Inspect the anchorage molars with band and the anchorage molars with buccal tube with dental plaque index and gum in- dex and then statistically process the objective data obtained. The results show that both wearing band and wearing buccal tube lead to dental plaque. The influence is less worse on the the anchorage molars with buccal tube.
3.The Importance of Well Communication for Maintenance Treatment in Complete Periodontal Treatment Plan
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(11):-
Objective To evaluate the reason why patients can not continue or complete the periodontal treatment stage of maintenance. Methods To communicate well with 136 patients who were diagnosed periodontitis to know why they can not continue or complete the periodontal treatment stage of maintenance. Results How deep the patients know about the importance of the stage of maintenance is the main reason to stop them continue or complete the stage of maintenance therapy. Conclusions To communicate well with periodontal patients can make them know much about periodontitis and they can complete periodontal treatment plan better.

Objective To evaluate the result of appliance of Periocline treating acute topical type periocornitis of wisdom tooth with clinical observation examination. Methods 127 cases that were clinical diagnosed acute topical type periocornitis of wisdom tooth was randomly assigned of two groups, treatment group with Periocline after rising. The contrast group with iodoglycerin after rinsing. Results The curative effect with Periocline was obviously better than that in the contrast group. The efficacy was significantly(P
5.Treatment of septum pellucidum cysts by CT-guided puncture and cystoperitoneal shunt: Report of 12 cases
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(11):-
Objective To explore the feasibility of CT-guided puncture and cystoperitoneal shunt in the treatment of septum pellucidum cysts. Methods Twelve patients with symptomatic septum pellucidum cysts were treated by CT-guided puncture and cystoperitoneal shunt. There were 8 patients with accompanying hydrocephalus. Before operation, routine coronal CT scans were carried out to determine the relationship between the center of the cyst and the baseline. Results Symptoms of headache and dizziness disappeared in all the 12 patients. No recurrence of epileptic attack was found in 3 patients with epileptic history.Clear consciousnesss was observed in 2 patients with loss of consciousnesss. All the 12 patients were followed for 2~36 months(mean,11 months).Postoperative CT and MRI examinations showed that the cyst disappeared in 10 patients and decreased in size in 2 patients(the maximum diameter decreased by 3~18 mm,with a mean of 12.6 mm).The enlarged ventricle in 8 patients with hydrocephalus was 30% or more smaller than that before operation. All the patients were discharged from hospital without any complications. Conclusions CT-guided puncture and cystoperitoneal shunt in the treatment of symptomatic sepeum pellucidum cysts is feasible and it has advantages of minimally invasion, simple to perform, less complications.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2008;29(5):416-417
Objective To investigate the change of serum prealbumin (PA) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in burn patients and its clinical significance. Methods Sixty eight cases of burn patients were divided into two groups, group Ⅰ [n=38,with total burn surface area less than 15% of total body surface area (TBSA)] and groupⅡ(n=30,with total burn surface area more than 50% of TBSA). Thirty healthy people were set as healthy control group. Particle enhanced immunoturbidimetic assay was applied to detecting the serum levels of PA and CRP for all subjects on the day 1 after burns. Results The CRP level was much higher and serum level of PA was much lower in group Ⅱ than that of group Ⅰ,respectively. There existed significant negative correlation between PA and CRP level. Conclusion The level of serum PA decreases significantly along with total burn surface area expansion. PA can be used as a sensitive marker for estimation of inflammation degree after burns.

China Pharmacist 2016;19(5):902-903,913
Objective:To study how to guide the individual dose of clopidogrel in line with the genetic testing results. Methods:Clinical pharmacists decided how to optimize the prescription of clopidogrel according to the genotype combined with the drug metabolism and drug interactions for three patients respectively with slow clopidogrel metabolism, intermediary metabolism and super fast metabolism. Results:The slow clopidogrel metabolism patient with subacute stent thrombosis after half a month of coronary stenting was switched to orally administrate with ticagrelor. The super fast metabolism patient suffered from repeatedly subcutaneous hemorrhage with antiplatelet therapy was suggested to lower the dose of clopidogrel, temporarily withdraw Maixuekang capsules and conventionally administrate with vitamin C tablets orally. The intermediary metabolism patient with late stent thrombosis co-treated with lansoprazole was suggested to increase the dose of clopidogrel or use ticagrelor instead, and when it was necessary, panxitorazole, ray Bella or the other ranitidine acid suppression drugs such as ranitidine could be considered. Conclusion:Through genetic testing and drug interactions, clinical pharmacists guide the clinical use of clopidogrel and the optimization of antiplatelet therapy.

To develop a new-type portable composite emergency treatment device with multi functions to e-liminate the deficiencies of the existing emergency treatment devices. Mechanics calculation and intensity analy-sis were involved in the design of the device by analyzing the characteristics of pre-hospital first aid in the primary med-ical facilities and the allocation of conventional medicine and materials. The device adopted a chest-like structure with some versatile truckles at the corners of the bottom, which could be transformed into the emergency materials storage chest, emergency trolley, emergency bed, worktable or stretcher. The device was versatile, mobile and convenient, and could be used for CPR, simple operation, transfusion and etc. The device can be employed for emergen-cy treatment of battle injury at war time, pre-hospital first aid at peace time or emergency support in the responses to the emergencies.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(16):1045-1048
Objective:To evaluate the predictive value of pretreatment platelet-to-lymphocyte ratios (PLRs) in response to neoad-juvant chemotherapy and prognostic outcome in patients with International Federation of Gynecologists and Obstetricians (FIGO) Stag-es IB2-IIB cervical cancer. Methods:An investigation was conducted from January 2010 to December 2012 on 75 patients with FIGO Stages IB2-IIB cervical cancer, who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radical surgery in Changhai Hospital, Shanghai. A re-ceiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to determine the best PLR cut-off value in predicting the response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The relationships between the pretreatment variables and the response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy were assessed in univariate and multivariate settings. The overall three-year survival rates were analyzed using the log-rank test and Cox regression mod-el. Results:The response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy was associated with PLR. At the threshold of 123.0, the PLR was 88.5%sensi-tive and 52.2%specific. Multivariate analysis showed that the low independent PLR predicted the response to neoadjuvant chemothera-py well. Based on the log-rank test, the three-year survival rate was lower in patients with PLR >123.0 than those with PLR <123.0 (59.8%vs. 82.4%), but no statistically significant differences were observed between them (P=0.116). Mono-factorial analysis showed that vascular invasion (a tumor that is>4 cm in diameter) and lymph node metastasis influenced the three-year survival rate. In the Cox regression model, only the lymph node metastasis was identified as an independent risk factor for poor prognosis (RR:5.375;95%CI:1.351-21.379; P=0.017). Conclusion: Pretreatment PLR is an easily measured, reproducible, and inexpensive marker of systemic in-flammation and thus shows a prognostic and independent predictive value for the response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in cervical can-cer. However, pretreatment PLR is not a clinically significant factor for the assessment of cervical cancer prognosis.
