1.HBV-DNA Detection in HBsAg Negative Blood Donors and Its Clinical Significance

OBJECTIVE Through detecting hepatitis B virus markers and hepatitis B virus DNA,to probe into the significance of HBV-DNA detection in HBsAg negative blood donors for blood transfusion safety.METHODS ELISA was used for detecting hepatitis B virus markers,and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR assay was introduced for measuring HBV-DNA.RESULTS Totally 1 698 samples from HBsAg negative blood donors were examined,the positive rate of HBV-DNA was 2.71%.The rate of the HBsAb positive and HBcAb positive group,the HBsAb positive,HBeAb positive and HBcAb positive group,the HBcAb positive group,the HBeAb positive and HBcAb positive group,the HBsAb positive group and the all hepatitis B virus markers negative group were 5.71%,3.60%,6.60%,2.77%,38.48% and 46.94%,respectively.The positive rate of HBV-DNA in these groups were 7.22%,8.20%,4.46%,8.51%,1.21% and 2.26%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS It′s very important for blood transfusion safety to detect HBV-DNA in HBsAg negative blood donors.The more economic,reasonable and effective detecting method should be developed for blood transfusion safety.
2.Factors influencing the differentiation of dopaminergic neuron in vivo and in vitro

Parkinson’s disease is resulted from the progressive degeneration and from the loss of dopaminergic neurons in Substantia Nigra. Current researches focuson the optimum conditions in vivo and in vitro associating the differentiation as well as survival of dopaminergic neurons,in order to get sufficient dopaminergic neurons for cell-replacement therapy in Parkinson’s disease. This paper reviewed influential factors of neural stem cells differentiate into dopaminergic neurons in vivo and in vitro.
3.Discussion on direct digital dual energy subtraction radiography and clinical application value

Objective To introduce direct digital dual energy subtraction radiography and explore it's clinical application.Methods The cases acquired separately by direct digital conventional radiography and direct digital dual energy subtraction radiography were compared.Results The detection rate,sensitivity and accuracy of calcifications in lungs,pulmonary nodules,stones in urinary system,calcifications of coronary artery and cardiovalvular were improved by using direct digital dual energy subtraction radiography.Conclusion Direct digital dual energy subtraction radiography is more valuable in clinical applications.

5.Comparative study of EF and kidney-tonifying recipes on regulatory effect of T lymphocytes apoptosis genes in Corticosterone-treated rats

Objective:To compare the regulatory effect of EF and two Kidney-tonifying recipes as well as Spleen-invigorating recipe on expression of T lymphocytes apoptosis related genes in Corticosterone-treated rats.Methods:To quantify and compare the T lymphocytes apoptosis percentage and the expression the pro-apoptotic and anti-apoptotic genes related to T cell apoptosis in every experimental groups using TUNEL method and flow cytometry assay, as well as the fluorescence real time PCR technology.Results:The percentage of T cell apoptosis and the expression of apoptosis related genes were significantly regulated by EF and two Kidney-tonifying recipes, while the Spleen-invigorating recipe had no significant effect with respect to these parameters.Conclusion:EF can be used to represent the effect of Kidney-tonifying recipes in antagonizing the inhibiting effect of exo-corticosterone with respect to T lymphocytes.

7.Tissue-engineered nerve conduits with internal structure in the repair of peripheral nerve defects

BACKGROUND: To enhance peripheral nerve regeneration, the focus on the development of nerve conduits has been shifted from conventional conduits without internal structure to novel conduits with internal stuucture.Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of the internal structure of nerve conduits is necessary.OBJECTIVE: To review the application of tissue-engineered nerve conduits with internal structure in nerve regeneration.METHODS: A computer-based research of CNKI, WanFang, SinoMed and PubMed databases was performed to retrieve relevant literatures about the tissue-engineered nerve conduits with internal structure published from January 2009 to December 2015, using the keywords of nerve conduit/conduits/scaffolds/scaffold/channel/channels, internal scaffolds/scaffold, nerve regeneration/repair, hydrogel, acellularized/decellularized nerve in Chinese and English,respectively. Forty-seven eligible literatures were included for overview.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The novel nerve conduits with internal structure have many advantages over conventional conduits without internal structure, which can support, guide, promote peripheral nerve regeneration and functional recovery, especially, when modified with seed cells, neurotrophic factors or extracellular matrix, can achieve more effective results comparable to autologous nerve grafts.
8.Simultaneous Determination of Phenobarbital, Phenytoin and Carbamazepine in Serum by RP - HPLC

OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP - HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the concentrations of phe-nobarbital, phenytoin and carbamazepine in serum.METHODS: Phenobarbital, phenytoin and carbamazepine were extracted from serum with CH2Cl2 and analysed using C18 column with mobile phase consisting of methanol - water(57 : 43); the column temperature was 30℃ ; the detecting wavelength was 254nm and the flow rate was 0.8ml/ min.RESULTS: The calibrating curves of phanobarbital, phenytoin and carbamazepine were linear in the ranges of 2.5 - 40, 2.5-40 and 1.25-20?g/ ml respectively .The within- day and between- day RSDs were less than 10% (n = 5) .CONCLUSION : This method is simple and reliable and suitable for phenobarbital,phanytoin and carbamazepine monitoring.
9.Experimental Study on the Apoptosis of HepG_2 Cells Induced by Acivicin or/and Cisplatin

OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of Acivicin or/and cisplatin on the apoptpsis of HepG2 and expression of Bcl-2,c-myc and p53.METHODS:Acivicin and cisplatin were used to treat cultured HepG2 cell line separately or in combination.The cytotoxicity was measured by MTT assay,the apoptosis by TUNEL assay and relevant regulator genes by immunohistochemical SP method.RESULTS:Acivicin in concentrations of 0.28,0.56,0.84,1.12 and 1.40mmol/L,the apoptosis rates of HepG2 were (3?1.25)%,(3.7?2.0)%,(10?1.25)%,(17.4?4.5)%and (16.9?3.5)%respectively.Acivicin in concentration of 1.4mmol/L,the apoptosis rates at 24,48 and 72h were(16.9?3.5)%,(27.9?4.3)%and (47.2?3.0)%respectively,which was significantly different from control group.The apoptosis rate of HepG2 induced by cisplatin(67?mol/L)was (73.4?1.5)%at 24h.The apoptosis rate of HepG2 induced by Acivicin(1.4mmol/L)plus cisplatin(67?mol/L)was(94.7?0.5)%at 24h,which was markedly higher than those induced by Acivicin or cisplatin alone.The expressions of Bcl-2,c-myc and p53 in all groups were increased comparing with those in control group.CONCLUSION:This study indicates that the apoptosis of HepG2 induced by Acivicin was in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner.When Acivicin and CDDP used simultaneously,the effect of CDDP on HepG2 apoptosis was enhanced greatly.
10.Suggestions and Analysis on the Status Quo of Chinese Prescription-checking Pharmacists

OBJECTIVE:To cultivate qualified prescription-checking pharmacists and to ensure patients'rational drug use. METHODS:The status quo of prescription-checking pharmacists in China was analyzed and some concrete suggestions on how to cultivate qualified prescription-checking pharmacists were made.RESULTS:The phenomena of low educational level and low professional title,lack of professional knowledge and medical knowledge,lack of staff members were widespread in today's Chinese prescription-checking pharmacist professionals.CONCLUSION:The rational drug use can only be realized through being fully aware of the importance of prescription-checking pharmacists,enhancing whose admittance qualifications,working out professional standards for whom,clearly defining their responsibilities,strengthening their cultivation and increasing their numbers.
