1.On Mutual Love between Doctors and Patients
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
This paper defines the implication of mutual love between doctors and patients, analyzes the tendency and imperfection in present physician-patient relationship, and points out that the mutual love between doctors and patients is the guarantee for a harmonious physician-patient relationship. It is not only a theoretical ideal, but also a practice of medical service. It holds to propose fair and initiative mutual love between doctors and patients in China, realize general love for all individuals by government, and strengthen the sense of love for others among all ranks of populations.
2.The Feasible Approaches of Improving the Relationship between Doctors and Patients in the point of View of Patients
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
At present, the relationship between hospitals and patients is becoming increasingly tense, which makes feasible approaches of benignization of the relationship worthy of probing into. The sample survey shows that a doctor or a nurse who is able to win patients'trust should treat patients equally, respect patients'personality, enhance mutual understanding, regard patients as their relatives, possess noble professional morality and foster a nice individual image.
3.Reflect on the existence of the phenomenon of Hongbao
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
The reasons what the phenomenon of Hongbao exist are intricate and complex. The existence of the phenomenon of Hongbao blasphemes against the medical care justice, accelerate the relationship between hospital and patients tension. It will be a fact that the Chinese society unable to radical change in established period. We need to reduce the appearance of the phenomenon of Hongbao as many as possible, and prepare for eliminating the unreasonable and unjust social phenomenon finally.
5.Characteristics and clinical application of the arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(11):1137-1139
The characteristics and clinical application of the arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion was discussed in this paper. Through literature research and clinical practice, three aspects, including characteristics of arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion, the clinical basis regarding arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion improving therapeutic effects and how to acquire arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion, were discussed to clarify the essential role of arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion as well as its importance to the development of moxibustion medicine. The suspended moxibustion at acupoints could produce arrival of qi similar to acupuncture, which was characterized as non-local or non-superficial heat sensation such as penetrating heat, expanding heat, transmitting heat, even non-hot sensation such as aching, numbing, distending, painful, heavy, cold sensation in the applied region. It is heat-sensitive sensation phenomenon that can improve therapeutic effect in suspended moxibustion.

6.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy versus open cholecystectomy: Clinical efficiency and costs analysis
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(01):-
Objective To compare the costs and effectiveness between the laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) and the open cholecystectomy (OC). Methods Clinical data of 97 patients treated either by LC (n=41) or OC (n=56) were retrospectively reviewed. Results The hospital stay, postoperative hospital stay, hospitalization expenditure and medical incomes in Group LC and Group OC were (11.4?3.0) days and (15.1?4.2) days (t=-4.811,P=0.000), (6.1?0.9) days and (10.7?2.4) days (t=-11.673,P=0.000), (8 723.8?1 077.2) yuan and (6 423.4?1 398.4) yuan (t=8.791, P=0.000), (6 236.4?591.0) yuan and (3 426.6?683.2) yuan (t=21.162,P=0.000), respectively. There were no statistical significances between the two groups in preoperative hospital stays and occurrences of complications (t=1.684, P=0.095;?2=0.434,P=0.510). Conclusions Compared with the OC, health resources were more properly utilized but costs were higher in the LC.
7.Definition,classification and treatment of pulmonary hypertension
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(04):-
In recent years, major advances have been made in our understanding of the pathogenesis, epidemiology, pathophysiology and in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension.Accordingly, the definition, clinical classification and treatment guidelines of pulmonary hypertension have been updated constantly. This article will focus on the new definition, classification and treatment of pulmonary hypertension.
8.Modulation of Regulatory T Cell-Th17 Differentiation Balance by Allogeneic Sertoli
Acta Medicinae Universitatis Scientiae et Technologiae Huazhong 2014;(6):626-630,635
Objective To investigate the regulation of Sertoli cells on differentiation balance of allogeneic regulatory T cell (Treg)and T helper cell(Th17).Methods Sertoli cells ,bone marrow‐derived dendritic cells(DC) and T lymphocytes were iso‐latedandculturedinvitro.SertolicellsandDCcellswereco‐culturedwithallogeneicTcells,respectively.MorphologyofSertoli cells were verified under the light microscope and electron microscope. The expression of major histocompatibility complex (MHC)‐Ⅱ and B7‐H1 in Sertoli cells was detected by Western blot.Concentration of cytokines[transforming growth factor (TGF)‐β1 and IL‐17A etc. ] in supernatant was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The frequency of Treg cells differentiated from na?ve T cells was estimated by flow cytometry. Results Sertoli cells were successfully isolated and cultured in vitro.Western blot results showed the expression of MHC‐Ⅱ and B7‐H1 on Sertoli cells surface was increased significantly ,when Sertoli cells were co‐cultured with allogeneic na?ve CD4+ T cells(CD4+ CD62 L+CD25)in vitro.ELISA re‐sults showed the TGF‐β1 concentration in culture supernatant was significantly increased [from (174.89 ± 23.51) pg/mL to (823.10 ± 59.07) pg/mL ,P<0.05] .Flow cytometry results showed Na?ve T cells(CD4+CD62 L+CD25-)were induced to dif‐ferentiate into CD25+ Foxp3+ T cells(from <1.0% up to 27.6% )by co‐cultured with Sertoli cells. And incubation with Sertoli/Treg supernatant(STS)significantly reduced the concentration of IL‐17A in the mixed culture supernatant of DC cells /Na?ve CD4+ T cell[from (361.58 ± 80.27) pg/mL to (137.54 ± 52.19) pg/mL ,P<0.05]. The percentage of IL‐17A+ T cells subset was also significantly decreased(27.2% to 17.9% ,P<0.05).Conclusion The anti‐inflammatory cytokines and immune sup‐
pressive cytokines derived from Sertoli cells can induce allogeneic na?ve T cells to differentiate into CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg cells in vitro.Sertoli cells can regulate the differentiation balance of allogeneic Treg/Th17 to induce the immune tolerance.
9.The Inhibitive Effect of Essential Fatty Acids on AFP Secretion and Cell Growth on BEL-7402 Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell Line
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1996;0(04):-
In the present study, the influence of essential free fatty acids on AFP secretion and cell growth of BEL-7402 human hepatocellular cacinoma cell line was investigated by radiommunoassay. The results demonstrated that 40 - 50?g/ ml concentration of linolenic acid could inhibit the AFP secretion obviously( P 0.05) . All of these studies about anti-cancer effect of linolenic acid will provide the principle for the patient for health care and therapy.
