ObjectiveTo study the value of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1),B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels detection on assessment of illness in patients with congestive heart failure.MethodsSixty-three patients with congestive heart failure were involved in this study.The levels of serum sICAM-1,BNP and CRP were compared in patients with different NYHA cardiac function classification before and after treatment.ResultsThe levels of serum sICAM-1,BNP and CRP in NYHA cardiac function classification ≥ Ⅲ grade patients were significantly higher than those in NYHA cardiac function classification ＜ Ⅲ grade patients[ (392.6 ± 73.3) μ g/L vs.(212.6 ± 83.4) μ g/L,( 1992.5 ±1173.7) ng/L vs.(512.6 ± 283.2) ng/L,(49.3 ± 33.5 ) mg/L vs.(6.1 ± 3.6) mg/L] (P ＜ 0.01 ).The levels of serum sICAM-1,BNP and CRP after treatment were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment [ ( 168.9 ± 52.5) μ g/L vs.(362.8 ± 123.1 ) μ g/L,(68.6 ± 38.4) ng/L vs.(1470.9± 1460.1) ng/L,(3.6±2.8) mg/L vs.(34.1 ±29.8) mg/L] (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Serum sICAM-1,BNP and CRP levels are positively related with illness,and serum sICAM-1,BNP and CRP levels may be judged as an index assessing treatment effect and prognosis.

Mesenchymal stem cells belong to multipotential stem cells, which is easy to isolate and culture. Many researchers have been exploring various ways to induce bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into muscle cells. MSCs were induced into muscle cells by using biochemical and biomechanics approaches. These muscle cells could be used for such clinical applications, as treatment for ischemic cardiomyopathy and post-traumatic repair for muscular tissue. Objective To investigate the changes of systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,oculocardiac reflex(OCR) and vision of patients suffering from cardiovascular disease when they applied phacoemulsification.Methods Totally 168 cases(182 eyes) who had underwent phacoemulsification were analyzed in random selection.Of all the cases,97(106 eyes) were combined with cardiovascular disease,the others were without any general disease.The changes of blood pressure,OCR,ECG and vision were observed in two groups.Results Compared with preoperative period,the mean systolic blood pressure increased significantly during operation,but the differences of diastolic pressure,OCR,ECG and vision were not significant between the two groups.Conclusion The safety and reliability of the surgery depend on reasonable medication,careful surgical procedure and monitoring for the patients with cardiovascular disease in the peri-operation period.

Objective The curative effect comparison of circumcision suture surgery and surgery foreskin cerclage ring.Methods Selection in our department from July 2013 to October 2016 were selected from children with phimosis or re-dundant prepuce in children with a total of 562 cases as the research object , randomly divided into control group (182 cases) and observation group (380 cases).The observation group using disposable circumcision suture treatment , the control group using prepuce ring resection in the treatment of patients , observe the operation effect , two postoperative pain and complica-tions.Results The observation group operation success rate ( 100%) was significantly higher than the control group (94.09%), observation group operation time , intraoperative bleeding volume , postoperative 24h pain scores were signifi-cantly less than the control group , the adverse reaction rate of observation group ( 6.32%) was significantly lower than the control group (11.54%),the differences between groups were significantly P<0.05.Conclusion Ircumcision surgery su-ture is better than that of ring foreskin cerclage surgery , more safe and reliable .

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of acitretin combined with total glucosides of peony for patients with psoriasis.Methods Clinical controlled trials that compared acitretin with combination therapy of acitretin and total glucosides of peony for patients with psoriasis were searched in the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase and so on(from establishment to October 2016).All extractive data analysis was performed by Review Manage version 5.3 after the data was extracted and the quality was assessed according to the inclusion criteria.Results A total of 8 articles were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate[OR=3.15,95％CI(2.04,4.86),P<0.01] and the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score[WMD=-2.05,95％CI(-2.74,-1.36),P<0.05] of treatment group were better than those of control group.The incidence rates of cheilosis,dryness of eye,dryness and itch of skin,dysfunction of liver,and hyperlipemia in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).However,the incidence of rhinorrhagia was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acitretin combined with total glucosides of peony for patients with psoriasis can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction.
