1.DNA methylation in pancreatic carcinogenesis
Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;(2):133-135
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant gastrointestinal tumors, characterized by a poor prognosis, absence of specific clinical symptoms and signs, prone to metastases and lack of response to conventional therapy.1 year survival rate of this disease increased to about 20 % by gemcitabine, but the morbidity and mortality rates are still higher and higher in the whole worldwide.DNA methylation is one of the mechanisms of epigenetics which is the study of heritable changes in gene expression that are not coded in the DNA sequence itself. It seems that DNA methylation indeed plays an important role in the development and progression of pancreatic cancer.
2.Progress of indicators in the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(2):148-151
Newborns, especially premature newborns, because of immature of immune function, have high incidence of sepsis.Today sepsis is still an important cause of neonatal death and poor prognosis.Unfortunately, clinical signs of sepsis are non-specific,so early diagnosis and treatment of the newborn infant with suspected sepsis are essential to prevent severe complications.Blood culture is the gold standard for diagnosis of sepsis, but the positive rote is low.Indicators in diagnosis of sepsis included acute phase reaction proteins, cytokines, cell surface antigen and bacterial DNA testing. This article compares and analyzes the indicators in diagnosis of neonatal sepsis.
3.Research progress of proteomics techniques for the pathogenesis and early diagnosis in pancreatic cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(6):399-401
Therapeutic effect of pancreatic cancer depends on early detection and effective treatment. The early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer is so difficult that the discovery of pancreatic cancer is often in mid and late stages,so the treatment of meaning is not so satisfying. In recent years the rapid study of proteomics has brought great hope in the early discovery of pancreatic cancer to make it the post-genome era of functional genomics research in hot areas.Separating and identifying the serum、juice and tissue of patients with pancreatic cancer to find out the different proteins between normal and sick individuals can provide theoretical base and new ideas for the pathogenesis and early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
4.The influence of behaviour-individuality factors on the intellectual impairment in early period of cerebral infarct
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2001;5(3):22-23
Objective To explore the influence of behaviour.individuality-personality factors on the intellectual impairment in early period of cerebral infarct. Methods To compare the correlation of the occurence of intellectual impairment and behaviour individuality among 98 cerebral infarct dementia index cases and 80 cerebral infarct without dementia index cases and 87 control subjects. Results A-type behaviour have 63.27% cerebrol infarct dementia index cases,47.75% cerebrol infarct without dementia inedx cases, and 35.63% control subjects.(EPQ)P >60,63.2% cerebral infarcl domentia index cases,35% cerebrol infarct without demcntia index cases, and 20.69% control subjects.(EPO)N>55,42.86% cerebrol infaret demcntia index cases,38.75% cerebrol infarct without dementia index cases and 24.14% control subjects. Conclusion A type behaviour play on important role on intelligence impairment in post cerebral infact.Psychone drviduality and unsteady mood were manly mood feature of cerebral infarct, especially important post cerebral infarct intelligence impairment.
5.Histopathology analysis of andometrium of abnomal ulterine bleeding in perimenopausal women
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(2):259-261
Objective To investigate the histopathologic changes of andometrium and research the cause of abnomal uterine bleeding in permenopausal women. Methods The biopsy sample of andometrium of 870 cases with abnomal uterine bleeding in permenopausal women were restrospectively analyzed. Results The most commonly hostopathologic change in andometrium of abnomal ulterine bleeding in permenopausal women is endometrial hyperplasia(76.67%).The most cases were simple hyperplasia(66.12%).3.0%of cases were endometrial carcinoma, most of them were well-differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma(88.46%).The morphological features of the endometrial adenocarcinomas is loss of polarity of the endometrial glands. The tumor cells have large round vesicular nuclei, prominent nucleoli and coarse chromatin. In addition, endometrial stroma was instead of by the fibrous and/or granulation tissue type stroma, usually with inflammatory response. Conclusions Abnormal ulterine bleeding occurred mainly in permenopausal period.Endometrial hyperplasia is the main cause of abnomal ulterine bleeding in permenopausal period. Most endometrial carcinomas in perimenpausal period are well-differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinomas. An important differential diagnosis of the endometrioid carcinoma in a curettage specimen is to differentiate it from atypical endometrial hyperplasia and atypical polypoid adenomyoma.
6.The influence of psychosocial factors on the intellectual impairment in early period of cerebral infarct
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2001;05(1):28-29
Objective To explore the influence of psychosocial factors and depression-anxiety on the intellectual impairment in early period of cerebral infarct.Method We compared the correlation of the occurence of intellectual impairment and depression-anxiety,negative life events among 98 cerebral infarct dementia index cases and 80 cerebral infarct without dementia index cases and 87 control subjects.Result Anxiety states have 74.49% cerebrol infarct dementia index cases,60% cerebrol infarct without dementia index cases, and 14.94% control subjects,Depression states have 74.49% cerebrol infarct dementia index cases,51.25% cerebrol infarct without dementia index cases, and 20.69% control subjects,Negative life events have 78.57% cerebrol infarct dementia index cases,63.75% cerebrol infarct witout dementia index cases and 13.79% contrbl subjects. Conclusion The mood and sensibilities problems of depression anxity(especially of anxity) have a neagative status on the intellegence impirment of cerebral infarct. The correlates of post stroke depression-anxity states analysis were paralysis and position of focal lesion. The negative life events influenced the occuring of intelligence imparement post-cerebral infarct without anxity-depression mood and sensibilities problemes.

10.STUDIES OF ARTERIAL DISTRIBUTION OF THE M?LATISSIMUS DORSI, GRACILIS, TENSOR FASCIAE LATAE, GASTROCNEMIUS, SOLEUS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
The arteries of the M. latissimus dorsi, gracilis, tensor fasciae latae, gastrocncmius and soleus were studied on 100 Chinese cadavers (40 fetus and babies, 60 adults) by dissection and arteriography. The origin, number, diameter and distribution of these arteries were observed, and were investigated quantitatively by means of MAGISCAN-Ⅰ Image Analyser.Based on the studies of the vascular anatomy of muscles. We classified the arterial distribution into three patterns: Type Ⅰ: The muscle of this group was supplied by one or two main arteries which coursed the entire muscle belly, as in: M. tensor fasciae latae, gastrocnemius, soleus. Type Ⅱ: The muscle of this group had a segmental supply of several arteries, which is distributed partially in muscle belly, as in: M. gracilis, soleus. Type Ⅲ: The musele of this group had a combination of both patterns of vascular arrangement, as in: M. latissimus dorsi, soleus. The muscles of Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ could often be divided into several regions which were based on the distribution of each branch of the artery.
