respectively .Conclusion Strengthening the screen of blood detection reagents and building the team of voluntary blood donors will contribute to the safety of clinical blood transfusion .
3.Significance of Cardiac Function Detection in Infants with Severe Pneumonia in High Altitude Area
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(06):-
Objective To explore cardiac function of ventricular contraction and drastole in 30 infants with severe pneumonia in high altitude area. Methods Thirty patients with severe pneumonia were collected as patient group, and 32 healthy as control group.Cardiac function of left and right ventricle were detected by echocardiography, and the results were compared between two groups. Results Pre-ejectin period/acceleration time(RPEP/AT) of the right ventricle, right isovolumic relaxation time(RIRT) and left isovolumic relaxation time(LIRT)were significantly longer in patient group than those in control group(Pa

Objective To investigate the prevalence of human papilloma virus (HPV) infection of women in Yangzhou region , and to analyse characteristics of genetypes and ages distribution .Methods A total of 4 422 cervical exfoliated cell specimens were collected from women in different age groups ,from January 2014 to February 2015 ,recruited by gynaecologic department of this hospital .And 21 kinds of HPV genetypes were detected by using the dot blot hybridization reverse‐gene chip technique .Results The positive rate of HPV was 38 .60% .The rate of high risk HPV infection was 18 .23% ,while the positive rate of multiple HPV subtypes infection was 13 .61% .The genetypes mainly were HPV‐16 ,52 ,58 ,53 ,11 .The positive rate of HPV in women under 30 years old was slightly higher than that in women 30- <40 years old ,and the positive rate was elevated with the increase of age . Conclusion The dominant genetypes are HPV‐16 ,52 ,58 in women with HPV infection in Yangzhou region ,and the positive rate of multiple HPV subtypes infection is relatively high .Additionally ,the positive rate is elevated with the increase of women′s age .It is necessary to carry out HPV nucleic acid detection and genotyping detection for women in different age groups and the susceptible population .

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of falls self-efficacy among the stroke elderly patients. Methods Totally 170 elderly stroke patients were investigated using the Modified Falls Efficacy Scale (MFES),and they were tested with Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and Time Up and Go Test (TUGT).Results The average score of falls self-efficacy was 108.There were 50.6% elderly stroke patients assigned to the group with low falls self-efficacy.Multiple Logistic regression analysis indicated that impairments of balance and mobility, severe stroke-related disability were the independent influencing factors associated with FOF,which could explain 52.0% of variations. Conclusions Low falls self-efficacy among the stroke elderly patients is a common complaint, nurses and physicians should focus on this problem, interventions combining exercise and education of accidental falls should be taken to improve falls self-efficacy of elderly stroke patients, and prevent falls finally.

In view of the current conditions and reasons about the reform of medical and health system in China, the paper expounds the feasibility of authorized operation with state-owned assets of public hospital and the concrete operational pattern from the angle of hospital operational mechanism, which proposes a new idea about how to effectively solve the contradiction between the limited investment on state-owned health resources and the growing demands on medical health.

Objective To investigate the stimulating effects of activin A(ACT-A) and follistatin(FS) on the secretion of type I collagen(Col I) and the expression of Col I mRNA of cultured rat renal interstitial fibroblasts in vitro. Methods Rat renal interstitial fibroblasts isolated from normal SD rat renal medulla were cultured in vitro. The cells were divided into three groups:different concentrations of ACT-A(group A),different concentrations of FS(group F),and different concentrations of FS plus 30ng/ml ACT-A(group A+F).The expression of Col I mRNA in cultured rat renal interstitial fibroblasts was detected by RT-PCR,and the expression of Col I protein in cultured rat renal interstitial fibroblasts was examined by immunocytochemistry. Results Renal interstitial fibroblasts were successfully cultured in vitro. In present study, the expression of Col I mRNA increased significantly in cultured rat renal interstitial fibroblasts after stimulated by ACT-A in dose-dependent manner(P0.05).FS could inhibit the effects of ACT-A(30ng/ml) on Col I mRNA and Col I protein of the cultured renal interstitial fibroblasts in dose-dependent manner in A+F group(P
10.Effect of Earlier Nasal Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Applying on Pulmonary Function in Neonates with Pulmonary Dyspnea
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To explore the influence of earlier nasal continuous positive airway pressure(NCPAP) applying on pulmonary function, and evaluate the clinical results of the early application of NCPAP.Methods Ninety newborn infants with pulmonary dynspnea treated with face mask from Jan.2000 to Nov.2002 were selected as control group. One hundred and ten patients treated with NCPAP from Dec.2002 to Dec.2006 were selected as treatment group.Treatment group applied KD-300 CPAP oxygen therapy equipment NCPAP delivering oxygen.Setting up and adjusting parameter: the beginning flow volume 6-8 L/min,the oxygen therapy bulk(FiO2)30%-50%,the NCPAP pressure was 0.195-0.488 kPa,parameter was adjusted according to the sickness and detecting the transcutancous oxygen saturation(TcSO2).If nasal cannulae Oxygen therapy couldn′t keep the TcSO2 in 85%-93%,the patients in control group were used face mask, small face mask, the oxygen flow vo-lume was 6 L/min,three holes, average FiO2 was 59%.The artery blood oxygen partial pressure [pa(O2)],artery blood carbon dioxide partial pressure [pa(CO2)],oxygenation index(OI),respiration rate(RR) of 2 groups after therapy 4,24 and 72 h were observed, also the difference of recovery rate between the 2 groups were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,pa(O2) and OI after the application of NCPAP in treatment group were obviously improved(Pa
