Objective To compare the outcomes of 23G and 25G plus (25G+) vitrectomy in treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR).Methods This is a prospective randomized study.Fifty-seven PDR patients (75 eyes) with symptoms requiring vitrectomy were randomly divided into 23G vitrectomy group (30 patients,39 eyes) and 25G+ vitrectomy group (27 patients,36 eyes).Visual acuity, intraocular pressures,ophthalmoscopy,B-scan ultrasound was examined before surgery. The follow-up period was 10.0 (23G group) and 8.5 months (25G+ group) respectively.Intraoperative complications, operation time, postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure, postoperative complications and postoperative ocular conditions were analyzed. Results The mean surgical times were (53.35± 7.42)minutes and (49.16±5.17) minutes in 23G and 25G+ group respectively, and the difference was significant (t=4.37,P<0.05).Iatrogenic injuries occurred in 11 eyes (28.21%) and 5 (13.89%) eyes in 23G and 25G + group respectively, and the difference was significant (x2 =4.93,P<0.05).The postoperative visual acuity of 23G and 25G+ group were improved compared to before surgery (x2=16.81,18.29; P<0.05).At last follow-up,there was 25 eyes and 24 eyes with visual acuity ≥ 0.05 in 23G and 25G+ groups respectively, and the difference was not significant (x2 =0.13,P>0.05).Hypotony was detected in 7 and 3 eyes at the third postoperative day in 23G and 25G+ group respectively, and the difference was significant (x2 =5.67,P<0.05).Conclusion 25G+ vitrectomy is a safe and effective treatment for PDR with shorter surgery time and fewer surgical complications.
4.Study on serum cancer antigens 125 expression in different types of ovarian endometriosis and related factors
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2013;(9):24-26
Objective To investigate serum cancer antigens (CA) 125 expression in different types of ovarian endometriosis and related factors. Methods A total of 182 patients with ovarian endometriosis was collected, then they were divided into two groups:ovarian endometriosis combined with other parts of lesions (A group,88 cases),simple ovarian endometriosis group (B group,94 cases). And selected 100 healthy physical check-up women from the hospital outpatient department were as control group. The serum level of CA125 was detected. The patients' information including body shape, menstrual factors, reproductive activities and disease staging were collected.Chi-square criterion and multivariate binary Logistic regression analysis were completed. Results The serum levels of CA125 in A group,B group and control group were (48.64 ± 33.18),(41.35 ± 23.46),(22.16 ± 13.73) kU/L,respectively,and the positive expression rate of three groups were 64.77% (57/88),52.13% (49/94),2.00% (2/100),respectively,there were significant differences (P < 0.05).The multivariate binary Logistic regression analysis result showed that age of 35-49years,reforming American fertility society of Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage, pelvic adhesion and menorrhalgia were the important factors of positive expression of CA125.Conclusion The serum level of CA125 can be used as the evaluation of the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian endometriosis.
5.The Study of Three-dimensional Ultrasound in the Solid Spaceoccupying Lesions of Liver A Report of 63 Cases
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1996;5(6):249-251
3D ultrasound reconstruction in 63 cases of the solid space occupying lesions of liver was reported.Among them, there were 34 primary liver cancer,20 liver metastases and 9 cases hamangioma.By 30 imaging, the internal structure of the tumor could be visualized in 71%(45/63); the relation of the tumor to the surrounding vessels was apparent in 65%(41/63); the margin of the tumor could be outlined in 56%(35/63).The vesucts indicate that 3D ultrasound is superior to conventional 2D sonography to show more accurately the space localization, internal structure and morphology of the lesion thus provides meaningful imaging diagnostic evidences clinicaly.
6.A QUICK DETECTION OF MYCOPLASMA IN CONTAMINATED-CELL CULTURE BY DAPI STAINING METHOD
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1989;0(S1):-
With the method of specific binding of DAPI and DNA, the mycoplasma contamination cell cultures are sensitively detected. In this way, the monolayer cells can be determinated if a certain cell culture has been contaminated by some mycoplasma. The process is simple and can be done within thirty minutes. This method can be widely applied as a routine determination for detecting mycoplasma contamination in laboratory cell cultures.

Conclusion:When SDHVD patients compli-cate with HF,the HF degree aggravates and incidence rate of arrhythmia rises.
9.Uncoupling protein 2 in regulatory mechanisms and basical experiments
International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(9):700-703
Uncoupling protein 2(UCP2)is a proton transporter which presents in the mitochondrial inner membrane. Recent studies have found that UCP2 plays important roles in protecting mitochondria functions,re-ducing mitochondrial ROS generation by inducing proton leak across the inner mitochondrial membrane and pro-moting mild uncoupling which leading to a decrease in the mitochondrial inner membrane′s potential. Because of its antioxidant function,UCP2 has been studied in several domains. This review provides novel insights into the molecular mechanisms,by which the activity of UCP2 is regulated and describe novel findings concerning basical experiments of UCP2.
10.Breast reconstruction with pedicled perforator flaps
China Oncology 2017;27(8):626-633
Comparing with free perforator flap, pedicled flap is a relatively simpler and safer technique, with lesser donor site morbidity. In recent years, the application of pedicled perforator flaps has emerged as a new option for breast reconstruction. Those pedicled perforator flaps include thoracodorsal artery perforator flap, intercostal artery perforator flap (lateral intercostal artery perforator flap, anterior intercostal perforator flap) etc. Serratus anterior artery perforator flap, superior epigastric artery perforator flap, and lateral thoracic artery perforator flap can also be raised technically. To enhance surgical accuracy, it is necessary to evaluate the location and quality of perforator vessels preoperatively. Proper flap design is of more importance for pedicled flap when compared with it's free flap counterpart. Although free flap approach remains the golden standard in breast reconstruction when considering autologous tissue transplantation, pedicled perforator flap has the apparent merits of minimized surgical trauma, less time-consuming and less stress for reconstructive surgeons.
