1.Design, synthesis and biological evaluation of the novel trehalose derivatives.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(6):725-732
Using brartemicin as the leading compound, fifteen novel trehalose derivatives were designed and synthesized, and the structures were determined by 11H NMR, MS and element analysis. Inhibitory effects of the target compounds on the proliferation of A549, HepG2 and HUVEC cells were detectec by MTT assay. The abilities of adhesion, invasion and migration of A549 and HepG2 cells inhibited by the synthesized compounds were evaluated through Matrigel experiment and Transwell assay. The results showed that, the target compounds had no significant cytotoxicity (compared with the control, P>0.05) to A549, HepG2 and HUVEC cells at the dose range of 1-32 µmol.L-1. At the above dose range, the inhibitory effects of A549 cells adhesion, invasion and migration and HepG2 cells adhesion and invasion by compounds 79 and 82 are better than brartemicin.

3.Perioperative Use of Antibacterials in Patients with Caesarean Section:Analysis of 360 Cases
China Pharmacy 2005;0(14):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the preventive use of antibacterials in patients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital.METHODS:A total of 360 medical records of patients undergoing cesarean section were randomly sampled in 2006(30 cases per month)for an analysis of the correlation between choice of antibacterials, combination rate and course of treatment etc and curative effects.RESULTS:Of the 360 cases,86.8% used second and third generation cephalosporins,6.3% fourth generation cephalosporin(cefepime),3.8% cephradine.CONCLUSION:No positive correlation was noted between choice of antibacterials and course of treatment and the curative effects in the prevention of postoperative infection.
4.Comparison of APACHE Ⅱand APACHE Ⅲ Prognostic System in Estimating Risk of Hospital Mortality of Critical Patients in Abdominal Surgery
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2004;0(01):-
Objective To compare the reliability of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ (APACHE Ⅱ) and APACHE Ⅲ to estimate mortality of critical patients in abdominal surgery. Methods Two hundred and sixty-one critical patients in abdominal surgery were included in this study. The clinical data of the first day in ICU were collected and evaluated with both APACHE Ⅱand APACHE Ⅲ prognostic systems and statistical analysis were performed. Probability of survival (Ps) was compared with actual mortality. Results The scores of APACHE Ⅱ and APACHE Ⅲ of death group were significantly higher than those of survival group respectively (P
5.Regulatory effects of hippocampus extracts on PI4-K activity
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(11):-
Objective The hippocampus has been used in Chinese medicine for a long time.Although it has the anti-decrepitude,anti-fatigue and anti-tumor effect, the molecular mechanism is not yet known.PI4-K,the first protein kinase in the PI pathway, should be the target molecular for drug screening. Methods We prepared antigen protein IOV-PI4-K through inside-out ghost, then the antibody-antigen reaction between IOV-PI4-K and its antibody A6D was tested by ELISA.Results Two different function groups, which could increase or decrease the binding affinity of PI4-K to its antibody, were screened out from the extracts of hippocampus. This fact indicated that there might be two different components to up-regulate or down-regulate the activity of PI4-K respectively. Conclusion Derivatives of the components could be developed into anti-tumor or anti-decrepitude drugs.Meanwhile,a new way for performing drug screen through ELISA was established.
6.Prevention and treatment of urethral stricture after hypospadias repair in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(11):805-807
Urethral stricture is one of the common complications after hypospadias repair, and it is related with the blood supply of materials used in urethra formation. The more severe and proximal hypospadias is,the higher possibility of stricture is.The patients with urethral stricture have the symptoms of stranguria and urinary retention, and they usually need re-surgery.The repair with well vascularized flap can decrease the occurrence of urethral stricture after hypospadias repair.
8.Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome postoperative immune function influence.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2012;26(7):333-336
Sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome is a common respiratory tract obstructive disease in children, which often affects children's mental and physical development. For repeated tonsil inflammation and nocturnal sleep apnea in children with OSAHS, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy is the most effective treatment. But children's postoperative immune function remain in dispute, this review focuses on immunologic function change and influence in the OSAHS children after tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, according to the existing research results can be confirmed. The immune parameters in OSAHS children who had tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy will vary differently after a short period of several, considering these manifestations are the stress response after operation, and its long-term immune parameters can recover to the normal level. Thus, the postoperative immune function of OSAHS with tonsillitis in children after the adenoid and tonsil resection has no negative effects, providing theory basis for clinician's treatment for clinicians to parents of children with answers to questions provide the theory basis.

9.Application of titanium rigid internal fixation in jaw bone fraction:26 case report
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(3):229-230
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of titanium plate osteosynthesis in jaw bone fracture.Methods26 cases were treated with titanium plate, and the function of recovery were analyzed.ResultsAfter operation, the patients recovered in phase Ⅰ except one who was malocclusion, periodontium and temporomandibular were affected rarely. It did not limited mouth open; the time of functional recovery was very short.ConclusionThe effect of titanium rigid internal fixation shows well.
10.Effects of gender on median effective target plasma concentration of propofol inhibiting responses to laryngeal mask airway insertion
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2013;33(10):1226-1228
Objective To evaluate the effects of gender on the median effective target plasma concentration (EC50) of propofol inhibiting responses to laryngeal mask airway (LMA) insertion in patients. Methods Fiftyfive ASA physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients, aged 20-60 yr,with body mass index 18-25 kg/m2,requiring LAM insertion, undergoing elective surgery, were divided into 2 groups according to the gender:male group (group M,n =27) and female group (group F,n =28).Propofol was given by target-controlled infusion.Anesthesia was induced with target-controlled infusion of propofol. The concentration of propofol was determined by using modified Dixon's up-and-down method. The initial target plasma concentration of propofol was 3.0 μg/ml (group M) or 2.7μg/ml (group F) and the ratio between the 2 successive concentrations was 1.1.Fentanyl 1 μg/kg was injected intravenously at about 10 min of propofol target-controlled infusion.LMA was inserted after the effect-site and plasma concentrations were balanced. The positive response to LMA insertion was defined as development of swallowing, coughing, biting LMA,body movement and laryngospasm during insertion. When the response to LMA insertion was positive, the concentration of propofol was increased in the next patient and when the response was negative, the concentration was decreased in the next patient. The EC50 and 95 % confidence interval of propofol inhibiting responses to LMA insertion were calculated. Results The EC50 (95 % confidence interval) of propofol was 3.11 (2.92-3.30) μg/ml in group F and 2.70 (2.55-2.85) μg/ml in group M (/ < 0.05).Conclusion The EC50 of propofol inhibiting responses to LMA insertion is higher in female patients than in male patients.
