Studies have shown that the compliance of secondary prevention of ischemic stroke is not ideal. Among the factors that impact the compliance of secondary prevention, the correlation of the gender, age or disease severity has no clear conclusion. However, the married, the higher proportion of medical reimbursement, a better understanding of the disease, early intervention, the doctor's degree of attention, and a good doctor-patient relationship may improve the compliance of secondary prevention of ischemic stroke.

Objective To explore the mechanism of personality between attachment and defense style in college students. Methods 291 students were surveyed with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-R Short Scale (EPQ-RSC, Chinese Adaptation), Experience of Close Relationship Inventory(ECR, Chinese Adaptation) and Defense Style Questionnaire ( DSQ). Results ①Unmature defense style had significant positive correlations with anxiety, avoidance, neurotism and psychoticism(r = 0. 19,0.45,0.51,0. 19, P<0.01) ,and had significant negative correlation with extroversion(r= -0. 25, P<0. 01 ) . ②Extroversion acled as part meditator between attachment and unmature defense style. ③Neurotism served as part meditator between anxiety and unmature defense style. Conclusion Attachment is a remarkable predictor of unmature defense style and has indirect influence on it through neurotism and psychoticism.

This study was aimed to select the best microwave extraction craft conditions of polysaccharide from Radix platycodonis. The composite scores of polysaccharide content and yield rate were used as evaluation indexes. By ex-amining the impact of microwave power, microwave time, extraction times and solid-liquid ratio on crafts, the best craft conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. The orthogonal test showed that when the microwave power was 1800 W, microwave time was 8 min, extraction times were 3, solid-liquid ratio was 1:15, the composite scores were the highest and the extraction craft conditions were the best. It was concluded that the crafts are efficient and stable. It had laid a foundation for the further study on polysaccharide from R adix p latyc odonis .

Objective To investigate the relationship between Post stroke depression (PSD) and Post stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) using proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Methods 82 patients of acute stroke,which were met with the third edition of the Chinese Classification of Mental Disorders (CCMD-Ⅲ) and expert consensus of cognitive impairment since January 2012 to December 2012,Select continuously 82 patients who are hospitalized in our hospital due to acute stroke from January 2012 to December 2012 from Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University,were examined by 1H-MRS in one month.They were divided into PSD and PSCI simultaneously (n =19),PSD (n =21),PSCI (n =22) and control group (n =20).Results The differences between PSD and PSCI was not significant.On hippocampus japonicas,the Cho/Cr ratio in patients of A group (left (1.05 ± 0.10),right(1.18 ± 0.15)),showed higher than those in B group (left (0.84 ± 0.10),right (0.88 ± 0.08)),C group (left(0.88 ±0.08),right (0.87 ±0.07)),D group(left(0.87 ±0.06),right(0.89 ±0.06)).The difference was statistically significant.PSD and PSCI promoted each other in influencing Cho/Cr ratio.Conclusion There is no significant relationship between PSD and PSCI in the produce of disease,and they can promote each other in hippocampus japonicas Cho/Cr ratio.

Objective To study the ego identity,mental health and their relationship among students in athletes.Methods 110 students in athletes and 122 athletes in students were measured with identity status scale and athletes' symptom checklist.Results ①Students in athletes have higher "present serf-commitment" (5.09±1.07)and lower "crisis in the past"(2.19±1.12)than athletes in students.The two demonstrate the obvious difference on the distribution of identity status.The percentage of students in athletes obtaining A is lower than that of athletes in students ,while the percentage of students in athletes obtaining D and MD is higher. ②Comparing with the norm,students in athletes have higher level on the factors of sematizafion (1.98±0.42),compulsion (2.21±0.51),interpersonal sensitivity(2.09±0.53),depression (1.85±0.53),anxiety ( 2.47 ～0.58 ),paranoid (1.98±0.21),psychoticism (1.79±0.22) and total average marks (2.00±0.34),lower level on the factors of hostility (1.43±0.48)and cognitive(1.64±0.31). ③Three domains of ego identity exit obvious negative correlation with the sores of psychological symptoms.ANOVA confined that the more advanced ego identity is,the better mental health is.Conclusion Ego identity and mental health of students in athletes have their own features,and ego i-dentity will influence mental health.

This study was aimed to investigate the anti-inflammatory, diuretic effect and acute toxicity of Herb of Lanceolate Sedge. The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, which were the physiological saline group, aspirin group (0.05 g·kg-1), high dose (HD), middle dose (MD) and low dose (LD) of water extract of Herb of Lanceolate Sedge (10, 5, 2.5 g crude drug per kg) group. Intragastric administration of medication was given to mice once a day for 3 days. Auricular swelling induced by dimethyl benzene was used in the model establishment to calculate the swollen ear degree and the swollen inhibiting rate. And rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, which were the physiological saline group, aspirin group (0.05 g·kg-1), high dose (HD), middle dose (MD) and low dose (LD) of wa-ter extract of Herb of Lanceolate Sedge (10, 5, 2.5 g crude drug per kg) group. Intragastric administration of medi-cation was given to rats once a day for 5 days. Carrageenan induced paw edema was used in the model establishment to calculate the paw swollen rate. And rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, which were the physiological saline group, Furosemide tablets group (0.01 g·kg-1), high dose (HD), middle dose (MD) and low dose (LD) of water extract of Herb of Lanceolate Sedge (10, 5, 2.5 g crude drug per kg) group. Intragastric administration of medication was giv-en to rats once a day for 5 days. Water-loaded was used in the model establishment to calculate the 5-hour urine amount. The maximum tolerance dose (MTD) was used in the determination of the acute toxicity. The results showed that the three groups of HD, MD and LD of water extract of Herb of Lanceolate Sedge had obvious inhibiting effects on the swollen ear degree and the swollen inhibiting rate among mice, and the paw swollen rate of rats. It had signif-icant increasing effect on the 5-hour urine amount. The MTD of intragastric administration of water extract of Herb of Lanceolate Sedge was 640 g crude drug per kg for mice. It was concluded that Herb of Lanceolate Sedge dis-played obvious effects on anti-inflammatory and dieresis with low acute toxicity.

Objective To investigate the radioactivity level of natural rocks in Lhasa in order to obtain the radionuclide contents and availiability of the rock.Methods Radiation monitoring and sampling were carried out in the natural rock mining area in Lhasa,and the contents of radionuclides in the samples were analyzed.Both internal and external exposure indexes were calculated,and the rocks were classified according to the relevant national standards on building materials.Results The average specific activity of 40K,226Ra,232Th and 238U in the rock samples were 912,59.0,77.1,and 64.4 Bq/kg,respectively.Internal and external exposure indexes were both less than 1.Conclusions The radioactivity level in natural rocks in Lhasa were lower than the national levels.The natural rocks could be used as main building materials and Class A decoration materials.

Objective To revise the manipulation tactics scale (MTS) and examine its reliability and validity. Methods 583 college students were assessed with MTS. Results ①Through item analysis and explore factor analysis, the revised MTS contained 24 items and 6 subscales which could explain 64.559% of the total variances. ②The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the revised MTS had good construct validities. By means of personality traits and social relationship as criteria, the results suggested the criteria incidental validity were sound. ③The Cronbach' s coefficients of the scales were 0.714,0.866, and test-retest reliabilities were 0.701,0.837. Conclusion The revised MTS has good reliability and validity.

OBJECTIVEThe relationship between occlusion and temporomandibular disorders (TMD) remains disputed. The related epidemiological studies have been carried out focused on the occlusal characteristics in motion, for example in protrusion, retrusion or laterally extension and on some of malocclusion features. Very few studies were carried out on the intercuspal occlusion which is the most important occlusal relationship. Angle's classification of occlusion and the relationship of over-jet and over-bite are two prominent features now generally used in clinical practice for occlusal evaluation. In present study two kinds of features of occlusion were compared among TMD patients, malocclusion patients and university student volunteers, who of the laters represented nature population.

METHODS100 continued cases visiting our TMD Clinic during the year of 2 000 with complain of TMD problem, 100 malocclusion patients in continued orthodontic department records, and 268 university student volunteers were included. All subjects were with complete dentitions, except of age-related third or second molar tooth eruption difference. Study cast were obtained for all 468 subjects involved and following characters were studied. 1. Angle's classification; 2. Over-jet and over-bite relationship. Anteriorly it included cross-bite, cusp-to cusp bite, deep over-bite (without deep over-jet), deep over-jet (with or without deep-bite), open bite, and others. Posteriorly it included cross-bite, reverse cross-bite and others. 3. Abnormal occlusal index: For the purpose of quantitatively comparing the abnormal occlusal relationship of over-bite and over-jet, the occlusal index was introduced. The anterior continued abnormal was scored as 3 while posterior continued oclcusal abnormal scored as 5. The sum of the scores in the same subject was taken as his abnormal occlusion index.

RESULTS1. Ratio of Angle's I patients in malocclusion group was significantly lower than those in TMD group and US group (P < 0.05), while the later two groups had no difference (P > 0.05). 2. The ratios of anterior cross-bite and deep over-jet were higher in malocclusion group than those in other two groups. No significant difference for the other kinds of abnormal over-jet and over-bite relationship were found among the three groups. 3. The abnormal occlusion index of malocclusion group was higher than that of US group, but not than that of TMD group which had no difference with US group either.

CONCLUSIONS1. Aesthetic related anterior abnormal occlusion such as anterior cross-bite and deep-over-jet attract more attention of popular. But they had no relationship with TMD. 2. TMD patients had not significant occlusal features on Angle's classification and over-jet and over-bite relationship compared to malocclusion and nature population subjects.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of blood oxygenation level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging(BOLD-fMRI)in the protection of visual function during postoperative radiotherapy for occipital lobe gliomas. Methods Twenty-eight patients with occipital lobe gliomas receiving postoperative radiotherapy from 2014 to 2016 were enrolled as subjects. All patients underwent computed tomography(CT) simulation,conventional MRI,and BOLD-fMRI before radiotherapy. The location and scope of the visual cortex on 3DT1anatomical images were used to guide the labeling of the visual cortex on simulated CT images. A visual cortex protective radiotherapy plan and a conventional radiotherapy plan were made by intensity-modulated radiotherapy. The feasibility of the visual cortex protective radiotherapy plan was evaluated using conformity index(CI),homogeneity index(HI),Dmax,and Dmeanfor planning target volume(PTV)and Dmaxand Dmean to the visual cortex. Results For the two plans, if the effective dose to target volume was guaranteed and the doses to conventional organs at risk were acceptable, there were no significant differences in CI or HI for PTV between them(P=0.874,P=0.602).Compared with the conventional radiotherapy plan,the Dmaxand Dmeanto the ipsilateral visual cortex were reduced by 8.40% and 9.25%, respectively, while the Dmaxand Dmeanto the contralateral visual cortex were reduced by 13.26% and 14.77%, respectively, in the protective radiotherapy plan. Conclusions With a guaranteed prescribed dose to target volume and BOLD-fMRI used as a guide, the visual cortex protective radiotherapy, compared with the conventional plan, can reduce the dose to the visual cortex and protect the corresponding functional areas.
