Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
The reasons what the phenomenon of Hongbao exist are intricate and complex. The existence of the phenomenon of Hongbao blasphemes against the medical care justice, accelerate the relationship between hospital and patients tension. It will be a fact that the Chinese society unable to radical change in established period. We need to reduce the appearance of the phenomenon of Hongbao as many as possible, and prepare for eliminating the unreasonable and unjust social phenomenon finally.
4.Efficacy and safety of demethylation drugs in treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome: a Meta-analysis
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2021;30(2):99-105
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of demethylation drugs intreatment of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), and to provide reliable basis and guidance for clinical application of these drugs. Methods:The randomized controlled trials (RCT) of demethylation drugs for treatment of MDS published in the PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library, Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM) and VIP database from January 2000 to December 2019 were searched by computer. RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis of the efficacy and safety. Results:Seven RCT studies involving 1 172 patients were obtained. Meta-analysis showed that the complete remission rate ( OR = 6.26, 95% CI 1.74-22.49, P = 0.005), partial remission rate ( OR = 4.65, 95% CI 1.51-14.29, P = 0.007), overall response rate ( OR = 14.14, 95% CI 7.27-27.51, P < 0.01), hematology improves ( OR = 3.47, 95% CI 1.44-8.32, P = 0.005) in the demethylation drug treatment group were better than those in the best supportive treatment group. Meanwhile, the overall survival of patients in azacytidine group was improved ( HR = 0.62, 95% CI 0.50-0.77, P < 0.01). In terms of adverse reactions, demethylation drugs increased the incidence of neutropenic fever ( OR = 4.19, 95% CI 2.26-7.76, P < 0.01). However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, infection, nausea, liver damage and fatigue between the two groups (all P > 0.05). Conclusions:The effect of demethylation drugs in treatment of MDS is obvious, the remission rate can be improved, and azacytidine can prolong the patients' survival, but demethylation drugs increase the incidence of neutropenia fever. In the clinical application of demethylation drugs, it is necessary to further carefully evaluate their clinical safety.

After intervention, the average scores of tenacity, power, optimism and total resilience scores were (34.23±6.06)pionts, (25.77±5.01)pionts, (14.31±3.22)pionts and (74.31±9.55)pionts, significantly higher than in the control group (30.86±6.23)pionts, (23.31±3.29)pionts, (12.11±2.04)pionts and (66.29±7.28)pionts, the difference was statistically significant ( t value was 2.295-3.956, P<0.05). Conclusion:Emotional resilience training can effectively reduce the compassion fatigue and improve psychological resilience of intensive care unit nurses.
6.Demineralized bone matrix as a bone tissue engineering scaffold material
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(3):426-431
BACKGROUND:Demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering biological scaffold material is more researched currently, which has osteoinductive and osteoconductive.
OBTECTIVE:To summarize the development of demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold material and to prospect its trend.
METHODS:The relative literatures addressing demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold material published between January 1965 and May 2013 in PubMed database, Chinese Biomedical Database, Wanfang Database and FMJS database were searched by the first author. The key words were“demineralized bone matrix, scaffold material, growth factor, cells, drugs”in English and Chinese. According to the inclusion criteria, repetitive researches were excluded, and final y 34 articles were included.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Scaffold material is the key composition of tissue engineered bone, and only demineralized bone matrix has both osteoinductive and osteoconductive properties which cannot only provide space for bone repair, but also can be combined with bioactive factors, living cells, antibiotics in vitro to construct bone graft thereby promoting healing of bone defects. However, this technique is also facing some problems to be solved such as the ratio of demineralized bone matrix and various substances, disinfection, preservation of osteogenetic activity and antigenicity elimination. Sufficiently understanding demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold can provide a theoretical basis for its clinical service.
