1.DNA methylation in pancreatic carcinogenesis
Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;(2):133-135
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant gastrointestinal tumors, characterized by a poor prognosis, absence of specific clinical symptoms and signs, prone to metastases and lack of response to conventional therapy.1 year survival rate of this disease increased to about 20 % by gemcitabine, but the morbidity and mortality rates are still higher and higher in the whole worldwide.DNA methylation is one of the mechanisms of epigenetics which is the study of heritable changes in gene expression that are not coded in the DNA sequence itself. It seems that DNA methylation indeed plays an important role in the development and progression of pancreatic cancer.
2.Progress of indicators in the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(2):148-151
Newborns, especially premature newborns, because of immature of immune function, have high incidence of sepsis.Today sepsis is still an important cause of neonatal death and poor prognosis.Unfortunately, clinical signs of sepsis are non-specific,so early diagnosis and treatment of the newborn infant with suspected sepsis are essential to prevent severe complications.Blood culture is the gold standard for diagnosis of sepsis, but the positive rote is low.Indicators in diagnosis of sepsis included acute phase reaction proteins, cytokines, cell surface antigen and bacterial DNA testing. This article compares and analyzes the indicators in diagnosis of neonatal sepsis.
3.Research progress of proteomics techniques for the pathogenesis and early diagnosis in pancreatic cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(6):399-401
Therapeutic effect of pancreatic cancer depends on early detection and effective treatment. The early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer is so difficult that the discovery of pancreatic cancer is often in mid and late stages,so the treatment of meaning is not so satisfying. In recent years the rapid study of proteomics has brought great hope in the early discovery of pancreatic cancer to make it the post-genome era of functional genomics research in hot areas.Separating and identifying the serum、juice and tissue of patients with pancreatic cancer to find out the different proteins between normal and sick individuals can provide theoretical base and new ideas for the pathogenesis and early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
4.Analysis on blood test result of voluntary blood donors in Fuling District during the past seven years
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2008;29(6):498-500
Objective To get the information about the infection condition of blood in voluntary donors in Fuling District from 2001 to 2007, so as to take measures to improve blood quality and ensure blood safety. Methods Serum ALT was detected with Reitman-Frankel assay, and HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HIV and anti-TP were detected with ELISA.Results A total of 72 868 serum samples from blood donors were detected, in which 5 512 (7.56%) were positive. The positive rates of HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HIV and anti-TP were 3.09%, 0.48%, 0.07% and 1.27% respectively, and the abnormality rate of ALT was 2.73%. There was statistical difference of positive rate among various years (from 2001 to 2007).Conclusion The positive rate of blood in voluntary donors decreases year by year. HBsAg was the highest (1.16%), followed by ALT (2.73%), anti-TP (1.27%), anti-HCV and anti-HIV. It suggests that blood quality monitoring should be strengthed to assure blood safety.

Conclusion A type behaviour play on important role on intelligence impairment in post cerebral infact.Psychone drviduality and unsteady mood were manly mood feature of cerebral infarct, especially important post cerebral infarct intelligence impairment.
6.Effect of Rho kinase inhibitor combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the recovery of neurological function after spinal cord injury in patients with thoracolumbar fractures
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;35(10):85-87
Objective To observe effect of Rho kinase inhibitor combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the recovery of neurological function after spinal cord injury in patients with thoracolumbar fractures. Methods A total of 80 cases of thoracolumbar fractures combined with spinal cord injury patients as the research object, the packet by the standards of admission of single and double serial number, odd numbers were divided into control group, even number were divided into treatment group (40 cases in each group); two groups underwent surgical treatment, control group was given single usage fasudil treatment, treatment group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy for auxiliary therapy on the basis of control group, Continuous treatment for two months.Compared neurological function scoring, grading, blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) , epithelial growth factor (EGF) , lipid peroxide (LPO) and adverse reactions pre-and post-treatment between two groups of patients. Results After treatment, total effective rate of treatment group (92.50%), ASIA sensory, movement scores were significantly higher than control group (75.00%)(P<0.05);Content of SOD and EGF of treatment group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate (12.50%) was significantly lower than that of control group (32.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Rho kinase inhibitor combined with hyperbaric oxygen can significantly improve the degree of injury, neurological function and blood SOD, EGF, LPO content in patients with lumbar vertebral fractures combined with spinal cord injury, and the adverse reactions are few, has definite clinical effect.
7.The causes and countermeasures of non-response to anti-vascular endothelial growth factor therapy
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2016;32(4):444-448
The therapeutic response of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) differs among individuals.According to the changes of central retinal thickness, intraretinal fluid, subretinal fluid, best corrected visual acuity and other morphological or functional manifestations after treatment, the performance of the treated eyes can be classified as optimal response, poor response and non-response.A variety of factors could account for poor or non-response to anti-VEGF,such as genomic polymorphism and specific genomic risk alleles, lesion characteristics, vitreous and macular structural abnormalities, resistance to anti-VEGF drug, and the role of pericytes and others. The common counter measures include increasing the dosage, shortening the injection interval and replacing with another alternative drug, inhibition of pericytes, relieving vitreomacular anatomical abnormalities. It is still worthy of further exploration that how to assess individual reasons for non-response,so that we can give proper treatment to reduce the excessive use of anti-VEGF drugs and improve the clinical management of ocular neovascularization diseases.
8.Research advances in molecular prediction of recurrence and metastasis of primary liver cancer after liver transplan-tation
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2014;30(12):1361-1365
Liver transplantation is an essential treatment of primary liver cancer, but the postoperative high risk of recurrence and metastasis has seriously affected the effect of liver transplantation. With the development of molecular biology, researchers have found numerous molec-ular markers potentially related to the recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer after liver transplantation. These markers, including genes, proteins, tumor markers, and serum viruses, are summarized, and their predictive values for tumor recurrence and metastasis after liver transplantation are analyzed.A growing number of molecular markers have been found, but which is not enough for clinical guidance.There-fore,more studies are needed to identify appropriate molecular markers of tumor recurrence and metastasis after liver transplantation.
