1.Establishment of a sandwich ELISA method for measuring soluble IL-2 receptor
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(06):-
Two kinds of mouse monoclonal antibodies which recognize distinct epitopes of the IL-2 receptor (a chain) were used to establish a sandwich ELISA for measuring soluble IL-2 receptors. The results indicated that this method is sensitive and specific for detecting soluble IL-2 receptors of cell culture supernatant and serum from both healthy donor and patients with leukemia. Therefore this sandwich ELISA method is useful for basic and clinic immunology research.
2.Studies on the requirements for growth of Epstein-Barr Virus thransformed human lymphoblastoid B cells at low cell density
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(02):-
We obtained human lymphoblastoid B cells secreting human antibodies IgM and IgG to HFRS virus by Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)transfomation of PBMC.Conditioned media from the supernatant of a human fibroblast cell CRL1506 culture and irradiated CRL1506 cells as feeder cells could markedly promote the growth and antibody produotion of the human B lymphoblastoid cells at low cell density. It was shown that conditioned media contained a high level of interleukin 6(IL-6) .These results would be very useful for human monoclonal antibody technique including improving human B lymphoblastoid cell growth at low cell density and enhancing cloning efficiency andantibody production.
3.THE CHANGE IN VESTIBULAR FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH PARKINSON'S DISEASE AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
To study the changes in vestibular function in Parkinson's disease patients, and its significance, eletronystagmography (ENG) was used to examine 54 patients with Parkinson's disease, and also 20 hea thy elderly subjects. The results of vestibular function tests including sensory organization test, nystagmus test, cold caloric test and positional test of these two groups were recorded for statisticed analysis. It was found that the rate of vestibular dysfunction in Parkinson's disease patients were 81 4%, and that of the controls 30%. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(5):35-37,65
The characteristics of master dissertation topics in medical library and information science and their se-lection methods were analyzed with the dissertations published since 2004 as the study object. The challenges and development trend in training of qualified personnel of medical library and information science were summarized , which may provide certain evidence for the training of masters in medical library and information science .
5.Current Development of Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) Technique.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(2):108-112
Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) is an improved and optimizing nuclear medicine breast imaging technique on the basis of traditional gamma camera. It uses a high resolution, small field-of-view scintilla detector. The detector is designed with 3 073 individual detector crystals and 48 position-sensitive photomultiplier tubes. The FOV of detector is 15 cm x 20 cm, and optimal system resolution for breast imaging is 3 mm, can detect the diameter of only 2-3 mm small lesions. BSGI has better sensitivity in detecting subcentimetre or nonpalpable breast cancer. The sensitivity for the diagnosis of breast cancer is high, not influenced by the density of the breast tissue, implants, architectural distortion-or scars from prior surgery or radiation. So it is called a high resolution, small field-of-view breast-specific gamma camera.

6.Analysis on the community elder care in Bao'an district of Shenzhen
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2008;7(6):401-403
The status of health care for elderly in 110 community health service (CHS) centers of Bao'an District was surveyed.Data were collected from directors, health care managers and health workers in CHS centers by questionnaire. The results showed that the establishment of health file was satisfactory.but the management of health file needed to be strengthened, particularly for those required special care. The nutritional and psychological counseling should be specially focused.
7.Progress of carbon monoxide and inflammation
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(4):257-259
Carbon monoxide(CO)has a significant anti-inflammatory action.Carbon monoxide releasing molecule(CORM),as a new donor of CO,is used widely in biological study. The article reviewed the antiinflammatory action of CO and the progress of CORM.
8.Clinical testing for tissue engineering blood vessel
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(4):276-278
To seek the ideal replacing grafts of blood vessel, many different methods of tissue engineering blood vessel(TEBV)have been created, such as collagen gel-based,biodegradable scaffold-based,self-assembled vascular grafts, and peritoneal and pleural cavities as bioreactors to grow autologous vascular grafts, etc. Some TEBVs have partially or completely met the requirements for clinic, even have applied in clinic. In this article reviewed, the models with better characters in big animals and clinical tests, and discussed the current problems of TEBV and looked forward to future clinical application.
9.Attach importance to combined therapy for pancreatic cancer
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2009;8(4):244-246
Pancreatic cancer is a common malignancy of gastrointestinal system, with features of early metastasis, easy invasion to adjacent tissues and organs and neural metastasis. Therapies include surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, physi-cal and biological therapy and so on. Surgical management, including radical resection and palliative operation, is a major approach. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy could improve the resectional rate and decrease the tumor dissemination. Physical and biological therapies are widely recommended, and there is a rapid progress in zoopery. However, the efficacy of all the thera-pies is far from satisfactory. Recently, the therapy consisting of surgical resection, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, physical and biological therapy in increasing the long-term survival rate and improving the life quality of patients, along with combined thera-py has attracted the attention of surgeons.
10.Superficial siderosis of the center nervous system
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(4):309-311
Superficial siderosis of the central nervous system is a seldom disease in clinical practice. Its most common clinical manifestations are hearing loss and ataxia. It is a hemosiderin deposition in the surface of the brain and spinal cord after chronic subarachnoid hemorrhage. Magnetic resonance imaging can make the diagnosis. However, further research and clinical verification are needed.
