2.The long-term care insurance in Japan:Experience and enlightenment
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2016;9(2):17-21
Japan’s long-term care insurance takes grassroots governments as its insurer and the elderly and part of the non-elderly as its insured; The costs is shared by government、society和individual, and is, payed through isti-tutions, communities and hothes. Since its establishment, its security level has been increasing, the role of preven-tion has been rising, the status of community-based and home-based has been highlighting, and the cooperation a-mong relevant industry has been strengthening. But at the same time, its costs was soaring during the past decade, and the continued development of the system is facing transformation pressure now. Take this as a warning, the devel-opment of long-term care in China should learn its strong points, but also try to avoid its shortcomings.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(1):41-43
Objective To study the correlation between blood lactic acid level and PCIS scroing system. To study the relationship between dynamic lactic acid monitoring indexes and prognosis of critical patients. Methods Differences of mortality, incidence of MODS and shock,PCIS score between two groups were compared. The patients were divided into 3 groups by PCIS score to compare pathogenetic conditions prognosis, then to study the were divided into death group and survival group by the hospital prognosis. Differences of their lactic indexes and other clinical indicators which reflected organ/system status were compared, prognostic-significant lactic indexes were selected by mu fti-variable logistic analysis. Results Patients with elevated lactic acid level had more incidence of shock and MODS, higher PCIS scores and higher mortality, the differences had statistical significance compared with the normal lactic acid group. There were significant linear correlation between ICU lactic acid level, peak lactic acid level and PCIS scores respectively. For the patients with elevated lactic acid level, peak lactic acid level, 12h lactic clearance had significant correlation with prognosis. Conclusion PCIS scoring system had a significant linear correlation with lactic acid level. For the patients with elevated lactic acid level, peak lactic acid level,12h lactic clearance were good indicators to evaluate patients' prognosis.
4.Application of perfusion imaging in moyamoya disease
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2013;(2):117-121
Moyamoya disease is an uncommon chronic progressive occlusive cerebrovascular disease. It is mainly involved in the terminal internal carotid artery and the proximal portions of the anterior cerebral and middle cerebral arteries.Normally, there are differences between the conventional angiographic findings and the clinical manifestations and outcomes in moyamoya disease, while the perfusion imaging can provide important hemodynamic information.Currently,CT perfusion imaging and magnetic resonance perfusion imaging have been widely used in clinical practice. This article reviews the application of the two imaging techniques in moyamoya disease.

6.Influence of applying food composition table and foodstuff substitution method on nutritional status in patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing peritoneal dialysis treatment
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(14):13-15
Objective To study the effect of applying food composition table and foodstuff substitution method on nutritional status in patients with diabetic nephropathy and undergoing peritoneal dialysis. Methods Forty patients with diabetic nephropathy, treated with peritoneal dialysis for over three months was included in this study.Under the guidance of the food composition table and foodstuff substitution method for six months, nutritional status was compared before and after treatment. Results There was a significant difference in HGS,triceps skin foId thickness(TSF),mid-arm circumference(MAC),midarm muscle circumference(MAMC),Hb,albumin(Alb),serum crcatinine after 6 mortths of intervention compared with those before intervention. Conclusions Food composition table and foodstuff substitution method can obviously impwve the nutritional status for patients with diabetic nephwpathy undergoing peritoneal dialysis and increase the patients'diet compliance as well.
7.Progress in diagnosis and treatment of anastomotic leakage after anterior resection of rectal cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2014;41(1):46-51
Anastomotic leakage was one of the severe complications after anterior resection of rectal cancer. Its occurrenc was correlated with age, weight and nutrtion, basic diseases, preoperative radio-chemotherapy,surgical technique and stage of the tumor.Anastomotic leakage could be diagnosed by symptoms, physical signs, drainagefluid and imaging examinations. Most of the anastomotic leakage could be cured non-operatively.Much attention should be pay on the prevention of anastomotic leakage, protective stomy should be made in high risk population, while the complications of protective stomy should be pay attention to.
8.Comparative study on two types of digestive reconstruction after total gastrectomy in patients with gastric carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(10):1647-1648
Objective To compare two types of digestive reconstruction and postoperative complications after total gastrectomy in patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy and P-type Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy were performed in 50 patients with gastric carcinoma after total gastrectomy. The operating time and postoperative complications were observed. Results The gastrointestinal symptoms for Roux-en-Y esophagojeju-nostomy and P-type Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy serve as : diarrhea ( 11.8% and 12.1% ), dumping syndrome (3.9% and 3.3% ) and reflux esophagitis(5.9% and 6.0% ) ,the incidence of the difference was not significant ( than,P>0.05 ). The postoperative complications in P-type Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy( 13.1% ) slightly higher that Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy( 11.1% ) ,but the difference was not significant( P>0.05 ). Roux-en-Y esoph-agojejunostomy average operative time(3.1±0.3)h was significantly reduced than P-type Roux-en-Y esophagojeju-nostomy(3.7±0.2)h(t=3.35,P<0.05). Conclusion Roux-en-Y esephagojejunostomy and P-type Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy is a suitable type after total gastrectomy for patients with gastric carcinoma, but the former opera-tive time was shorter.

10.Asymmetric dimethylarginine and neonatal-related diseases
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(4):399-402
Asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA) is an endogenous inhibitor of nitric oxide synthases(NOS),which is a risk marker of cardiovascular endothelial dysfunction.Recent studies found that ADMA was a predictor not only for acute cardiovascular disease, but also for critical illness and mortality.Studies have found that exogenous ADMA altered lung function and induced apoptosis in animal experiments and vitro experiments. The levels of plasma ADMA significantly increased in children with hypoxia,PPHN,brain damage, and preterm infants who required mechanical ventilation.ADMA could be a independent risk factor to predict neonatal complications and death.
