1.Absorption of Radioiodinated Nerve Growth Factor in Hypoxic Neonatal Rats Brain
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(11):-
Objective To observe absorption of exogenous nerve growth factor(NGF) between normal newborn rats and newborn rats with hypoxidosis. Methods Thirty-two healthy newborn rats(7 days of age) were divided into experiment group and normal group.Experiment rats were made into hypoxic-ischemic brain damage(HIBD) model.NGF labeled with()~(125)I or()~(125)I was injected into the rats abdominant. All of the rats were killed and brain was removed after 30 minutes. The brain was dissected into basal forebrain, forehead cortex, hippocampus, thalamus, cerebellum, smellorb, pituitary tissue samples were assayed for radioactivity in a two-channel gamma counter. Results Absorptions of two groups(()~(125)I-NGF) were significantly higher than those of()~(125)I in basal forebrain, cortex, hippocampus, cerebellum.Absorptions of hypoxic group were significantly higher than those of control group in cortex, hippocampus, cerebellum. Conclusions NGF can penertrate blood brain barrier of newborn rats into brain regions by means of peripheral administration.Early application of NGF for treating hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) is feasible.
2.Effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray, loratadine and health education on children with allergic rhinitis and its effect on IL-10 and IL-17
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):218-219,221
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of mometasone furoate nasal spray, loratadine, health education on children with allergic rhinitis and effects on IL-10 and IL-17. Methods 50 children with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected, and according to the different treatment methods divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each groups. The control group were treated with loratadine, observation group with mometasone furoate nasal spray of loratadine + + health education treatment; we observed the two groups before and after treatment in children with nasal symptoms score, IL-10 and IL-17 and the incidence of adverse reactions, and the relevant data for comparative analysis. Results Mometasone furoate nasal spray of loratadine + + Health Education (observation group) the effect of treatment of children with allergic nasal is better than loratadine (control group) treatment, symptoms to improve the situation, IL-10 and IL-17 are better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); two groups children with adverse reaction rate comparison, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Children with allergic rhinitis selection of mometasone furoate nasal spray + loratadine + health education treatment effect significantly, can effectively improve the symptoms, IL-10 and IL-17, and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical application.
7. Protection of Z-ligustilide on human umbilical vein endothelial cells and its mechanism
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(9):1157-1161
Objective: To observe the effect of Z-ligustilide on the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)-induced human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1), and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB), and to investigate the protection on endothelial cells injured by inflammatory cytokines and its mechanism. Methods: TNF-α (10 ng/mL) was added to in vitro cultured HUVEC to induce the cell injury. After co-incubated with the different concentration (5, 10, and 20 μmol/L) of Z-ligustilide for 24 h, the cell viability in each group was measured by MTT. The levels of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were assayed using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Western blotting was used to detect the expression of NF-κB protein of cell in each group. Results: TNF-α could induce the obvious injury of HUVEC compared with the control group (P < 0.05, 0.01), and increase the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in HUVEC (P < 0.01). Compared with the model group, Z-ligustilide could dose-dependently reduce the expression of ICAM-1 (P < 0.01) and VCAM-1 (P < 0.05) and obviously decrease the NF-κB expression (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Z-ligustilide could attenuate TNF-α-induced injury in HUVEC via suppressing the activation of NF-κB and inhibiting the excessive expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective:To evaluate the effects of surface modified nano titanium-oxide on the mechanical properties of A-2186 silicone elastomers. Methods:Added surface modified nano titanium-oxide into A-2186 silicone elastomers with 0.0%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5% and 3.0% additions according to the ASTM standard. The mechanical properties of A-2186 silicone elastomer including the tensile strength, the broken elongation, the tear strength and the Shore-A hardness were tested separately. The section of samples were investigated by scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. Used statistics method to analyse the results. The results were analysed with software EPSS 13.0. Results:With the addition of nano titanium-oxide increasing, the tensile strength, the broken elongation and the tear strength of A-2186 silicone elastomers increased firstly, and then decreased. While the Shore-A hardness of A-2186 silicone elastomers increased gradually. When the addition of surface modified nano titanium-oxide reached to 2.0%, the nano titanium-oxide dispersed well in the base without agglomeration. Under such condition, the A-2186 silicone elastomer showed the best general mechanical properties:the tensile strength was (6.54?0.55) MPa, the broken elongation was 618.00?7.58(%), the tear strength was (16.64?0.52) kN/m and the Shore-A hardness was (31.00?0.79) U. Conclusion:The mechanical properties of A-2186 silicone elastomers are improved most greatly with 2.0% addition of surface modified nano titanium-oxide to the base of A-2186 silicone elastomers.

Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 2016;28(4):475-477,480
Objective To diagnose the first imported case of Plasmodium ovale infection by laboratory detection. Meth?ods The epidemiological data and blood samples of the case were collected, and the samples were detected by the microscopic examination, rapid diagnostic test(RDT)and nested PCR. Results The patient was a construction worker backing from Con?go,Africa. He experienced the symptoms of irregular fever and weakness one month after returning in Lingyang Town,Junxian County. The results of RDT only suggested no?Plasmodium falciparum infection. Under the microscope,it was seen that the in?fected RBC were obviously disfigured and in irregular shape, the ring forms were thick and big,and also thick granulas in big trophozoite stage and schizont stage were found. The results of PCR showed that the size of amplified product was about 800 bp, which was conformed to that of P. ovale. Conclusion Though microscopic examination is the golden standard for malaria diag?nosis,as P. ovale is difficult to be identified under microscope, the microscopic method combined with PCR test can be used for definite diagnosis.

International Eye Science 2014;(8):1533-1534
AIM: To explore the surgical methods and clinical effects on young patients with congenital lower eyelid entropion.
METHODS: There were 27 patients ( 45 cases ) who suffered congenital lower eyelid entropion accepted the modified blepharosphincterectomy. The clinical effects and complications were evaluated.
RESULTS: After followed up for 6mo, 42 eyes were fully recovered, 3 eyes were unsuccessful and the cure rate was 93%, 5 eyes suffered minor lower eyelid skin folds, none had lower eyelid retraction and ectropion.CONCLUSION: Modified blepharosphincterectomy is an ideal cosmetic surgical treatment for young patients with congenital lower eyelid entropion. It is an effective surgical treatment with fewer complications.
