And we explain the Pro. Shao's empirical prescription cal ed Ping-Ke-Hua-Tan decoction. [Results] In his view, COPD attack and aggravation are related with phlegmatic hygrosis. The fundamental reason is the insufficiency of the spleen and the external reason is phlegmatic hygrosis. Its mechanism is mostly the blending of excessiveness and deficiency. [Conclusion] Theinvigorating spleen and draining dampnessmethod is effective in treating COPD. Pro. Shao Changrong's diagnosing and treating of COPD is worthy widely clinical reference and promotion.
2.Risk factors analysis of diabetic ketoacidosis combined with elevated serum amylase
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2017;25(9):812-816
Objective To investigate the clinical risk factors of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA ) combined with elevated serum amylase(AMS). Methods Totally 263 patients with DKA were enrolled in our study. They were divided into 2 groups according to the level of AMS:DKA with normal AMS (DKA,n=188);DKA with elevated AMS(HAMS,n = 75 ). HAMS patients then were divided into two subgroups according to the diagnosis with acute pancreatitis(AP)(HAMS+ AP,n = 25 )and without AP (HAMS,n = 50 ). TG,FPG and AMS were measured and analyzed with univariate analysis and multivariate analysis. Results HAMS group patients had a ratio of 28.5% with elevated AMS and 9.5% with AP.HAMS group had higher FPG,TG,HbA1 c,Na+ ,osmolality,BUN and Scr than DKA group(P <0.05).The levels of FPG,TG,osmolality,BUN and the time of CO2 CP recovery in HAMS+AP subgroup were all significantly higher than those in HAMS patients without AP (P < 0.05 ). Correlation analysis showed that HAMS was positively correlated with TG,FPG,Na+ ,Osmolality and BUN(P <0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that hypertriglyceridemia was the independent risk factor of DKA combined with HAMS(OR 1.244,P <0.01),and was the independent risk factor of DKA combined with AP(OR 1.211,P <0.05). Conclusion Hypertriglyceridemia is the related risk factor of DKA combined with HAMS and AP. This study provides a theoretical basis to early screen patients with hyperamylasemia in DKA.

6.Value of proteomics technology in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(3):190-193
Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant tumor of digestive tract which early diagnose is very difficult and has low rate of surgical resection of advanced pancreatic cancer. However, the rate of postoperative recurrence and metastas is high. Its prognosis is poor. To improve the prognosis of pancreatic cancer , it is necessary to improve its early diagnosis and effective prediction of postoperative recurrence and metastasis. In recent years, with the development of proteomics, the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and its early diagnosis of recurrence and metastasis was possible. Wsing proteomics technology for protein differences screening, isolation and identification is conductive to early detection of pancreatic proteome changes and establishment of the markers for early diagnosis, and recurrence and metastasis of pancreatic cancer.
7.Clinical significance of sICAM-1 and IL-1β in pregnant women with chorioamnionitis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(10):1731-1733
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) in pregnant women with chorioamnionitis. Methods The levels of sICAM-1, IL-1β,CRP and WBC were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in maternal serum of 56 pregnant women with PPROM and 38 pregnant women with PROM. Every embryolemma was histopathologically confirmed after deliver-y. Results Chorioamnionitis in PPROM was more than that in PROM of full term(P<0.05). The serum levels of sI-CAM-1, IL-1β, CRP and WBC in chorioamnionitis in pregnant women were higher than those in non-chorioamnionitis (P <0.05). The serum levels of sICAM-1 was more sensitive and specific than those of CRP and WBC. The serum levels of IL-1β was more sensitive than those of CRP and WBC, but their specificity was similar. Conclusion The levels of sICAM-1 and IL-1β in maternal serum are good clinical biological markers for predicting chorioamnionitis in pregnant women.
8.Transcription factor GATA-3 on rats Th2 type cytokine expression regulation after infected by respiratory syncytial virush
Journal of Chinese Physician 2010;12(7):910-914
Objective To study the expression regulation of GATA-3 on Th2 cytokines secretions in rats lung infected by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).Methods 20 SD rates were random divided into two groups: Control group (10 rats) and RSV-infected group(10 rats, the model was established by RSV intravasation). The airway responses were observed after seven week.Lung tissue of SD rats were stained with HE, pathologic examinations of lung tissue- stained were made.GATA-3 expressions in lung tissue were detected by western-blots, respectively.Interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-5 (IL-5) in lung homogenate were detected by ELISA.Results Lung biopsy from RSV-infected group showed typical inflammation under light microscope.Airway resistance in RSV- infected group was higher than control group.Compared with control group( 1.231 ±0.31 ), the expression of GATA-3 significantly increased in RSV-infected group (1.743 ±0.21)( t =15.427, P <0.01).The levels of IL-4[(142.3 ± 12.3)ng/L] and IL-5[(167.5 ±14.2) ng/L] increased in RSV-infected group [(69.2±11.6) ng/L, ( 86.6 ± 14.3 ) ng/L] ( P<0.01 ).There was a positive correlation between protein levels of GATA-3 and IL-4 in lung tissues (r=0.864, P<0.01 ), and a positive correlation between GATA-3 and IL-5 in lung tissues(r=-0.756, P<0.01).Conclusion RSV-infection may up regulate the expression of GATA-3 in lung, which contributed to inflammation of Th2 type.

10.Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1 in Patients with Psoriasis
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1994;0(02):-
Objective To study the production and distribution of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1) in the skin and sera of patients with psoriasis and their roles in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods Levels of VEGF and MCP-1 in sera were measured using double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in patients with psoriasis. The expression and distribution of VEGF and MCP-1 in psoriatic lesions, non lesional skin and normal controls were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results ①The expression of VEGF in lesional skin and non lesional skin of psoriasis patients was higher than that in normal controls. Levels of MCP-1 were increased in lesional skin than those in non lesional skin and normal controls.②Serum levels of VEGF were significantly increased in psoriasis as compared with normal control. There was no significant difference in serum levels of MCP-1 between patients and controls.③There was no correlation between the expression of MCP-1 or VEGF of psoriatic lesion and PASI index. Conclusion Overexpression of two cytokines, VEGF and MCP-1, known to promote new blood vessel formation may contribute to the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
