Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2016;32(12):2291-2294
AIM:To investigate the effects of tanshinone IIA ( Tan) on cardiac action potential in rats with a-cute cerebral ischemia (ACI).METHODS:ACI was established in rats accordingly .Animals were divided into 3 groups:sham group, ACI group, and ACI with Tan treatment group .The defect of neural function in each group was graded , elec-trocardiogram was measured , monophasic action potential was recorded , and the levels of cardiac troponin I ( cTnI ) and creatine kinase-MB ( CK-MB) were examined by commercially available kits .RESULTS:Compared with ACI group , Tan significantly decreased the scores of the defect of neural function , reduced the incidence and duration of the abnormalities in electrocardiogram , prolonged the effective refractory period , action potential duration at 50%repolarization and action po-tential duration at 90%repolarization, and inhibited the elevation of cTnI and CK-MB levels.CONCLUSION:Tan main-tains a stable heart rhythm in ACI rats , which may be related to its protective effect on ischemic myocardium .
3.Research Progress of Intestinal Microbiome Detection Method.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(5):1150-1154
Microorganism distributes in the organs of human body which connect with external environment, especially those organs in the gastrointestinal tracts, and it also plays a fundamental role in the physiopathology of the host's body. Because the microorganism is very small and has a great variety, it is difficult to reveal the significance of microorganism in the human physiopathology comprehensively and deeply. With the development of molecular biology, genomics, bioinformatics and other disciplines, the microbiome research will be more possible and easier. There are two key contents of microecology. One of these is to identify and quantify the diversity of microorganism, and the other is to reveal activity and the physiopathological function of microorganism in the host. Microbiome research methods, therefore, can be summarized as the traditional detection methods, construction of gene library, the genetic fingerprint analysis and molecular hybridization techniques and so on.

5.Mental Health of Adolescents Suffered from Traumatic Asphyxia
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2001;15(3):196-198
Objective: To explore the effect of traumatic asphyxia on mental health of adolescents. Method: Forty-four adolescents were assessed with Styles Questionnaire (SCL-90), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) after one week, 6 weeks, 10 weeks, 16 weeks and 34 weeks of asphyxia. Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) was diagnosed according to CCMD-2-R. Results: All 44 adolescents suffered from traumatic asphyxia had some psychiatric symptoms. Nineteen of them fulfilled the symptomatic criterta of DTSD in the first week,10 of them were diagnosed as PTSD at the 6th week,8 of the them returned to normal after 34 weeks. Conclusion: Mental health of adolescents suffered from traumatic asphyxia need our attention.
6.EAST/SeSAME syndrome and functional expression of inward rectifier potassium channel Kir4.1 in the inner ear.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(14):1318-1322
Inwardly rectifying potassium (Kir) channels exhibit an asymmetrical conductance at hyperpolarization (high conductance) compared to depolarization (low conductance). The KCNJ10 gene which encodes an inwardly rectifying K+ channel Kir4.1 subunit plays an essential role in the inner ear and hearing. Mutations or deficiency of KCNJ10 can cause hearing loss with epilepsy, ataxia, sensorineural deafness, and renal tubulopathy (EAST) or SeSAME (seizures, sensorineural deafness, ataxia, mental retardation, and electrolyte imbalance) syndromes. In this review, we mainly focus on the expression and function of Kir4.1 channels in the inner ear and mutation-induced EAST/SeSAME syndromes to provide insight for understanding the pathogenesis of deafness induced by KCNJ10 deficiency.

7.Influence of LNG-IUS placement on endometrial thickness, recurrence rate and complications of patients with endometrial polyps and moderate anemia after TCRP
China Journal of Endoscopy 2017;23(8):77-80
Objective To investigate the influence of LNG-IUS placement on endometrial thickness, recurrence rate and complications of patients with endometrial polyps and moderate anemia after TCRP. Methods 140 patients with endometrial polyps and moderate anemia were chosen from January 2014 to January 2016 and randomly divided into control group (70 patients) with TCRP used alone and observation group (70 patients) with LNG-IUS placement after TCRP; the endometrial thickness, hemoglobin levels and PBAC score before and after treatment, the recurrence rate and the complication incidence of both groups were compared. Results The endometrial thickness after treatment of observation group were significantly less than control group before the treatment (P < 0.05). The hemoglobin levels and PBAC score after treatment of observation group were significantly better than control group before the treatment (P < 0.05). The recurrence rate of observation group were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the complication incidence between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion LNG-IUS placement in treatment of patients with endometrial polyps and moderate anemia after TCRP can efficiently reduce the endometrial thickness, decrease the uterine bleeding amount, prevent the long-term recurrence and not increase the complications incidence.
8.Molecular basis for prostate carcinogenesis
Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2017;42(5):581-587
Prostate cancer is the most prevalent male urogenital malignancy.Androgen deprivation therapy is the principal method for initial treatment for the patients, but the majority of them will eventually develop progressive disease,a status called castration-resistant prostate carcinoma.Lots of susceptibility genes, tumor suppressor genes and oncogenes, and their variations rdevant to the occurrence and development of prostate cancer have been revealed by the studies of molecular oncology. These findings on the molecular basis of prostate carcinogenesis will further improve the strategies on prevention, diagnosis and clinical management for prostate carcinoma.
9.Comparative study of the injury to hepatocarcinoma and normal liver tissues following ischemia and reperfusion
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(07):-
ObjectiveTo compare the injury to hepatocarcinoma and normal liver tissues following ischemia and reperfusion. MethodsThe hepatocarcinoma(HC) models were established by injectin of VX2 tumor (tissue) suspension fluid into the left-middle lobe of liver of rabbits. After the models were established, the models left hepatic vessels were occluded for 60 minus, then followed by various intervals of reperfusion, and the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured, and apoptotic (changes) in the hepatocarcinoma and normal hepatic tissues were observed by means of HE staining and TUNEL method. ResultsThe concentration of SOD decreased significantly in hepatocarcinoma tissue and reached the lowest point at 1h after ischemia and reperfusion (64.594.97NU/mgprot), then gradually rebounded, but, at 7d after reperfusion, it still retained at a lower level(121.126.88NU/mgprot) than that before reperfusion. In contrast with normal liver tissues, the concentration of MDA decreased in the hepatocarcinoma tissues following ischemia and reperfusion, the changs of MDA were similar to SOD. The apoptotic cells in hepatocarcinoma tissues increased to the highest point at 1 day following reperfusion, but 7d after reperfusion, the number of positive cells were more than before reperfusion, and the apoptotic rate was higher in (hepatocarcinoma) tissues compared with the normal liver tissues. ConclusionsIn comparison with normal liver tissue, hepatocarcinoma tissue is more suscepible to the injury of ischemia and reperfusion.
