1.Study on the treatment of chloasma with traditional Chinese medicine regulating menstruation
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(5):475-477
Chloasma is a kind of skin disease with pigmentation on the face, which can be frequently seen in child-bearing age women. The disease is caused by Zangfu dysfunction, Qi and blood deficiency. For women, the generation of chloasma is closely related to their menstruation. Regulating the menstrual function with traditional Chinese medicine and balancing the body's internal environment can be very useful for achieving the balance between Yin and Yang within Zangfu, and regulating Qi and blood, which will not only desalt pigment, but also can improve the symptom related to menstruation with low recurrence rate after drug withdrawal. This method can be used alone or with other methods in clinic, has achieved significant effect.
2.Effect of midazolam as premedication on stress response in patients undergoing cervical plexus block
The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2010;26(3):200-202
Objective To investigate the effect of midazolam as premedication on stress response in patients undergoing cervical plexus block. Methods Sixty female patients undergoing selective thyroid surgery were equally randomized into groups of A and B.The patients in group A were intramuscularly injected midazolam 0.08 mg/kg before cervical plexus block and those in group B were not as the controls.Cervical plexus block was performed with 20 ml mixeture of 1% lidocaine and 0.25% ropivacaine 20 min later.BP and HR were recorded,rate-systolic pressure product (RPP) was calculated, and serum glucose(Glu),cortisol (Cor) and angiotensin Ⅱ (AT-Ⅱ) were detected before enter(T_0),before cervical plexus block(T_1),at 5 min(T_2),15 min(T_3) and 25 min(T_4) after cervical plexus block injection. Results In group B BP,HR,RPP,Glu,Cor and AT-Ⅱ all higher at T_1-T_4 than those at T_0 BP,HR,RPP,Glu,Cor and AT-Ⅱ were all lower in group A than those in group B at T_1-T_4 (P<0.05).Conclusion Intramuscularly premedication with midazolam is effective in reducing stress response in patients undergoing cervical plexus block.
3.WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND RIGHT PROTECTION OF DOCTORS
Modern Hospital 2015;(7):105-106
In China, medical system reforms have made an obvious achievement in recent years .However, lots of urgent problems still exist.Doctors are not satisfied with their working environment. The high-pressure job with low remuneration reduces doctors'enthusiasm for work.Meanwhile, both the threat to personal safety and disrespect from patients bring negative effects to doctor's physical and mental health .The main factors causing this situation include the leaky health care system , the incomplete health -care legislation, the misleading reports and the poor medical knowledge of patients .Therefore, some countermeasures should be taken to solve problems mentioned above and the construction of medical ethics should be strengthened at the same time .

10.Interfering Remedial Effect of Adenosine on Rats with Acute Renal Failure
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the effect of adenosine on rats with acute renal failure(ARF) resulting from ischemia-reperfusion(IR).Methods The model of renal IR injury rats was induced by nipping bilateral renal pedicels of rats with non-traumatic forceps for 40 minutes. The first adenosine group was given adenosine 10 mg/kg intraabdominally at 2 hours before IR.The second adenosine group was given the same adenosine at 40 minutes after IR.Serum creatinine(Scr) levels, the proportion of apoptosis of renal tubular cells(RTCs) and the pathological changes of renal tissue were observed separately in every group at 2,6,12 hours after IR.Results 1.At 12 hours after IR,in IR group Scr levels and apoptosis of RTCs count were(198.56?13.35) ?mol/L and 26.50?2.07,which were increased significantly compared with sham group. In the first and second adenosine groups, they were(113.85?(12.90) ?mol/L),14.67?3.44 and(218.79?37.65) ?mol/L,20.83?5.27,respectively,and all of them were higher than those in sham group(all P0.05).Conclusions Adenosine which is given to rats with IR before IR may be an effective pharmacological agent for prevention and treatment of renal IR injury. The mechanism may be relevant to saving energy and reducing cellular apoptosis.
