1.Establishment of a sandwich ELISA method for measuring soluble IL-2 receptor
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(06):-
Two kinds of mouse monoclonal antibodies which recognize distinct epitopes of the IL-2 receptor (a chain) were used to establish a sandwich ELISA for measuring soluble IL-2 receptors. The results indicated that this method is sensitive and specific for detecting soluble IL-2 receptors of cell culture supernatant and serum from both healthy donor and patients with leukemia. Therefore this sandwich ELISA method is useful for basic and clinic immunology research.
2.Studies on the requirements for growth of Epstein-Barr Virus thransformed human lymphoblastoid B cells at low cell density
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(02):-
We obtained human lymphoblastoid B cells secreting human antibodies IgM and IgG to HFRS virus by Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)transfomation of PBMC.Conditioned media from the supernatant of a human fibroblast cell CRL1506 culture and irradiated CRL1506 cells as feeder cells could markedly promote the growth and antibody produotion of the human B lymphoblastoid cells at low cell density. It was shown that conditioned media contained a high level of interleukin 6(IL-6) .These results would be very useful for human monoclonal antibody technique including improving human B lymphoblastoid cell growth at low cell density and enhancing cloning efficiency andantibody production.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
To study the changes in vestibular function in Parkinson's disease patients, and its significance, eletronystagmography (ENG) was used to examine 54 patients with Parkinson's disease, and also 20 hea thy elderly subjects. The results of vestibular function tests including sensory organization test, nystagmus test, cold caloric test and positional test of these two groups were recorded for statisticed analysis. It was found that the rate of vestibular dysfunction in Parkinson's disease patients were 81 4%, and that of the controls 30%. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P

The characteristics of master dissertation topics in medical library and information science and their se-lection methods were analyzed with the dissertations published since 2004 as the study object. The challenges and development trend in training of qualified personnel of medical library and information science were summarized , which may provide certain evidence for the training of masters in medical library and information science .
5.Study on the Quality Standard for Chaige Ganmao Mixture
China Pharmacy 2016;27(3):392-394
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard for Chaige ganmao mixture. METHODS:TLC was conducted to iden-tify the Scutellaria baicalensis and Paeonia lactiflora;HPLC was conducted to determine the content of puerarin. The column was Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 with mobile phase of methanol-water(25:75,V/V)at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 250 nm,and column temperature was 25℃,and the injection volume was 5μl. RESULTS:TLC showed clear spots and good sepa-ration. The linear range of puerarin was 18-198 μg/ml(r=0.999 9);RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were low-er than 2%,recovery was 99.04%-99.75%(RSD=0.28%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The standard can be used for the quality con-trol of Chaige ganmao mixture.
6.Clinical microbiology laboratory should pay attention to the changes in CLSI document M100
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2012;35(8):673-675
Recent major changes and updates of Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI) document M100 for performance standards for antimicrobial susceptibility testing were introduced in the article, which include changes of interpretive criteria and comments, antimicrobial susceptibility testing of infrequently isolated or fastidious bacteria, changes of appendixes and others,Brief comments were made for these changes.
7.Clinical Observation on Treatment of 37 Cases of Helicobacter Pylori Infection with Self-designed Gastritis Granule
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(3):236-
Objective To observe clinical effect of treating helicobacter pylori infection with self-designed gastritis granule. Methods 37 patients of Helicobacter Pylori (Hp) infection with chronic gastritis accompanied by gastric mucosa atrophy and erosion were randomly recurited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with PPI trigeminy therapy, and the treatment group was treated with self-designed gastritis granule combined with PPI trigeminy therapy. Both groups were treated for continuous four weeks. Results The eradication rate of Hp in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion The treatment of self-designed gastritis granule on chronic gastritis accompanied by gastric mucosa atrophy and erosion has effective results.
8.Analysis of Drugs Used in OPD of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital
China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE:To promote the work and socialization of out-patient pharmacy in special hospital.METHODS:Using the methods of order of sum of money and frequency analysis, consumption structure and sale sum of drugs and frequency of drugs used in this hospital in 1999~2000 were analyzed.RESULTS:Anti-infectives,drugs for special clinic and hormonal preparations were the commonly-used drugs, which indicated that most patients suffered from external genital organ infections The consumption of hormonal preparations increased obviously, which implied that the popularization of hormone replacement therapy and gradual maturity of subsidiary fertility technicology in this hospital.CONCLUSION:The analysis shows the characteristics of drug-use in obstetrics and gynecology hospital.
9.Utility of Fluoxetine in Treating Tinnitus Patients
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1998;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate t he efficacy of fluoxetine in treating tinnitus patients with depress. Methods A randomized,open-labeled,controlled clinical tri al was conducted. There were 31 patients in control group and 26 p a tents in fluoxetine group. The efficacy was assessed by tinnitus patients with Ra ting Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD). Results The total effective rate of fluoxetine group was 71.11%, and there was significant improvement rate in depression after 1 month f luoxetine treatm ent. Conclusion Fluoxetine is an effective drug for tinnitus p atients with depression.
10.Glycomics studies using lectin-related techniques in cancer research
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(3):178-182
With the emergence of glycomies in the post-genome era, various lectin-related techniques have been developed to analyse the glycoproteins from cells, body fluids and tissues in comparative glycoprotein studies of cancer research.Compared to other techniques of glycan enrichment and identification,lectin-based techniques can sort and identify glycoconjugates without glycan modification, ascribed to the specific affinity of lectins and their corresponding glycans.
